for each candidate advertisement with the total playing time being null or 1, the following processing is performed: the played times of the candidate advertisement to all users in the current advertisement playing period are obtained, and when the played times are smaller than the maximum playing times of the candidate advertisement in the current time interval, the candidate advertisement is placed in an advertisement candidate set;

acquiring the time ratio of a first time interval to the current advertisement period and the preset maximum playing times of the first advertisement to all users in the current advertisement period; multiplying the time ratio by the obtained maximum playing time to obtain the interval maximum playing time of the first advertisement in the first time interval;
or, the interval maximum playing frequency of the first advertisement in the first time interval is calculated by the following formula:

selecting a second number of advertisements from the advertisement candidate set as an advertisement set to be played according to the grade of each advertisement in the advertisement candidate set, wherein the grade of each advertisement in the advertisement set to be played is higher than that of other advertisements except the advertisements in the advertisement candidate set to be played;
and playing the advertisement in the advertisement set to be played.
