本发明公开了一种2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火,研究了等温淬火工艺对2A12铝合金薄板零件淬火变形程度的影响,对等温淬火与水冷淬火材料热处理后的力学性能及组织进行了比较,研究了等温淬火的等温温度及等温时间对材料在淬火后力学性能的影响,并利用等温淬火工艺减小2A12铝合金薄板冲压零件的热处理变形。

技术领域
本发明属于铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火。
 
背景技术
    弹箱零件由2A12铝合金板材冲压而成,板材厚度为1.2mm,零件平面度要求较高,为了保证产品的强度,在平面上冲压了大量的加强筋,零件的三个方向有连续的冲压成型的翻边。零件采用退火状态的板材进行冲压加工,成型后采用淬火、人工时效来提高其力学性能。该零件的厚度比较薄,面积比较大,且形状极不对称,按常规热处理规范对零件进行固溶淬火,零件变形相当严重,且无任何规律性,淬火后校正工作量相当大,即使提高淬火时的冷却水温,对减小零件变形也没多大作用,校正工作必须在零件的时效强化效果尚未显现之前完成,零件在处于固溶淬火后较软的状态下进行校正,表面会留下很多的凹凸不平的校正痕迹,且随着时效强化效果的出现,校正工作将变得难以进行。
 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火,零件的外观质量得以明显改善。
本发明提供的2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火,包括以下步骤:
(1)硝盐炉预热:(300~350)℃×20min;
(2)硝盐炉加热:(490~500)℃×20min;
(3)等温淬火:硝盐浴,(150~200)℃×(3~5)min,空冷;
(4)煮洗:80℃热水;
(5)校正;
(6)补充人工时效:190℃×240min,空冷。
 
本发明提供的2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火,其有益效果在于,铝合金零件在等温淬火后即有较高的强度和硬度,零件因校正而产生的表面凹凸不平的痕迹大为减少,从而使零件的外观质量得到明显的改善。由于零件的等温淬火变形量比水淬时要小得多,且零件的变形有一定的规律,所以,虽然零件等温淬火的强度和硬度处于较高的水平,其校正工作量与水冷淬火相比也有大幅度下降。由于不存在零件的自然时效硬化作用,对零件的校正工作时间也就没有多少限制,这为零件热处理后的校正工作创造了有利的条件。
 
具体实施方式
下面结合一个实施例,对本发明提供的2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火进行详细的说明。
实施例
本实施例的2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火,包括以下步骤:
(1)硝盐炉预热:320℃×20min;
(2)硝盐炉加热:490℃×20min;
(3)等温淬火:硝盐浴,180℃×4min,空冷;
(4)煮洗:80℃热水;
(5)校正;
(6)补充人工时效:190℃×240min,空冷。
铝合金零件在等温淬火后即有较高的强度和硬度,零件因校正而产生的表面凹凸不平的痕迹大为减少,从而使零件的外观质量得到明显的改善。

1.一种2A12铝合金薄板的等温淬火,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
硝盐炉预热:(300~350)℃×20min;
硝盐炉加热:(490~500)℃×20min;
等温淬火:硝盐浴,(150~200)℃×(3~5)min,空冷;
煮洗:80℃热水;
校正;
补充人工时效:190℃×240min,空冷。
