Abstract

本发明涉及到的是高压节能LNG加注泵,其特征为采用变频电机带动含有径向活塞的配气盘旋转,活塞沿着偏心园圆形缸体运动,在长半周时旋转产生离心力使活塞径向移动使腔内形成真空完成吸液;在短半周时外缸体压缩活塞,实现给LNG加压,同时完成排液过程。这样每旋转一周完成一次吸液、加压排液过程;通过变频电机调节转速以达到泵的排量可调。实现对LNG高压节能加注。

高压节能LNG加注泵
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种高压节能LNG加注泵。 
背景技术
目前市场上已经应用的高压(25MPa)LNG加注泵均采用的轴向活塞式,此种轴向活塞式LNG加注泵存在以下弊端或不足: 
(1)由于LNG温度为-162°、而且吸热容易气化;活塞与缸体之间润滑只能靠LNG自润滑,但为达到密封活塞与缸体之间应紧配合,因此存在滑动摩擦而产生热量,该热量由LNG吸收造成LNG部分气化,此气相NG(天然气)被排空形成浪费; 
(2)活塞运动时只有进程加压,回程不能加压,造成系统平衡性不好,且效率降低一半; 
(3)进液和出液口必须安装低温单向阀,在高速运转时,使用一段时间后单向阀密封不严造成加压效率下降。 
(4)需要曲轴箱,将电机的园周运动转换为直线运动,机械部件多,故障率高,且影响效率。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种高压节能LNG加注泵。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案: 
高压节能LNG加注泵,其特征为采用变频电机带动含有径向活塞的配气盘旋转,活塞沿着偏心园圆形缸体运动,在长半周时旋转产生离心力使活塞径向移动使腔内形成真空完成吸液;在短半周时外缸体压缩活塞,实现给LNG加压,同时完成排液过程。这样每旋转一周完成一次吸液、加压排液过程;通过变频电机调节转 速以达到泵的排量可调,实现对LNG高压节能加注。 
进一步的,驱动轴配通过十字联轴器传递给星形的液压缸体转子,定子不受其它横向作用力。转子装在配流轴上。位于转子中的径向布置的柱塞,通过静压平衡的滑靴紧贴着偏心行程定子。柱塞与滑靴球铰相连,并通过卡簧锁定。二个保持环将滑靴卡在行程定子上。泵转动时,滑靴依靠离心力和液压力压在定子内表面上。当转子转动时,由于定子的偏心作用,柱塞将作往复运动,它的行程为定于偏心距的2倍。定子的偏心距可由泵体上的径向位置相对的两个柱塞来调节。LNG的进出通过泵体和配流轴上的流道,并由配流轴上吸油口控制,泵体内产生的液压力被静压平衡的表面所吸收。 
这种泵采用旋转产生离心力使多个活塞径向运动,实现给LNG加压,同时完成吸液排液过程。这种加压过程不存在进程和回程、不需要单向阀和曲轴转换,解决了轴向活塞式LNG加注泵存在的弊端或不足。 
采用该方案以后,摩擦副的静压平衡采取了过平衡压力补偿方法,形成了开环控制。支承驱动轴的轴承只起支承作用,不受其他外力的作用。因此柱塞泵的容积效率高,运转平稳,流量均匀性好,噪声低,工作压力高。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。 
参考图1、高压节能LNG加注泵,其驱动轴配通过十字联轴器传递给星形的液压缸体转子1,定子4不受其它横向作用力。转子1装在配流轴2上。位于转子1中的径向布置的柱塞3,通过静压平衡的滑靴紧贴着偏心行程定子4。柱塞3与滑靴球铰相连,并通过卡簧锁定。二个保持环将滑靴卡在行程定子4上。泵转动时,滑靴依靠离心力和液压力压在定子4内表面上。当转子1转动时,由于定子4的偏心作用,柱塞3将作往复运动,它的行程为定于偏心距的2倍。定子4的偏心距可由 泵体上的径向位置相对的两个柱塞3来调节。LNG的进出通过泵体和配流轴2上的流道,并由配流轴2上吸油口控制,泵体内产生的液压力被静压平衡的表面所吸收。

(1)旋转一周完成吸液、加压排液,效率高,节能; 
(2)无曲轴、无单向阀,成本低、安全可靠,故障率低; 
(3)密封要求不严,摩擦产生热量少,排空量少。

1.高压节能LNG加注泵,其特征为:采用变频电机带动含有径向活塞的配气盘旋转,活塞沿着偏心园圆形缸体运动,在长半周时旋转产生离心力使活塞径向移动使腔内形成真空完成吸液;在短半周时外缸体压缩活塞,实现给LNG加压,同时完成排液过程;这样每旋转一周完成一次吸液、加压排液过程;通过变频电机调节转速以达到泵的排量可调,实现对LNG高压节能加注。
