一种硬盘支架,包括一架体及一挡板,所述架体包括一前板及两平行相对的侧板,每一侧板上开设若干通孔用于锁固硬盘,每一侧板的远离前板的一端内侧设有一枢转部,所述挡板包括一主体板及自所述主体板的两端垂直延伸形成的两连接板,每一连接板开设一枢接槽,所述架体的侧板的枢接部枢接于所述挡板的连接板的枢接槽将所述挡板枢接于所述架体的两侧板远离前板的一端。相较现有技术,上述硬盘支架,通过一枢接于架体的挡板保持硬盘支架在运输过程中免于变形,安装硬盘时挡板免于拆卸,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘支架。
背景技术
为了防止硬盘支架在生产、运输过程中出现变形损坏,一般都在硬盘支架里面安装一个与硬盘尺寸相同的假的硬盘(dummyHDD),终端用户安装上硬盘后,则假的硬盘就被丢弃,既浪费又不环保,并且对假硬盘的装拆繁琐,使用不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种结构简单,使用方便的硬盘支架。
一种硬盘支架,包括一架体及一挡板,所述架体包括一前板及两平行相对的侧板,每一侧板上开设若干通孔用于锁固硬盘,每一侧板的远离前板的一端内侧设有一枢转部,所述挡板包括一主体板及自所述主体板的两端垂直延伸形成的两连接板,每一连接板开设一枢接槽,所述架体的侧板的枢接部枢接于所述挡板的连接板的枢接槽将所述挡板枢接于所述架体的两侧板远离前板的一端。
相较现有技术,上述硬盘支架,通过一枢接于架体的挡板保持硬盘支架在运输过程中免于变形,安装硬盘时挡板免于拆卸,使用方便。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本发明硬盘支架的较佳实施方式包括一架体10及一挡板20。
该架体10大致呈U形,其包括一前板12及两平行相对的侧板14。每一侧板14上开设若干通孔142。每一侧板14的远离前板12的一端内侧中部凸设一T形的凸起16,该凸起16包括一自该侧板14垂直延伸形成的枢转部162及自该枢转部162延伸形成的冠部164。每一侧板14的远离前板12的一端边缘向内侧凸设一挡部17。每一侧板14于靠近该凸起16的位置开设一第一定位孔18及一第二定位孔19。
该挡板20大致呈U形,其包括一主体板21及自该主体板21的两端垂直延伸形成的两连接板23。每一连接板23的远离主体板21的边缘凸设一凸点231。每一连接板23的靠近主体板21处自上而下分别开设一卡槽233及一枢接槽235。该主体板21靠近每一连接板23处开设一避位槽211与对应的枢接槽235贯通。
请一并参阅图3,组装时,扩张架体10的两侧板14使两侧板14发生轻微弹性变形,将挡板20的两连接板23分别卡入两侧板14内侧,并使侧板14的枢转部162分别卡入对应的连接板23的枢接槽235内,冠部164置于对应的避位槽211内以防止枢转部162自枢接槽235内脱落。
请一并参阅图3及图5,需要安装一硬盘100时,转动挡板20的主体板21使其竖直放置(即平行于前板12),挡板20的连接板23的凸点231分别卡入架体10的侧板14的第一定位孔18内进行定位,架体10的挡部17卡挡于对应的卡槽233内。将硬盘100置于架体10的两侧板14之间,利用若干螺丝40穿过通孔142锁入硬盘100内将硬盘100固定于本硬盘支架。
请一并参阅图4,不需要安装硬盘时,转动挡板20的主体板21使其水平放置(即垂直于前板12),挡板20的连接板23的凸点231分别卡入架体10的侧板14的第二定位孔19内进行定位。挡板20的主体板21水平放置可减少风阻,增加机箱内的散热效果。
本发明硬盘支架利用一挡板20枢转地夹置于架体10的两侧板14之间,可避免硬盘支架在运输过程中发生变形,需要安装硬盘时,不需要拆卸挡板20即可进行;不需要安装硬盘时,将挡板20的主体板21水平放置,可减少风阻,增加机箱内的散热效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种硬盘支架,包括一架体及一挡板,所述架体包括一前板及两平行相对的侧板,每一侧板上开设若干通孔用于锁固硬盘,每一侧板的远离前板的一端内侧设有一枢转部及一挡部,所述挡板包括一主体板及自所述主体板的两端垂直延伸形成的两连接板,每一连接板开设一枢接槽及一卡槽,所述架体的侧板的枢接部枢接于所述挡板的连接板的枢接槽将所述挡板枢接于所述架体的两侧板远离前板的一端,所述挡部卡入所述卡槽内以对所述挡板进行限位。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘支架,其特征在于:每一连接板凸设一凸点,每一侧板开设一第一定位孔,当挡板的主体板处于平行前板的位置时,凸点卡入第一定位孔进行定位。
3.如权利要求1所述的硬盘支架,其特征在于:每一连接板凸设一凸点,每一侧板开设一第二定位孔,当挡板的主体板处于水平位置时,凸点卡入第二定位孔进行定位。
4.如权利要求1所述的硬盘支架,其特征在于:所述主体板靠近每一连接板处开设一避位槽与对应的枢接槽贯通,每一侧板的枢转部于末端垂直延伸形成一冠部,冠部置于对应的避位槽内以防止枢接部自枢接槽内脱落。
