Abstract

本发明涉及一种高刚性低成本闭式静压导轨,包括底座(1)、上导轨(2)、下导轨(4)和滑板(5),其特征在于在滑板(5)的下表面与底座(1)的上表面之间设置主静压油腔(10),上导轨(2)和下导轨(4)分别嵌在滑板(5)和底座(1)的凹槽内,在上导轨(2)的下表面和下导轨(4)的上表面之间设置辅静压油腔(3),主静压油垫封油面(6)、辅静压油垫封油面(9)在滑板(4)移动平面法向上零间距;该结构可以有效的降低导轨的高度,提高导轨系统的刚性与运动平稳性,降低导轨精密制造成本。

一种高刚性低成本闭式静压导轨
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于超精密机床高刚性、低成本闭式静压导轨,属于机械设计领域。
背景技术
闭式静压导轨以其抗振性能好、运动平稳等优点广泛应用于精密机床中。然而,传统的闭式静压导轨主、辅油垫封油面为异面对置结构,一方面增加了导轨的高度,降低了机床整机的刚性,对机床运动的平稳性和机床加工精度不利;另一方面,较大间隙对置油垫结构给导轨的精密制造加工。因此,有必要提出高刚性、低成本的闭式静压导轨系统。
发明内容
技术问题:针对目前闭式静压导轨主、辅油腔对置油垫结构存在的问题,本发明提出一种新型高刚性低制造成本的闭式静压导轨。
技术方案:本发明涉及一种新型高刚性闭式静压导轨结构,包括底座、上导轨、下导轨和滑板,其特征在于在滑板的下表面和底座的上表面之间设置主静压油腔,上导轨和下导轨分别嵌在滑板和底座的凹槽内,在上导轨的下表面和下导轨的上表面之间设置辅静压油腔,主静压油垫封油面、辅静压油垫封油面在滑板移动平面法向上零间距;该结构可以有效的降低导轨的高度,提高导轨系统的刚性与运动平稳性。
导轨各主要精度面均为平面结构,该结构可以显著降低导轨加工的难度。
有益效果:本发明的一种新型高刚性闭式静压导轨,可以显著降低导轨的高度,提高导轨系统的刚性与运动的平稳性,易于提高导轨的制造精度,降低制造成本。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种新型高刚性闭式静压导轨,如图1所示,包括:底座1、上导轨2、下导轨4、滑板5。此结构的特点是主静压油垫封油面6和辅静压油垫封油面9在滑板4移动平面法向上零间距,其中:
(1)滑板5设置于底座1上表面,上导轨2和下导轨4分别嵌在底座1和滑板5的凹槽内,底座1的上表面和滑板5的下表面间设置主静压油腔10,上导轨2的下表面和下导轨4的上表面间设置辅静压油腔3,润滑油通过流道8和节流器7进入静压油腔。
(2)本发明所述的高刚性闭式静压导轨各主要精度面均为平面结构。
(3)本发明所述的高刚性闭式静压导轨使用时,将上导轨2通过螺钉固定在底座1上,下导轨4与滑板5通过螺钉紧固,上导轨2与下导轨4配合。在底座1和上导轨2中通入高压油,就可以实现下导轨4和滑板5沿着上导轨2移动。
(4)本发明所述的高刚性闭式静压导轨采用10~20μm的油膜厚度。
(5)本发明所述的高刚性闭式静压导轨,若采用10μm为油膜间隙,主油腔投影面尺寸为23×295mm,辅油腔投影面尺寸为20×296mm,主、辅油腔工作压力分别为1.36MPa和1.20MPa,节流比分别为1.5和1.7。竖直方向设置2对主辅油腔,采用32号轴承润滑油,计算可得高刚性闭式静压导轨竖直方向刚度可达约8796N/μm,承受载荷达435kg。
(6)本发明特别适用于各类高转速、超精密机床。

1.一种高刚性低成本闭式静压导轨,包括底座(1)、上导轨(2)、下导轨(4)和滑板(5),其特征在于在滑板(5)的下表面与底座(1)的上表面之间设置主静压油腔(10),上导轨(2)和下导轨(4)分别嵌在滑板(5)和底座(1)的凹槽内,在上导轨(2)的下表面和下导轨(4)的上表面之间设置辅静压油腔(3),主静压油垫封油面(6)、辅静压油垫封油面(9)在滑板(5)移动平面法向上零间距;该结构可以有效的降低导轨的高度,提高导轨系统的刚性与运动平稳性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高刚性低成本闭式静压导轨,其特征在于,导轨各主要精度面均在同一平面内,该结构可以显著降低导轨加工的难度。
