液压钻车钻杆偏移反馈装置,压力传感器阵列安装在卡钎台内侧,卡钎台安装在推进梁上,凿岩机安装在推进梁上,钻杆与凿岩机连接,推进梁与大臂绞座连接,小臂油缸连接大臂绞座和大臂,大臂安装在车身上,大臂油缸连接大臂与车身,行走机构与车身连接,电控液压阀安装在车身上,线缆连接压力传感器阵列和电控液压阀。本发明的有益效果:本发明根据液压钻车的钻杆偏移方向和力度能进行相应的车身动作部位反馈调整,使得整个工作过程中钻杆保持垂直方向受力、孔洞水平,有效的消除了由于车身偏转导致的孔洞偏移、卡杆等严重后果。

本发明涉及工程机械机构领域,具体的来说是一种液压钻车钻杆偏移反馈装置。
背景技术
在液压钻车工作过程中,由于地址松软、碎石滑动、车身预紧等原因,当钻杆深入地下时,推进梁会发生错位,导致钻杆承受水平方向的力矩,造成孔洞偏移、卡杆等严重后果。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种液压钻车钻杆偏移反馈装置。
本发明的技术方案是:液压钻车钻杆偏移反馈装置,包括推进梁、大臂、凿岩机、钻杆、卡钎台、压力传感器阵列、线缆、电控液压阀、行走机构、车身、大臂油缸、小臂油缸、大臂绞座,压力传感器阵列安装在卡钎台内侧,卡钎台安装在推进梁上,凿岩机安装在推进梁上,钻杆与凿岩机连接,推进梁与大臂绞座连接,小臂油缸连接大臂绞座和大臂,大臂安装在车身上,大臂油缸连接大臂与车身,行走机构与车身连接,电控液压阀安装在车身上,线缆连接压力传感器阵列和电控液压阀。
本发明的有益效果:本发明根据液压钻车的钻杆偏移方向和力度能进行相应的车身动作部位反馈调整,使得整个工作过程中钻杆保持垂直方向受力、孔洞水平,有效的消除了由于车身偏转导致的孔洞偏移、卡杆等严重后果。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明进一步具体说明。
如图1所示,压力传感器阵列6安装在卡钎台5内侧,卡钎台5安装在推进梁1上,凿岩机3安装在推进梁1上,钻杆4与凿岩机3连接,推进梁1与大臂绞座13连接,小臂油缸12连接大臂绞座13和大臂2,大臂2安装在车身10上,大臂油缸11连接大臂2与车身10,行走机构9与车身10连接,电控液压阀8安装在车身10上,线缆7连接压力传感器阵列6和电控液压阀8。
当液压钻车工作时,由于地质原因导致钻杆偏移,使得钻杆4紧靠卡钎台5一侧,压力传感器阵列6感受到压力信号并输入电控液压阀8,电控液压阀8控制响应的大臂油缸11、小臂油缸12、行走机构9对偏移姿态进行调整,直至压力传感器阵列6没有收到压力信号,即钻杆没有偏移。

1.液压钻车钻杆偏移反馈装置,包括推进梁(1)、大臂(2)、凿岩机(3)、钻杆(4)、卡钎台(5)、压力传感器阵列(6)、线缆(7)、电控液压阀(8)、行走机构(9)、车身(10)、大臂油缸(11)、小臂油缸(12)、大臂绞座(13),其特征在于:压力传感器阵列(6)安装在卡钎台(5)内侧,卡钎台(5)安装在推进梁(1)上,凿岩机(3)安装在推进梁(1)上,钻杆(4)与凿岩机(3)连接,推进梁(1)与大臂绞座(13)连接,小臂油缸(12)连接大臂绞座(13)和大臂(2),大臂(2)安装在车身(10)上,大臂油缸(11)连接大臂(2)与车身(10),行走机构(9)与车身(10)连接,电控液压阀(8)安装在车身(10)上,线缆(7)连接压力传感器阵列(6)和电控液压阀(8)。
