荜拨:温中,下气,散结,消痰。治心腹冷痛,吐泻,虫痛,咳逆上气。
党参:补中,益气,生津。治脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,体倦无力,食少,口渴,久泻,脱肛。
桃仁:破血行瘀,润燥滑肠。治经闭,百瘕,热病蓄血,风痹,疟疾,跌打损伤,瘀血肿痛,血燥便秘。
红花:活血通经,去瘀止痛。治经闭,百瘕,难产,死胎,产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛,痈肿,跌扑损伤。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明诸药配伍,相得益彰,具有活血通径,润肠通便,凉血散瘀,祛瘀消肿,补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌,调节免疫,抑菌,抗癌,降血压,调节血脂的功效,从而有效的修复细胞,清除血液里的垃圾,逐渐将血管壁上的胆固醇血脂溶解,消除血管壁的粥样血脂沉淀,改善血管弹性,预防血管粥样硬化, 起到了显效的作用。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果。
诊断标准
病例选择符合国际心脏病学会和协会及世界卫生组织《缺血性心脏病·冠心病心绞痛的命名及诊断标准》,并符合中医胸痹心痛、证属痰瘀阻络至诊断标准。排除(1)由其他心脏疾患或其他原因引起的胸痛者;(2)合并其他严重疾病需要服其他药物者;(3)年龄在18岁以下或80岁以上者;(4)妊娠期或哺乳期妇女,或对本发明提供药物过敏者;(5)不按规定服药,不配合治疗者。
一般资料
194例心脏病患者,随机分为两组,每组97人。
治疗组
男性51例,女性44例,年龄45-77岁,平均年龄58.2±6.4岁,其中心绞痛属劳力性的为45例,自发性的为28例,混合型的为24例。病情程度:轻度的为17人,中度的为54人,较重的为21人,重度的为5人。病程5个月至21年,平均病程7.6±4.7年。
对照组
男性53例,女性44例,年龄46-76岁,平均年龄58.4±6.5岁,其中心绞痛属劳力性的为42例,自发性的为30例,混合型的为25例。病情程度:轻度的为18人,中度的为56人,较重的为19人,重度的为4人。病程4个月至22年,平均病程7.5±4.7年。
治疗组和对照组资料差异无显著性(p>0.05)。
治疗方法
治疗组服用本发明中药具体实施例2,患者一日一剂,分两次服用。对照组服用冠心丹参片(主要成分为三七、丹参、降香,由广西宁康达制药厂生产)。每次3片,一日三次。两组的疗程均为4周。除心绞痛等重病可含服硝酸甘油外,试验期间各组受试人员禁服其他抗心绞痛的药物。
治疗结果
从上述可以看出,治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,且在治疗过程中未发现本发明中药组合物有明显的毒副作用或不良反应。
典型病例
病例一:王某,46岁,女。患者自述间歇性胸痛3个月,最近出现无明显诱因胸痛,为胸骨后闷痛,呈持续性,伴后背部放射,无腹胀,无腹痛,无恶心呕吐,无畏寒发热,无咳嗽咳痰。心电图显示冠状动脉供血明显不足,经过检查基本排除其他原因导致的胸痛,冠心病所致胸痛诊断明确。服用本发明中药,每日一剂,分两次服用,7天为一个疗程,服用21天,胸痛明显减轻,心中烦乱亦减轻,纳量增,精神可,服用一个月,症状消除,夜眠安,心烦除,力气增,纳食可,继续服用2个月,患者服用时未出现任何不适,患者自感痊愈。
病例二:廖某,56岁,男。心前区钝痛2年有余,每日疼痛发作2-5次,喊硝酸甘油才能缓解。有胸闷、怕冷、心悸、四肢欠温暖,疲乏无力,腿肿腰酸,胸痛彻背等症。心电图显示冠状动脉供血不足。B超显示合并室壁瘤。脉沉迟,苔薄白。服用本发明中药,每日一剂,分两次服用,7天为一个疗程,服用21天,心前区疼痛明显减轻,疲乏无力亦减轻,纳量增,精神可,服用一个月,心电图显示冠状动脉供血明显改善,继续服用4个月,患者痊愈。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施本发明,下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
称取丹参20份,蒲黄10份,薤白10份,五味子10份,茯苓15份,甘草10份,玉竹6份,生地20份,麦冬15份,桂枝20份,当归10份,黄芪15份,檀香10份,川芎10-15份,半夏10-15份,陈皮10-15份,荜拨2-5份,党参10-15份,桃仁2-8份,红花5-10份,按照常规方法制成中药汤剂。
实施例2
优选称取丹参18份,蒲黄8份,薤白8份,五味子8份,茯苓13份,甘草8份,玉竹5份,生地15份,麦冬13份,桂枝15份,当归8份,黄芪10份,檀香8份,川芎12份,半夏12份,陈皮12份,荜拨4份,党参14份,桃仁5份,红花8份,按照常规方法制成中药汤剂。
实施例3
进一步优选称取丹参15份,蒲黄5份,薤白5份,五味子5份,茯苓5份,甘草5份,玉竹2份,生地10份,麦冬10份,桂枝10份,当归5份,黄芪5份,檀香5份,川芎10份,半夏10份,陈皮10份,荜拨2份,党参10份,桃仁2份,红花5份,按照常规方法制成中药汤剂。
先将药物用水洗净,再用冷水浸泡20-30分钟,使药物完全被水浸透,便于有效成分的溶解,然后将药物放在砂锅、陶瓷或者瓦罐之类的器皿里(不可以用铁锅和铝锅),加上为药物5-10倍的水,或者比药面高出2-3厘米左右。煎第一遍时,用大火烧开后,再用小火熬20分钟左右就好,将药汤倒在器皿里,再煎第二遍。煎第二遍的方法同第一遍一样,只是时间可以稍微短一些。煎完以后,把这两次煎出的药汤混合在一起服用,总量大约在300-500毫升 ,患者一天可分两次服用,对于服中药困难的患者,可以少量多次的分服。服药期间,禁服辛辣、寒凉食物。

1.一种治疗冠心病的中药,其特征在于,制成有效成分的原料药按下述重量份为:丹参15-20份,蒲黄5-10份,薤白5-10份,五味子5-10份,茯苓5-15份,甘草5-10份,玉竹2-6份,生地10-20份,麦冬10-15份,桂枝10-20份,当归5-10份,黄芪5-15份,檀香5-10份,川芎10-15份,半夏10-15份,陈皮10-15份,荜拨2-5份,党参10-15份,桃仁2-8份,红花5-10份。
