Abstract

履带螺旋双驱动车辆,主要由橡胶履带底盘、操控机构、发动机和车斗组成,橡胶履带底盘后部的驱动轮通过传动带与固定在橡胶履带底盘后部的螺旋动力机构相连。本发明在履带式车辆的基础上对动力系统进行改进,以常规履带式车辆为基础,增加螺旋动力系统,实现了履带式车辆的双驱动模式,大大提高了履带式车辆对极恶劣路况的适应能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及履带车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种履带螺旋双驱动车辆。
背景技术
履带式车辆,受力面积加大,相对地面的压强减小,不容易造成陷轮,非常适合果园,蔬菜基地,大棚,山坡等复杂地形的运输。但是现有的履带式车辆的驱动方式都是通过发动机通过变速箱带动履带底盘行走,单驱动系统当遇到一些极恶劣的路况(如滩涂、深泥潭、沼泽等)时,现有的驱动系统就很难正常工作了,这样对履带式车辆的使用造成一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种履带螺旋双驱动车辆,以解决现有技术存在的单驱动系统不能适应极恶劣路况的问题。
本发明主要由橡胶履带底盘、操控机构、发动机和车斗组成,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是橡胶履带底盘后部的驱动轮通过传动带与固定在在橡胶履带底盘后部的螺旋动力机构相连。
上述橡胶履带底盘和车斗之间设置升降机构。
本发明的工作原理是:常规路面以及路况不是特别复杂的情况下,本发明车辆和常规履带式车辆相同操作及行走;当车辆涉及一些极恶劣的路况(如滩涂、深泥潭、沼泽等)时,该车辆启用螺旋动力系统,此时不但橡胶履带底盘为车辆行进提供动力,置于车后部的螺旋动力机构同样为车辆的行进提供强悍的动力,特别适用于一些人迹罕至的及特殊地形的救援、勘探、探险等特殊情况。
本发明在履带式车辆的基础上对动力系统进行改进,以常规履带式车辆为基础,增加螺旋动力系统,实现了履带式车辆的双驱动模式,大大提高了履带式车辆对极恶劣路况的适应能力。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,一种履带螺旋双驱动车辆,主要由橡胶履带底盘1、操控机构2、发动机3和车斗5组成,橡胶履带底盘1和车斗5之间设置升降机构9,发动机3通过变速箱4与橡胶履带底盘1的驱动轮相连,橡胶履带底盘1后部的驱动轮6通过传动带7与固定在在橡胶履带底盘1后部的螺旋动力机构8相连。
本发明的工作原理是:常规路面以及路况不是特别复杂的情况下,本发明车辆和常规履带式车辆相同操作及行走;当车辆涉及一些极恶劣的路况(如滩涂、深泥潭、沼泽等)时,该车辆启用螺旋动力系统,此时不但橡胶履带底盘为车辆行进提供动力,置于车后部的螺旋动力机构同样为车辆的行进提供强悍的动力,特别适用于一些人迹罕至的及特殊地形的救援、勘探、探险等特殊情况。

1. 一种履带螺旋双驱动车辆,主要由橡胶履带底盘、操控机构、发动机和车斗组成,其特征是橡胶履带底盘后部的驱动轮通过传动带与固定在在橡胶履带底盘后部的螺旋动力机构相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的履带螺旋双驱动车辆,其特征是橡胶履带底盘和车斗之间设置升降机构。
