本实用新型公开了一种车轮，特别是涉及一种三件式车轮。其结构如下：在轮辋的一端外侧设置有挡圈，轮辋和挡圈之间设置锁圈。本实用新型由于采了三个可拆卸的零件轮辋、挡圈、锁圈，便于拆装轮胎，使用简单的撬棍即可进行拆装轮胎工作。并可以根据需要在相应的部位进行增厚，单轮承载能力达到3000Kg以上，使之可以应用在工况很恶劣的轮式挖掘机以及转载机等工程机械上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车轮，特别是涉及一种三件式车轮。
背景技术
如图1所示，现有的车轮为一件式车轮，它需用专门的装胎机器才能进行拆装轮胎。并且这种结构的车轮的单轮承载能还有待进一步的提升。目前现有的一件式车轮是采用滚型工艺，轮辋厚度只能达到4mm左右，因此单轮承载能力只能达到1000Kg。使其应用受到限制。在工况很恶劣的环境下不能适用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是为了解决上述技术问题，而提供一种三件式车轮，目的是便于拆装轮胎，提高单轮承载能力，并适合工况很恶劣的环境适用。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
一种三件式车轮，其结构如下：在轮辋的一端外侧设置有挡圈，轮辋和挡圈之间设置锁圈。
本实用新型的优点和效果如下：
本实用新型由于采了三个可拆卸的零件轮辋、挡圈、锁圈拼焊连接，便于拆装轮胎，使用简单的撬棍即可进行拆装轮胎工作。并可以根据需要在相应的部位进行增厚，单轮承载能力达到3000Kg以上，使之可以应用在工况很恶劣的轮式挖掘机以及转载机等工程机械上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明，但本实用新型的保护范围不受实施例所限。
如图1所示，本实用新型一种三件式车轮，其结构如下：在轮辋1的一端外侧设置有挡圈3，轮辋1和挡圈3之间设置锁圈2。
上述的轮辋1与锁圈2为拼焊连接。

1.一种三件式车轮，其特征在于结构如下：在轮辋(1)的一端外侧设置有挡圈(3)，轮辋(1)和挡圈(3)之间设置锁圈(2)。
