Abstract

本发明提供一种立体印刷装置,用以将成型材逐层成形出立体物件。立体印刷装置包括印刷组件以及清洁单元。印刷组件包括料管、驱动轮组与喷嘴。驱动轮组配置在料管与喷嘴之间,以驱动成型材从料管传送至喷嘴,并从喷嘴排出印刷组件以逐层成形出立体物件。清洁单元具有刷毛,抵接于驱动轮组上,使驱动轮组相对清洁单元转动时清洁残余的成型材。

立体印刷装置
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种印刷装置,且特别是有关于一种立体印刷装置。
背景技术
随着电脑辅助制造(Computer-Aided Manufacturing,简称:CAM)的进步,制造业发展了立体印刷技术,能很迅速的将设计原始构想制造出来。立体印刷技术实际上是一系列快速原型成型(Rapid Prototyping,简称:RP)技术的统称,其基本原理都是叠层制造,由快速原型机在X-Y平面内通过扫描形式形成工件的截面形状,而在Z坐标间断地作层面厚度的位移,最终形成立体物体。立体印刷技术能无限制几何形状,而且越复杂的零件越显示RP技术的卓越性,更可大大地节省人力与加工时间,在时间最短的要求下,将3D电脑辅助设计(Computer-Aided Design,简称:CAD)软件所设计的数码立体模型信息真实地呈现出来,不但摸得到,也可真实地感受得到它的几何曲线,更可以试验零件的装配性、甚至进行可能的功能试验。
目前已发展出许多可以形成多个薄横截面层的方式。举例来说,印刷头通常可依据3-D模型的设计数据建构的X-Y-Z坐标在基座上方沿着X-Y坐标移动,从而将建构材料喷涂出正确的横截面层形状。所沉积的材料可随后自然硬化或通过例如强光源而被固化,从而形成所要的横截面层,并在逐层固化的状态下进而形成立体物件。成型的技术随着材料性质而异,举例来说,可利用熔化或软化可塑性材料的方法来制造印刷的“墨水”,例如:选择性激光烧结(selective laser sintering,简称:SLS)和熔融沉积式(fused depositionmodeling,简称:FDM)。
惟,上述用以喷涂的印刷头,其多由齿轮组与管道、喷嘴等构件所组成,因此熔化或软化的成型材料也容易留置于前述构件的缝隙处,一旦固化后,便形成卡置于该处的残料,因而容易影响后续构件的正常运作。
发明内容
本发明提供一种立体印刷装置,其具有自我清洁残料的构件。
本发明的立体印刷装置,用以将成型材逐层成形出立体物件。立体印刷装包括印刷组件与清洁单元。印刷组件包括料管、喷嘴与配置其间的驱动轮组。驱动轮组驱动成型材从料管传送至喷嘴,并从喷嘴排出印刷组件而立体印刷出立体物件。清洁单元具有刷毛,抵接于驱动轮组上,使驱动轮组相对清洁单元转动而清洁残余的成型材。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的驱动轮组包括第一动力源、主动轮与从动轮。第一动力源连接主动轮。从动轮耦接于主动轮,其中第一动力源驱动主动轮转动,而使主动轮带动从动轮转动,以将成型材从料管传送至喷嘴。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述主动轮的转动方向相反于从动轮的转动方向。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的清洁单元设置在从动轮旁,以使刷毛抵接从动轮。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的清洁单元包括涡杆,自由耦接于主动轮或从动轮。刷毛配置在涡杆的涡形齿缝中。刷毛抵接于主动轮或从动轮,以清洁主动轮上或从动轮上残余的成型材。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的清洁单元包括第二动力源与涡杆。涡杆连接至第二动力源,且涡杆耦接于主动轮或从动轮,刷毛配置在涡杆的涡形齿缝中。于第一动力源未驱动时,第二动力源驱动涡杆转动以带动主动轮或从动轮,以使刷毛清洁主动轮上或从动轮上残余的成型材。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述涡杆的转动轴向垂直于主动轮的转动轴向或从动轮的转动轴向。
在本发明的一实施例中,还包括加热单元,热耦接于料管以熔化或软化料管内的成型材。
