Description

形成纸箱的纸箱坯料
本发明背景
本发明总体上讲涉及用于包装饮料罐或饮料瓶等容器的纸板箱。更特别地，本发明涉及这种纸箱的一种加强提手。
饮料，包括软饮料、啤酒、果汁和类似物等的容器，如饮料罐或饮料瓶，通常是包装在纸板箱内大量销售。为了方便消费者，纸箱上通常有一个提手，作为一个基本特征，它通常是在纸箱上制作一或两个狭槽或其它形状的孔。使用者将手掌或手指插入此一个或两个狭槽中以提起纸箱。在本技术领域中已有许多种提手为人们所公知。
提起盛有饮料罐或饮料瓶的纸箱会给制成纸箱的纸板带来相当大的应力。出于这一原因，为了防止纸板的撕裂和纸箱的损坏，设计带有各种加强结构的纸箱提手已是众所周知的。这经常是通过在提手狭槽的附近提供两层、三层或更多层纸板来实现。
美国专利3,994,432公开了一种公知的结构，为一种具有多层纸板的提手加强结构。一第一部分顶板被提供在纸箱坯料的一端，一第二部分顶板被提供在所述纸箱坯料的相对端。此外加强板与部分顶板之一连接。当将纸箱坯料装配成纸箱时，顶板部分重叠以提供多层结构。
虽然这种结构提供了加强提手，但其结果是导致了在顶板上产生了沿纸箱长度方向的接缝。该接缝割断了印在纸箱上的图示信息或装饰图案并导致这些图案配准不良。因为顶板对于顾客来讲是主要的视觉部分，这种具有不良视觉效果的纸箱将不能成为一种可良好反应其内所装产品的包装箱。
在美国专利5,221,041中公开了另一种提手，该装置克服了美国专利3,994,432所述存在的缺点。所公开的纸箱坯料的一端具有完整的、不间断顶板、在坯料的另一端具有部分板，用于在装配成纸箱时置于所述顶板上而在提手附近提供多层结构。
虽然这种结构提供了带有加强提手的不间断顶板，但是坯料须包括完整的顶板和超过完整顶面积一半大的加强板。其结果是对于较大的坯料将需要相当大量的纸板材料。另外当考虑到为生产纸箱而在纸板带上布置裁切纸箱坯料时，随纸箱坯料的尺寸增加，纸板的用量将显著增加。这种增加将直接导致纸箱成本的增加，因此这种纸箱也存在着很多缺点。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种提手加强结构，其加强作用是使用一种单块、无间断顶板的坯料来完成的，其中加强结构并不显著增加坯料的尺寸。该加强结构相当紧凑，在生产纸箱时可有效地布置纸板的空间。
根据本发明提供一种用于形成纸箱的纸材坯料，包括：
一顶板，它具有对置的第一和第二折叠线和对置和第一和第二折叠线；一系列侧壁板可折叠地彼此相互连接，包括：一系列第一侧壁板，它们沿着所述第一折叠线可折叠地连接到所述顶板上，和一系列最后的侧壁板，它们相对于所述第一侧壁板的一系列对置端部排列；
第一和第二大端部折板各拥有顶折叠线，所述第一大端部折板沿所述顶折叠线连接到所述顶板的第一端部折叠线上，和所述第二大端部折板沿所述折叠线连接到所述顶板的第二端部折叠线上，每个所述大端部折板还具有分别相对应于顶板的第一和第二折叠线的第一和第二侧折叠线；

优选实施例的详细描述
参见图1，可以看到结合使用本发明的以纸板坯料形式的纸箱10。该纸箱包括一顶板12，其沿折叠线16与侧壁板14相连。底板18沿折叠线20与侧壁板14相连，且在其另一侧沿折叠线24与侧壁板22相连。
顶板12包括一对手插孔26，用于构成纸箱的提手结构的一部分。另外，根据美国专利US-A-5,307,932中所公开的提手结构，有加强折叠线28自孔26向顶板12的角部延伸。然而，加强折叠线也可以采用其它已知的布置形式。在某些情况下，该折叠线甚至可以取消。
大端部折板30沿折叠线32连接于顶板12的一端边，而一第二大端部折板34沿折叠线36连接于顶板12的另一端边。一粘接折板38沿折叠线40与顶板12相连。
根据本发明的提手加强结构与大端部折板30和34各自均相连，且其包括沿折叠线44与大端部折板30相连的端部分42，和沿折叠线48与大端部折板34相连的端部分46。中间部分50将端部分42和46相互连在一起。一辅助提手加强条52沿折叠线54与中间部分50相连。加强条52的位置与粘接折板38邻接，沿一切断线55与其断开。
辅助加强条52包括延伸到端部分42上的端部折板56，和延伸到端部分46上的端部折板58。
端部折板56和58沿折叠线与加强条52的中间部分相连，该折叠线是凹进的，以便在装配好的纸箱上是向内凹的。同样，端部加强部分42和46也沿内凹折叠线与中间部分50相连。这些内凹部分与沿相对应的折叠线32和36上的一部分相配合，它们是包容在扭矩释放切口60内的，从而减小沿顶板12与大端部折板30和34之间的折叠线的外表面的张力。有关这种结构的更详细的情况请参阅美国专利文件US-A-5,320,277，其在此引用作为参考。

