Abstract
一种主要用于石材加工及其它研磨行业的高硬度合金白口铸铁磨料。它的实现是在不同类型的熔炉中熔炼具有:C含量为3-4%;Si:0.4-1%;Mn:0.5-2%;S:0.1-0.2%;P:0.1-0.15%;Cr:0.3-1%;B:0.05-0.2%;Re:0.04-0.06%;Fe:92.29-95.5%(重量比)成份的铁水,经粒化处理后,铸铁磨料基体中含有60%以上的硬相组织,显示微硬度Hv>900,宏观硬度(HRC)为55-68,磨料回用率为70%。
Description
本发明属于合金铸铁磨料的新材料,主要用于石材加工及其它用于研磨的行业。
目前我国用于研磨行业的磨料,是把白口铸铁铁水经水喷、气喷、溅轮,离心等方法粒化处理成铸丸或将其破碎成沙砾。这种磨料基体中有30~50%的较软(HV<800)的组织,因此,宏观硬度低、耐磨性差,磨料损耗指标高。
本发明的目的在于建立一个新的磨料基体,以大幅度的提高磨料的硬度,降低磨料损耗,提高石材加工效率,降低成本增加效益。
本发明的实现是:在不同类型的熔炉中熔炼具有C含量为3~4%;Si含量为0.4~1%;Mn:0.5~2%;S:0.1~0.2%;P:0.1~0.15%;Cr:0.3~1%;B:0.05~0.2%;Re:0.04~0.06%;Fe:92.29~95.5%(重量比)成份的铁水。经粒化处理后,其铸铁磨料基体中有60%以上的硬相组织,显微硬度HV>900,铸铁磨料宏观硬度(HRC)为55-68。铸铁磨料性能不受粒化处理方法的影响。
按上述成份熔炼而成的铸铁磨料,与常规磨料相比,其生产效率提高37%;锯条磨损降低30%;磨料回用率达70%。
Claims (2)
1、一种高硬度合金白口铸铁磨料,其特征在于磨料中含有C、Si、Mn、S、P、Cr、B、Re、Fe元素。经不同类型的熔炉熔炼而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磨料,其特征在于各元素的含量分别为:C:3~4%;Si:0.4~1%;Mn:0.5~2%;
S:0.1~0.2%;P:0.1~0.15%;Cr:0.3~1%;
B:0.05~0.2%;Re:0.04~0.06%;
Fe:92.29~95.5%(重量比)。