基于上述,在本发明的上述实施例中,立体印刷装置通过配置在印刷组件旁的清洁单元,且清洁单元具有能与驱动轮组抵接的刷毛,因此能通过驱动轮组进行转动时将其上的残余成型材通过刷毛予以清除,进而有效避免残余成型材固化后卡置于驱动轮组而造成其作动异常的情形。
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合所示附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是依据本发明一实施例的一种立体印刷装置的示意图。图2是图1的立体印刷装置的部分构件示意图。请参考图1与图2,在本实施例中,立体印刷装置100适于依据一数码立体模型信息印刷出一立体物体20,其包括一控制单元110、一基座120以及一印刷组件130。在本实施例中,数码立体模型信息可为一数码立体图像文件,其例如由电脑主机通过电脑辅助设计(computer-aided design,简称:CAD)或动画建模软件等建构而成。控制单元110可用以读取与处理此数码立体模型信息之后驱动印刷组件130在基座120上逐层地立体印刷出立体物件20。
基座120具有一承载面122,用以承载印刷组件130所喷涂的热熔性材料。在本实施例中,立体印刷装置100还包括至少一供料单元140,用以提供成型材30耦接至印刷组件130。印刷组件130设置于基座120上方,控制单元110耦接并控制印刷组件130将成型材逐层成形于基座120的承载面122上而形成立体物体20。
进一步地说,本实施例的成型材30可为由热熔性材料所组成的固态线材,在本实施例中,热熔性材料可例如为聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,简称:PLA)或ABS树脂(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,简称:ABS)等热熔性高分子材料。
再者,印刷组件130包括料管132、驱动轮组134、喷嘴136与加热单元138。料管132连接供料单元140以接收所提供的成型材30。加热单元138热耦接于料管132,以加热软化或熔化料管132中的成型材30,进而通过驱动轮组134将软化或熔化的成型材30挤压传送至喷嘴136后排出印刷组件130,因此达到让成型材30从喷嘴136喷涂至承载面122上的目的。
在本实施例中,驱动轮组134包括第一动力源134c、主动轮134a与从动轮134b,其中第一动力源134c例如是马达,其电性连接控制单元110。主动轮134a与从动轮134b分别是齿轮,其中主动轮134a连接第一动力源134c,从动轮134b耦接主动轮134a。据此,控制单元110便能通过第一动力源134c驱动主动轮134a转动,以让主动轮134a带动从动轮134b,在此,主动轮134a的转动方向相反于从动轮134b的转动方向。因此,软化或熔化的成型材30便能通过主动轮134a与从动轮134b的搭配转动而被传送至喷嘴136,并进而藉此从喷嘴136喷涂至基座120。
正由于软化或熔化后的成型材30是经由上述驱动轮组134提供动力而得以传送,因此相对地,软化或熔化后的成型材30也容易粘滞在驱动轮组134上,因而当软化或熔化后的成型材30固化之后,便容易形成卡置其中的残余成型材。为避免此情形,立体印刷装置100还包括清洁单元150,其具有抵接于驱动轮组134的刷毛152,在本实施例中仅先以刷毛152抵接于从动轮134b为例进行说明。据此,当从动轮134b被主动轮134a带动而转动时,清洁单元150的刷毛152便能因此对粘滞在从动轮134b上的残余成型材进行清洁,以将残余成型材从从动轮134b上移除。
在另一未示出的实施例中,清洁单元也可配置于成型材行经路径的另一侧,也即让刷毛抵接于主动轮134a,而藉此对主动轮134a上的残余成型材进行清除。
图3是依照本发明另一实施例的一种立体印刷装置的局部构件示意图。请参考图3,与上述实施例不同的是,本实施例的清洁单元350包括涡杆354与刷毛352,其中涡杆354自由地耦接于从动轮134b,以使涡杆354的转动轴向垂直于从动轮134b的转动轴向。刷毛352配置在涡杆354的涡形齿缝354a中。进一步地说,当从动轮134b转动时,(即前述以主动轮134a转动而带动从动轮134b),会进一步地带动涡杆354转动,通过涡杆354与从动轮134b彼此的齿相互啮合,刷毛352便得以抵接在从动轮134b的齿缝之间而将其中的残余成型材予以清除。
