本发明提供一种新型带凹槽机械加工夹具，包括上夹头、带轨道的侧边框、固定板、夹具框体、螺栓、弹簧、凹槽以及下夹头，在所述夹具框体上设有固定板、带轨道的侧边框以及上夹头、下夹头，所述上夹头以及下夹头可以在所述带轨道的侧边框上移动，在所述夹具框体上设有螺栓，在所述的前端设有弹簧，在所述上夹头、下夹头上设有凹槽。本发明结构合理，设计简单，易于操作，定位准确，转动方便，上下料效率较高，且夹具便于保养，维护修理成本较低的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工技术领域，尤其是涉及一种新型带凹槽机械加工夹具。
背景技术
目前在铣床等机床上对各种轴类件进行键槽加工(包括矩形花锭轴的加工)，一般都采用分度头或平口钳作为夹持工具。采用分度头虽然具有角度调整方便准确等优点，但由于其夹持方式是另一端必须用顶针顶住，因此加工件的长度受到一定限制，特别是对于长轴类工件难于进行加工；而采用平口钳夹持，在用于加工相互垂直。对称等多键槽时需先画线，在加工过程中还需进行找正调试，因此存在既费时、效率低，又难于保证质量的弊病。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷，本发明提供一种新型带凹槽机械加工夹具。
本发明的技术方案是：提供一种新型带凹槽机械加工夹具，其特征在于：包括上夹头、带轨道的侧边框、固定板、夹具框体、螺栓、弹簧、凹槽以及下夹头，在所述夹具框体上设有固定板、带轨道的侧边框以及上夹头、下夹头，所述上夹头以及下夹头可以在所述带轨道的侧边框上移动，在所述夹具框体上设有螺栓，在所述的前端设有弹簧，在所述上夹头、下夹头上设有凹槽。

本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，结构合理，设计简单，易于操作，定位准确，转动方便，上下料效率较高，且夹具便于保养，维护修理成本较低的优点。
