技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于机动车的操作元件以及按照权利要求8的前序部分所述的用于制造这种操作元件的方法。
背景技术
平面操作元件例如触摸屏或触控板越来越多地在机动车中用作输入使用者指示的器件,例如用以控制导航和娱乐系统和类似系统。
在这种操作元件上通常设有多个区域,通过接触这些区域分别激活不同的功能。视运行状态而定,这里这些区域的布置和功能配置可以改变。然而在机动车的行驶运行中不期望的是,驾驶员为了能可靠地使用操作元件而不得不将其视线从行车道上移开。
由DE 10 2010 042 690 A1已知,在触敏的操作元件的陶瓷表面上可通过机械处理例如磨光、喷砂或类似处理施加触觉结构。这样的结构使得使用者能在无需从行车道上移开视线的情况下摸索到/利用触摸识别出操作元件的各个分区。
但是这种机械处理会减弱操作表面的结构一体性,从而其在承受机械载荷时会很快破裂,这又需要昂贵的修理。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提供一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的操作元件以及一种按照权利要求8的前序部分所述的用于制造操作元件的方法,其确保了特别好的机械承载性。
一种这样的用于机动车的操作元件,包括操作表面,该操作表面用于输入对机动车部件的使用者指示,该操作表面具有至少一个可由使用者摸索到的/利用触摸识别出的表面结构元件。
根据本发明,在此规定,操作表面由玻璃制成,且所述至少一个表面结构元件与所述操作表面一件式地形成。与从现有技术已知的陶瓷表面相比,在玻璃的情况下不需要为制造这种表面结构元件而进行机械的、特别是切削加工的处理。在通过成形和变形进行制造时可产生明显比切削处理时小的材料载荷,从而能制造明显更耐用的、特别是耐刮擦和耐磨的操作元件。
在此特别适宜的是,所述至少一个表面结构元件通过在加热状态下深拉操作表面而形成。由此能以过程可靠的方法制造近乎任意地成形的表面结构,其在随后硬化后具有期望的耐刮性和耐磨性。
在此,操作元件本身能被构造成触摸屏或触控板。这里特别适宜使用触觉的表面结构,以避免驾驶员的注意力从行车道移开。当然,这种具有某种结构的操作表面也能用于压力开关、滑动开关、控制旋钮或类似物。
在本发明的其他设计方案中,通过所述至少一个表面结构元件界定出和/或标记出操作表面的部分操作面。这易于驾驶员仅基于触觉信息就找到这样的部分操作面。
另选地或附加地,所述至少一个表面结构元件也可用作外观设计元件和改善操作元件的视觉美感。
在本发明的其他设计方案中,操作表面沿至少一个空间方向拱曲。这样的操作表面也能价格有利地和安全地通过深拉来产生,并能够以视觉上特别吸引人的方式结合/集成到同样曲拱的仪表板、中央控制台等中。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造上述类型的操作元件的方法。根据本发明,通过在加热状态下深拉操作表面来制造所述至少一个表面结构元件。这里前述优点也适用。

下面借助附图详细阐述本发明及其实施形式。在此,唯一一幅附图示出根据本发明的操作元件的一实施例。
具体实施方式
整体上以10表示的用于机动车的操作元件包括由玻璃制成的板12,该板形成一未进一步详细示出的触摸屏或触控板的触敏的表面14。
在操作元件的第一分区16中设有一排操作面板18,视运行状态而定能为这些操作面板配置不同的功能,这些操作面板在被接触时例如能驱控导航系统或娱乐系统的不同方面,或者也能驱控机动车的其他功能。
为了能实现驾驶员对操作面板18的纯触觉识别,从而使驾驶员不必为进行操作而将其视线从行车道移开,操作面板18由各个侧向布置的表面结构20来界定,这些表面结构从表面14抬高/凸起。其他表面结构22在操作元件10的侧面区域26和下部区域28中界定出附加的操作区24。
为了产生表面结构20、22,首先以平面状态提供板12,并在相应的工具中将该板加热到超过其软化温度/玻璃化温度。该工具具有两个工具半部,所述两个工具半部具有与表面结构20、22相对应的、互补的凹口和凹陷部。通过闭合工具半部,使所述板在软化状态下达到期望的形状,并且通过冷却又使其重新硬化。
在此,表面结构20、22能造型成距离表面14具有近乎任意的高度。特别是,不同的表面结构20、22还能够具有不同的高度和不同的表面特性,例如沟纹、粒面、符号体系等,以便向操作元件10的使用者给出进一步的触觉提示,所述提示便于使用者进行操作。表面结构20、22在此不必如图中所示在每种情况下都形成为高出表面14的凸起部,而是也能相对于表面14凹陷。
在表面结构20、22的水平延伸中还存在另一造型余隙。因此能产生简单的筋部、弧部或复杂的几何图形,它们除了为使用者提供触觉支持外还承担外观设计功能并且能改善操作元件的视觉美感。
表面14还能附加地整个配备有粒面。这使得使用者的手指易于在表面14上滑动并防止形成手指印。
在深拉时还能使表面14或者说整个板12弯曲,从而表面14或者说整个板12能以视觉上吸引人的方式装入同样也弯曲的仪表板或类似物中。
这样造型的表面结构20、22不仅如所描述地适用于对触摸屏或触控板进行造型,而且还能在任意的其他操作元件10上施加上例如压力开关、滑动开关、控制旋钮等,它们通过玻璃表面和陶瓷表面获得特别高等级的和耐用的造型。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机动车的操作元件(10),具有用于对用于机动车部件的使用者指示进行输入的操作表面(14),该操作表面具有能被使用者摸索到的至少一个表面结构元件(20,22),其特征在于,
所述操作表面(14)由玻璃制成,所述至少一个表面结构元件(20,22)与所述操作表面(14)一件式地形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的操作元件(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个表面结构元件(20,22)通过在加热状态下深拉所述操作表面(14)而形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的操作元件(10),其特征在于,所述操作元件(10)是触摸屏或触控板。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的操作元件(10),其特征在于,所述操作元件(10)是压力开关、滑动开关、控制旋钮等。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的操作元件(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个表面结构元件(20,22)界定出和/或标记出所述操作表面(14)的部分操作面(18)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的操作元件(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个表面结构元件(20,22)是外观设计元件。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的操作元件(10),其特征在于,所述操作表面(14)在至少一个空间方向上拱曲。
8.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的操作元件(10)的方法,其特征在于,通过在加热状态下深拉操作表面(14)来形成至少一个表面结构元件(20,22)。