图4是本发明又一实施例的一种立体印刷装置的局部构件示意图。请参考图4并对照图3,与图3所示实施例不同的是,图4的清洁单元450包括涡杆454、刷毛452与第二动力源456,其中第二动力源456例如是马达,涡杆454连接第二动力源456并耦接于主动轮134a,而刷毛452配置在涡杆454的表面。据此,当主动轮134a并未从第一动力源134c接收动力时,其可被视为是自由枢接状态(所述驱动轮组能依据现有技术,例如齿轮搭配或离合器的设计,而达到所述效果),因而此时能通过第二动力源456对涡杆454提供动力,因而使涡杆454带动主动轮134a,进而使位于涡杆454表面的刷毛452对主动轮134a上的残余成型材加以清除。
惟,本发明并未限定清洁单元与驱动轮组之间的配置状态,设计者能依据需求而对上述图3、图4得实施例予以重新排列组合。举例来说,在一未示出的实施例中,设计者可将清洁单元如图4般配置在成型材行经路径的左侧且使涡杆自由地与主动轮134a耦接,且此时无须图4所示的第二动力源456,而是通过主动轮134a转动来带动涡杆,且使位于涡杆的涡形齿缝内的刷毛抵接于主动轮134a而达到清洁残余成型材的效果。另,也可在成型材30的行经路径的相对两侧均设置清洁单元,也即同时以刷毛抵接于主动轮134a与从动轮134b,在此便不再赘述。
综上所述,在本发明的上述实施例中,立体印刷装置通过配置在印刷组件旁的清洁单元,且清洁单元具有能与驱动轮组抵接的刷毛,因此能通过驱动轮组进行转动时将其上的残余成型材通过刷毛予以清除,进而有效避免残余成型材固化后卡置于驱动轮组而造成其作动异常的情形。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种立体印刷装置,用以将一成型材逐层成形出一立体物件,其特征在于,该立体印刷装置包括:
一印刷组件,包括:一料管、一驱动轮组与一喷嘴,其中该驱动轮组配置在该料管与该喷嘴之间,以驱动该成型材从该料管传送至该喷嘴,并从该喷嘴排出该印刷组件以逐层成形该立体物件;以及
一清洁单元,具有一刷毛,该刷毛抵接于该驱动轮组上,使该驱动轮组相对该清洁单元转动而清洁残余的该成型材,其中该驱动轮组包括:
一主动轮;以及
一从动轮,耦接于该主动轮,其中该主动轮驱动该从动轮转动,以将该成型材从该料管传送至该喷嘴,
其中该清洁单元包括:
一涡杆,耦接于该主动轮或该从动轮,该刷毛配置在该涡杆的表面或该涡杆的涡形齿缝中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该驱动轮组还包括:
一第一动力源,连接该主动轮,其中该第一动力源驱动该主动轮转动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该主动轮的转动方向相反于该从动轮的转动方向。
4.根据权利要求2所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该清洁单元设置在该从动轮旁,以使该刷毛抵接该从动轮。
5.根据权利要求2所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该刷毛抵接于该主动轮或该从动轮,以清洁该主动轮上或该从动轮上残余的该成型材。
6.根据权利要求5所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该涡杆的转动轴向垂直于该主动轮的转动轴向或该从动轮的转动轴向。
7.根据权利要求2所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该清洁单元还包括:
一第二动力源,连接至该涡杆,于该第一动力源未驱动时,该第二动力源驱动该涡杆转动以带动该主动轮或该从动轮,以使该刷毛清洁该主动轮上或该从动轮上残余的该成型材。
8.根据权利要求7所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,该涡杆的转动轴向垂直于该主动轮的转动轴向或该从动轮的转动轴向。
9.根据权利要求1所述的立体印刷装置,其特征在于,还包括:
一加热单元,热耦接于该料管以熔化或软化该料管内的该成型材。
