Abstract
本发明公开了一种电凝镊清洗支座,包括底座,两个通孔,容腔,其关键在于:容腔顶部设置有第一液压缸,其活塞杆末端连接有压板;压板下方设置有擦拭盒,擦拭盒内装有擦拭头;擦拭盒下方容腔底部固定有电机,电机输出端连接有主齿轮,主齿轮两侧均设置有从齿轮,从齿轮顶部固定有托板;所述电机一侧通过弹簧与容腔壁相连,另一侧对应的容腔壁上设置有第二液压缸;通孔下方容腔底部设有第三液压缸,其活塞杆前端连接有推板;容腔内壁上设有感应装置、进液口和出液口,底座内有单片机。本发明原理简单,使用方便,可以自动清洁镊子,还能自动更换擦拭头,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电凝镊清洗的装置。
背景技术
对电凝镊的消毒分为彻底消毒和临时清洁两种方式,临时清洁时,一般用浸过酒精或蒸馏水的棉球、医用纱布对镊尖进行擦拭,而彻底消毒时,一般使用射线、高温蒸汽、以及消毒液浸泡等方法来实现消毒。这些消毒方法效率都比较低,临时清洁需要人工进行操作,不具有自动化的消毒功能,不适用于手术过程中的清洁操作,使用较为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电凝镊清洗支座。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种电凝镊清洗支座,包括底座,底座上具有两个通孔,通孔下方有容腔,其特征在于:所述容腔顶部设置有第一液压缸,其活塞杆末端连接有压板;压板下方设置有擦拭盒,擦拭盒内装有擦拭头;所述擦拭盒顶部有开口,底部对应位置设置有活门,擦拭盒内两侧均连接有压簧;所述擦拭头顶部中间位置设置有一个横向凹槽和一个圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽内壁附着有柔性擦拭层;擦拭盒下方容腔底部固定有电机,电机输出端连接有主齿轮,主齿轮两侧均设置有从齿轮,从齿轮顶部固定有托板,所述托板顶部具有凹槽;所述电机一侧通过弹簧与容腔壁相连,另一侧对应的容腔壁上设置有第二液压缸,其活塞杆向前对准电机;通孔下方容腔底部一侧设置有第三液压缸,其活塞杆前端连接有推板;所述容腔内壁上还设置有感应装置、进液口和出液口,底座内有单片机。
所述进液口和出液口上均具有受单片机控制的阀门。
所述擦拭盒顶部的开口与压板相适应。
所述托板上方的凹槽与擦拭头相适应。
本发明原理简单,使用方便,只需将需要消毒的镊子插入通孔内,就可以自动清洁镊子,还能自动更换擦拭头,极大的节省人力、物力,且制造成本低廉,具有较强的实用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1至图7所示,一种电凝镊清洗支座,包括底座1,底座1上具有两个通孔2,通孔2下方有容腔3,所述容腔3顶部设置有第一液压缸4,其活塞杆末端连接有压板5;压板5下方设置有擦拭盒6,擦拭盒6内装有擦拭头19;所述擦拭盒6顶部有开口603,底部对应位置设置有活门602,擦拭盒6内两侧均连接有压簧601;所述擦拭头19顶部中间位置设置有一个横向凹槽193和一个圆形凹槽191,所述圆形凹槽191内壁附着有柔性擦拭层192;擦拭盒6下方容腔3底部固定有电机15,电机15输出端连接有主齿轮16,主齿轮16两侧均设置有从齿轮17,从齿轮17顶部固定有托板18,所述托板18顶部具有凹槽181;所述电机15一侧通过弹簧8与容腔3壁相连,另一侧对应的容腔3壁上设置有第二液压缸7,其活塞杆向前对准电机;通孔2下方容腔3底部一侧设置有第三液压缸9,其活塞杆前端连接有推板20;所述容腔3内壁上还设置有感应装置10、进液口12和出液口13,底座1内有单片机11。
所述进液口12和出液口13上均具有受单片机11控制的阀门14。
所述擦拭盒6顶部的开口603与压板5相适应。
所述托板18上方的凹槽181与擦拭头19相适应。
使用时,将电凝镊的两个镊杆插入两个通孔内,感应装置感应到镊子插入,即将信号传递给单片机。
单片机首先控制进液口阀门打开,向容腔内添加足量的清洁液后关闭该阀门。接着,第一液压缸工作,向下推动压板,使得压板伸入擦拭盒内,并将其中两个擦拭头压出活门,并最终落在两个托板的凹槽上。然后,第一液压缸快速缩回,活门关闭。
接下来,第二液压缸工作,向前推动电机,将电机推至通孔下方为止,使得两个镊尖置于电机上方两个擦拭头的圆形凹槽内。此时,保持第二液压缸当前位置不动,电机开始工作,电机输出端主齿轮转动,带动两侧从齿轮也转动,从而使得两个擦拭头随之转动,实现对镊尖的擦洗功能。
擦洗完成后,使用者取出镊子,电机停止工作,第三液压缸工作,向前推动推板,直到推板将两个使用过的擦拭头推入容腔后,第二液压缸和第三液压缸均停止工作,活塞杆缩回,电机在弹簧作用下回复到初始位置。
最后,单片机控制出液口阀门打开,释放容腔内残留的清洁液后关闭。
擦拭盒内的擦拭头使用完后,使用者可以打开擦拭盒,向其中添加干净的擦拭头即可。容腔中的废弃擦拭头可以定期取出,通过彻底消毒后再次投入使用。

1.一种电凝镊清洗支座,包括底座,底座上具有两个通孔,通孔下方有容腔,其特征在于:所述容腔顶部设置有第一液压缸,其活塞杆末端连接有压板;压板下方设置有擦拭盒,擦拭盒内装有擦拭头;所述擦拭盒顶部有开口,底部对应位置设置有活门,擦拭盒内两侧均连接有压簧;所述擦拭头顶部中间位置设置有一个横向凹槽和一个圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽内壁附着有柔性擦拭层;擦拭盒下方容腔底部固定有电机,电机输出端连接有主齿轮,主齿轮两侧均设置有从齿轮,从齿轮顶部固定有托板,所述托板顶部具有凹槽;所述电机一侧通过弹簧与容腔壁相连,另一侧对应的容腔壁上设置有第二液压缸,其活塞杆向前对准电机;通孔下方容腔底部一侧设置有第三液压缸,其活塞杆前端连接有推板;所述容腔内壁上还设置有感应装置、进液口和出液口,底座内有单片机。

3.如权利要求1所述的电凝镊清洗支座,其特征在于:所述擦拭盒顶部的开口与压板相适应。
