本发明涉及工程机械机构领域,具体的来说是一种液压钻车钻臂增加连杆变胞机构。
背景技术
各种液压钻车广泛应用于冶金、铁路、矿山、建材、公路等工程爆破孔钻凿作业中。其中决定液压钻车工作角度、工作范围、运输体积的关键是钻臂的传动结构,灵活、稳定、体积小的钻臂机构能在上述场景中发挥巨大作用,传统的液压钻臂通常采用简单的钻臂结构在摆动范围和关键点位置的定位上无法到达要求,造成工作角度、运输折叠方面的不便。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种液压钻车钻臂增加连杆变胞机构。
本发明的技术方案是:液压钻车钻臂增加连杆变胞机构,包括机体、液压油缸、增臂、主臂、变胞杆、定位杆,增臂与机体铰接,主臂与增臂铰接,液压油缸一端与机体铰接,另一端与主臂铰接,变胞杆安装在机体上,定位杆安装在增臂上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将变胞机构用于液压钻车钻臂的技术中,其工作角度大,特殊位置能够直接定位,能解决液压钻车在举臂需要运输时传统机构无法将大臂充分举起的缺点。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明进一步具体说明。
如图1所示,增臂3与机体1铰接,主臂4与增臂3铰接,液压油缸2一端与机体1铰接,另一端与主臂4铰接,变胞杆5安装在机体1上,定位杆6安装在增臂3上。
未变胞之前,受重力作用主臂4与增臂3通过绞点和定位杆6形成一个整体,当液压油缸2伸长,使得增臂3与变胞杆5接触,并限位使其无法继续上升,主臂4脱离定位杆6继续上升,由于此时主臂支点变位与增臂的绞点,旋转半径减小,摆动速度加快,能解决液压钻车在举臂需要运输时传统机构无法将大臂充分举起的缺点。

1.液压钻车钻臂增加连杆变胞机构,包括机体(1)、液压油缸(2)、增臂(3)、主臂(4)、变胞杆(5)、定位杆(6),其特征在于:增臂(3)与机体(1)铰接,主臂(4)与增臂(3)铰接,液压油缸(2)一端与机体(1)铰接,另一端与主臂(4)铰接,变胞杆(5)安装在机体(1)上,定位杆(6)安装在增臂(3)上。