最后，侧壁板22包括一沿折叠线78在一端边处相连的小端部折板76，和一沿折叠线82在另一端边处相连的小端部折板80。
现在参见图2，可以看到纸箱10用的纸板坯料的一部分，其表示纸箱组装过程的开始。辅助加强条52绕折叠线54折起，且粘接在提手加强结构的中间部分50上，而折板56和58分别粘接在端部分42和46上。接下来，如图3所示，提手加强结构绕折叠线44和48折起，且端部分42和46分别粘接到大端部折板30和34上。中间部分50以及粘在其上的辅助加强条52粘接到顶板12上，且沿手插孔26之间的区域延伸。这样，在孔26之间就形成一个三层的加强结构。
再返回参见图1，可以看到由端部分42和46、中间部分50和加强条52所提供的加强结构能够使纸箱10的纸板坯料布置效率高，能充分使用制作纸板坯料的纸板幅面上的可用空间。应认识到，对于提手区域的加强，必须有加强结构于手插孔26之间延伸。在传统结构中，是在纸板坯料的两端提供一搭接顶板，所以需要提供一个略大于顶板一半的加强板。
在本发明中，加强结构仅连接到端部折板30和34上。在优选实施例中，这些折板的侧边嵌有确定出顶板12的边缘的折叠线40。这样，加强结构的端部分42和46的宽度可以小于顶板的一半，同时还能将中间部分定位在顶板12的中央，以提供所需的加强作用。这将进一步缩小整个折板坯料的尺寸。作为一个额外的优点，该加强结构越过顶板12且延伸到端部折板30和34上。
纸箱10的其余部分的组装可参见图4和图5。在图4中，所示的顶板12沿折叠线16弯折成与侧壁板14呈搭接布置。如图5所示，沿粘接折板38涂布上胶，且将侧壁板22沿折叠线24折起。侧壁板22的上边缘随即粘接到粘接折板38上，而形成一完整的压扁纸箱。(端部折板30和顶板12在图5中以剖面图形式示出，以显示加强结构的端部分42和中间部分50)。
纸箱的装载如图6所示。首先，将纸箱立起成一空心结构。所示纸箱10具有其端部封闭结构，其包括大端部折板30和68，以及小端部折板65和76，在用胶密封前是打开的。如此处举例所示，对纸箱用呈双层布置的饮料罐进行装载，一分隔插件90置于两层之间。上层的罐C1置于插件90之上，它随后又坐落在下层饮料罐C2的顶面上。饮料罐C2依次置放在纸箱10的底板18上。如通常的那样，罐的布置要求在装载前组装好，而叠置和排列好的饮料罐则通过从其一个或两个打开的端部推入纸箱空心内的方式来装载。这种操作可由合适的自动包装机械来完成。
端部封闭结构的关闭和密封按下述方式进行。将小端部折板65和76折叠靠在所包装饮料罐上的一封闭位置。将胶涂布在小端部折板65和76上，最好也涂布到沿一折叠线连接在插板90的边缘上的端部折板94上。然后将大端部折板30向下折叠且固定在折板65、76和94上。另外在大端部折板68的内表面的外端涂布上胶，将该折板向上折叠密封到大端部折板30上。
进行同样的操作，以关闭和密封处于纸箱的另一端处的端部封闭结构。
已装载和密封好的纸箱可参见图7。
应该认识到，尽管在优选实施例中本发明是结合用于包装两层饮料罐的纸箱加以介绍的，但此提手加强结构也可与用于包装只有一层罐的纸箱，或用于包装瓶子、坛子或其它普通容器的纸箱结合使用。
还应认识到，除了此处特别介绍的之外，此加强结构还可与其它的提手布置形式结合使用。例如，根据产品的取向、纸箱的规格和其它类似原因，孔的具体形状可以改变。在适当的场合，可只采用一个孔。重要的是，此手插孔要大约位于顶板的中心附近，而与三层的加强结构邻接。

1．一种用于形成纸箱的纸箱坯料(10)，包括：
