背景技术
保护架,通常也称为“自助服务设备(kiosk)”架,已知为用于在制造、零售或办公环境下保护平板电脑。在商用中被已知为VOLTTM的平板电脑保护架,其可从VanguardProtex Global,Inc.(VPG)购买到。该VOLTTM保护架包括展示基座和被配置成附接至平板电脑并可移除地支撑在基座上的断开传感器。该VOLTTM保护架还可包括用于供电和/或通过电源适配线对平板电脑充电的器件,并可被电连接至警告模块,其包含用于在平板电脑与断开传感器分离的情况下激活警告的监控电子器件。但是VOLTTM保护架的断开传感器并不包括被配置成包围平板电脑(例如平板电脑)的套。

发明内容
本发明的实施例涉及用于保护平板电脑防止未经许可被移除或被盗的展示架。该展示架可包括被配置成将平板电脑至少部分地容纳在其中的套以及包括被配置成可释放地接合套的锁的基部。该基部可被配置成以锁定配置接合套以防止将套和平板电脑从基部移除,以及以解锁配置与套断开接合以允许从基部移除套和平板电脑。
在一些实施例中,套包括第一部分和第二部分,其被配置成彼此接合以保护在其中的平板电脑。平板电脑可包括在相对的端部之间延伸的相对侧部,并且第一部分和第二部分可分别包括周边侧部和周边端部,其被配置成覆盖成并包围相对侧部以及相对端部中的一个端部。

在一个实施例中,基部可包括用于促动锁定柱栓的机械锁,以及可被用于在解锁配置和锁定配置之间移动锁定柱栓的钥匙。备选地,并且如图2所示,可编程电子钥匙50和相应的可编程电子锁55可被用于在解锁配置和锁定配置之间促动锁定柱栓。可编程电子钥匙50和可编程电子锁55分别配备有安全码。钥匙50被设置成与锁55相邻,使得钥匙的电子器件与锁的电子器件数据通信。在钥匙50的安全码与锁55的安全码匹配的情况下,可使得钥匙被授权将电能传递至锁以在解锁和锁定配置之间操作锁定柱栓。钥匙50可以任意已知的方式将电能传递至锁55。但是,在优选的实施例中,钥匙50经由感应传输将电能传递至锁55。在另一个实施例中,锁定柱栓可例如通过弹性构件(例如弹簧)被机械偏置成偏向锁定配置。以这种方式,锁定柱栓被移动以抵抗弹性构件的偏置力,随着锁定凸部35被接收在基部40的凹部45内而从锁定配置变为解锁配置,并在锁定凸部完全置于凹部内时被偏置成锁定配置。钥匙50和锁55则被用于将锁定柱栓相对于弹性构件的偏置力从锁定配置移动至解锁配置。当从锁55移除钥匙50时,允许锁定柱栓在弹性元件的偏置力下移回锁定配置。
如果期望,展示架10可配备有警告单元47,其被布置在基部内并包括警告和监控电子器件,用于在套20和平板电脑15以未被允许的方式从基部被拆卸下来的情况下激活警告。例如,可编程电子钥匙50可被用于通知电子信号以接合或“装配(arm)”警告单元47的监控电子器件。类似地,可编程电子钥匙50可进一步被用于通知电信号以断开接合,或“解除装配”监控电子器件。在装配之后,监控电子器件监控可操作地设置在部署于套20上的锁定凸部35和在基部40中形成的凹部45之间的传感器开关,例如限位开关。如果不使用钥匙50首先将监控电子器件解除装配而将锁定凸部35从凹部45中移除,则该警告单元的监控电子器件激活警告。一旦钥匙50被用于使监控电子器件解除装配,锁定凸部37可从凹部45被移除并且监控电子器件将不响应于传感器开关而激活警告。基部40的警告单元47,包括传感器开关,可配备有来自外部电源的电能。备选地,或者可期望的,由于锁55可通过来自钥匙50的电能操作且展示架10的剩余部分完全是机械的,因此警告单元47可配备有内部可更换或可再充电电池。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于保护平板电脑防止未经许可的被移除或被盗的展示架,包括:

基部,其包括被配置成可释放地接合所述套的锁,所述基部被配置成以锁定配置接合所述套以防止从所述基部移除所述套和所述平板电脑,以及以解锁配置与所述套断开接合以允许从所述基部移除所述套和所述平板电脑,
其中所述平板电脑被配置成在所述锁定配置中被选择地在多个展示定向中的一个定向中定位在所述基部上。

19.一种用于保护平板电脑防止未经许可的被移除或被盗的方法,所述方法包括:

用钥匙解锁所述锁,以允许从所述基部移除所述套和所述平板电脑。
20.如权利要求19所述的方法,其中,解锁包括用电子钥匙解锁所述锁。
