Abstract

本发明公开了一种车细杆用简易中心架，包括：中心架，该中心架的支承右端安装在六角头上，左端安装一个内径与杆料（3）滑配的轴承（4），内有车刀（1），该杆料上固定个环（2）用来限制车削长度，支承两侧（5）挖去一部分，以便出屑和注入冷却液。具有该冷却结构的装置可以在加工中实现冷却。

    本发明涉及一种机械加工部件。
背景技术
   现有的车细杆用的简易中心架没有冷却结构，不能在加工中实现冷却。
发明内容
   为了解决上述技术问题，本发明包括：中心架，中心架的支承右端安装在六角头上，左端安装一个内径与杆料滑配的轴承，内有车刀。杆料上固定个环用来限制车削长度。支承两侧挖去一部分，以便出屑和注入冷却液。
   具有该冷却结构的装置可以在加工中实现冷却。

    图1是本发明示意图。
具体实施方式
   如图1所示，本发明包括：中心架，作为中心架的支承右端安装在六角头上，左端安装一个内径与杆料3滑配的轴承4，内有车刀1。杆料上固定个环2用来限制车削长度。支承两侧5挖去一部分，以便出屑和注入冷却液。
   具有该冷却结构的装置可以在加工中实现冷却。
