技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有可拆卸凸缘的飞机轮辋。
背景技术
意图接纳轮胎并包括其中一个可拆卸的两个凸缘的轮辋是已知的。这种类型的轮辋包括具有旋转对称的外部,该外部支承形成为轮辋的一体部分的第一凸缘和附连到外部并通过由楔形件固定的环保持在位的可拆卸第二凸缘。这种类型的轮辋的布局允许通过使轮胎绕外部滑脱并接着将可拆卸凸缘安装在轮辋上来配装该轮胎,以将两个胎圈限制在轮辋的两个凸缘之间。轮辋的结构因此允许轮胎配装和拆卸,而轮辋固定到轮轴,诸如飞机起落架轮轴。
已经确定,存在可拆卸凸缘相对于轮辋剩余部分旋转的风险,该风险可导致引起性能损失的两个元件之间的接合。为了降低该风险,文献FR2976216提出了能够形成防止可拆卸凸缘旋转的径向力的特殊环的使用。还提出了制成以配合在非圆形支承面上的凸缘及轮辋的剩余部分,因此防止可拆卸凸缘旋转。在文献FR2966078中,还提出了设有齿的可拆卸凸缘,角度固定通过将楔形件插在两齿之间的空间中实现。
除机械强度方面的限制外,这些形式的角度固定生产成本高昂且操作人员难以检查。
发明内容
本发明的主题是具有可拆卸凸缘的轮辋,其中,防止可拆卸凸缘旋转的装置是简单且易于检查的。
为了实现这个目的,提出了具有两个部分的飞机轮辋,其中一个部分是包括轮毂、在轮毂和环形外部之间延伸的圆盘的主要部分,该环形外部意图接纳轮胎并成形为在其端部之一具有凸缘,其另一端部成形为接纳形成凸缘的可拆卸部分,该可拆卸部分在轮胎已配装好之后附连到环形外部,轮辋包括用于防止可拆卸凸缘相对于轮辋旋转的装置。根据本发明,防转装置包括具有联接到主要部分的第一端和联接到可拆卸部分的第二端的至少一个连杆,该端部具有限定沿垂直于轮辋的旋转轴线的平面延伸的轴线的中心,同时倾斜延伸以相对于径向形成一个角度。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明适用于包括主要部分1和通过圆盘4连接到轮毂2的环形外部3的轮辋,该主要部分1包括适于接纳引导绕旋转轴线X旋转的滚动轴承(未示出)的轮毂2。环形外部3的轴向端部之一成形为凸缘5,而另一端部成形为用于使环形整体形状的可拆卸辅助部分10对中的对中表面6,该可拆卸辅助部分10具有对中表面11和成形为凸缘12的端部。在这种情况下,对中表面6和11具有旋转对称。以本身已知的方式,可拆卸辅助部分10在轮胎已配装在环形外部3上之后附连到主要部分1,如图所示。环13接着插在主要部分1和可拆卸辅助部分10之间,以将这两个部分轴向联结在一起。

图4至7示出了本发明实施例的可替代形式。在图4中,轮辋仅配装有一根连杆20。在图5中,轮辋配装有均匀分布并全部相对于径向形成相同角度β的三根连杆20。在图6中,轮辋包括通过其连接到可拆卸辅助部分10、共同与紧固件相关联的端部会合的两根连杆20。在图7中,包括来自图6的两根会合连杆的模型已重复了三次。
本发明不局限于刚刚所描述的形式,而相反包括落在权利要求书所限定范围内的任何可替代形式。
Claims (5)
