Abstract

一种数据存储器固定装置,用于固定侧面设有固定孔的数据存储器,该数据存储器固定装置包括一固定板、固定于固定板上的一第一固定件及一第二固定件、一枢接于数据存储器的一侧面的枢接件及一枢接于枢接件的卡扣件,第一固定件包括一支撑片,第二固定件包括一卡扣片,支撑片的两端分别设有一卡块,卡扣片的一端凸设一挡片,卡扣件包括一卡扣部,第一固定件的两卡块分别卡入数据存储器的另一侧面的固定孔内,枢转枢接件直至枢接件夹置于第二固定件与数据存储器之间,卡扣件向下枢转,直至卡扣部卡扣于挡片的下方。相较现有技术,本发明数据存储器固定装置利用枢接于数据存储器一侧面的枢接件及卡扣件将数据存储器卡扣于固定板,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种数据存储器固定装置。
背景技术
计算机或者服务器等电子设备的机箱内通常会安装一个或多个数据存储器,如光驱、硬盘及软驱等。这些数据存储器通常收容于容置体内,并用螺丝将数据存储器锁固于容置体,再将容置体用螺丝固定在机箱中。在维护或者更换数据存储器时,需先将容置体连同数据存储器自机箱拆下,然后再将数据存储器自容置体拆下。在装配或拆卸数据存储器的过程中,都需要锁固或松释大量螺丝,操作不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种方便操作的数据存储器固定装置。
一种数据存储器固定装置,用于固定侧面设有固定孔的数据存储器,该数据存储器固定装置包括一固定板、固定于固定板上的一第一固定件及一第二固定件、一枢接件及一卡扣件,第一固定件包括一支撑片,第二固定件包括一与支撑片平行相对的卡扣片,支撑片的两端分别设有一朝向第二固定件的卡块,卡扣片的一端凸设一挡片,枢接件的第一端枢接于数据存储器的一侧面,卡扣件枢接于枢接件的第二端,卡扣件包括一卡扣部,固定数据存储器时,第一固定件的两卡块分别卡入数据存储器的另一侧面的固定孔内,枢转枢接件直至枢接件夹置于第二固定件与数据存储器之间,卡扣件向下枢转,直至卡扣部卡扣于挡片的下方,进而将数据存储器固定于固定板上。
相较现有技术,本发明数据存储器固定装置利用枢接于数据存储器一侧面的枢接件及卡扣件将数据存储器卡扣于固定板,操作方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,本发明数据存储器固定装置用于固定一数据存储器10,该固定装置包括一固定板20、一第一固定件30、一第二固定件40、一枢接件50、一卡扣件60及一连接件70。
数据存储器10的两侧面各开设若干固定孔11。
第一固定件30及第二固定件40平行相对地锁固于固定板20上。第一固定件30截面概呈L形,其包括一锁固于固定板20的锁固片31及一垂直于固定板20的支撑片33。支撑片33的两端朝向第二固定件40方向分别凸设一卡块331。第二固定件40截面概呈L形,其包括一锁固于固定板20的锁固片41及一垂直于固定板20的卡扣片43。卡扣片43与支撑片33平行相对。卡扣片43的一端向外凸设一挡片431。卡扣片43于远离挡片431的一端内侧凹设一避位空间433。
枢接件50及连接件70均概呈片状,连接件70利用螺丝固定于数据存储器10的一侧面。枢接件50包括一第一端51及一第二端52,第一端51枢接于连接件70的一端,卡扣件60枢接于枢接件50的第二端52。卡扣件60包括一枢接板61及一自枢接板61的一侧向远离数据存储器10方向弯折后向下延伸形成的卡扣部63。枢接板61的一侧缘向远离数据存储器10的方向垂直凸设一便于操作卡扣件60的凸片65。本实施方式中,枢接件50利用螺丝枢接于连接件70,枢接件50与连接件70之间可以设置弹性垫片以增大枢接件50相对于连接件70枢转时的阻尼。卡扣件60利用螺丝枢接于枢接件50,枢接件50与卡扣件60之间可以设置弹性垫片以增大卡扣件60相对于枢接件50枢转时的阻尼。
请一并参阅图4与图5,固定数据存储器10时,先将数据存储器10的没有安装枢接件50的一侧朝向第一固定件30的方向倾斜置入,直至第一固定件30的两卡块331卡入数据存储器10的固定孔11内。然后将数据存储器10平放于固定板20上,枢转枢接件50直至枢接件50垂直于固定板20并夹置于第二固定件40与数据存储器10之间,扳动凸片65使卡扣件60向下枢转,直至卡扣部63卡扣于挡片431的下方,进而将数据存储器10固定于固定板20上。避位空间433用于避开枢接件50的枢接螺丝。
在其它的实施方式中,亦可取消连接件70,而直接将枢接件50的第一端51枢接于数据存储器10的一侧面的固定孔11内。

Claims (4)

1.一种数据存储器固定装置,用于固定侧面设有固定孔的数据存储器,该数据存储器固定装置包括一固定板、固定于固定板上的一第一固定件及一第二固定件、一枢接件及一卡扣件,第一固定件包括一支撑片,第二固定件包括一与支撑片平行相对的卡扣片,支撑片的两端分别设有一朝向第二固定件的卡块,卡扣片的一端凸设一挡片,枢接件的第一端枢接于数据存储器的一侧面,卡扣件枢接于枢接件的第二端,卡扣件包括一卡扣部,固定数据存储器时,第一固定件的两卡块分别卡入数据存储器的另一侧面的固定孔内,枢转枢接件直至枢接件夹置于第二固定件与数据存储器之间,卡扣件向下枢转,直至卡扣部卡扣于挡片的下方,进而将数据存储器固定于固定板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:该数据存储器固定装置进一步包括一连接件,该连接件固定于数据存储器的一侧面,枢接件枢接于连接件。
3.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:卡扣件包括一枢接于枢接件的枢接板,卡扣部自枢接板的一侧向远离数据存储器方向弯折后向下延伸形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:枢接板的一侧缘向远离数据存储器的方向垂直凸设一便于操作卡扣件的凸片。
