本发明公开了一种大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座，包括工作台（9），其特征在于所述工作台工作面两侧设有左挡块（1）和右挡块（7），所述工作台工作面后侧设有后挡块（6），所述左挡块（1）、右挡块（7）和后挡块（6）构成的工作区域内设有滑动块，所述滑动块上连接有设有滑动槽（5）的底座（4）；所述底座（5）上固接有夹具（3），所述夹具（3）上固接有钻模（2）。使用本结构的气浮底座，能够简单快捷的移动大型铸件，使得大型铸件移动到各钻孔对应位置钻孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座。
背景技术
大型铸件钻孔主要涉及到两个关键点，一是大型铸件的固定，二是大型铸件的移动。目前大型铸件钻孔领域中，大型铸件的移动不是采用手工移动，就是利用大型机械推送。前一种不仅费时费力，而且对铸件的重量有着限制。后一种不仅结构复杂，且浪费能源提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、方便使用的大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座，包括工作台，所述工作台工作面两侧设有左挡块和右挡块，所述工作台工作面后侧设有后挡块，所述左挡块、右挡块和后挡块构成的工作区域内设有滑动块，所述滑动块上连接有设有滑动槽的底座；所述底座上固接有夹具，所述夹具上固接有钻模。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述底座上通过气管连接脚踏板，所述气管与滑动槽相连。
本发明采用的有益效果是：使用本结构的气浮底座，能够简单快捷的移动大型铸件，使得大型铸件移动到各钻孔对应位置钻孔。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1，对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示，一种大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座，包括工作台9，工作台工作面两侧设有左挡块1和右挡块7，工作台工作面后侧设有后挡块6，左挡块1、右挡块7和后挡块6构成的工作区域内设有滑动块，滑动块上连接有设有滑动槽5的底座4；底座5上固接有夹具3，夹具3上固接有钻模2。
为了移动方便，底座4上通过气管连接脚踏板8，气管与滑动槽5相连。用脚踏板8将压缩空气通到底座4下面的浅槽内，可以不费力将其移动。同时压缩空气还有清除钻屑的作用。
使用本结构的气浮底座，能够简单快捷的移动大型铸件，使得大型铸件移动到各钻孔对应位置钻孔。

1.一种大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座，包括工作台（9），其特征在于所述工作台工作面两侧设有左挡块（1）和右挡块（7），所述工作台工作面后侧设有后挡块（6），所述左挡块（1）、右挡块（7）和后挡块（6）构成的工作区域内设有滑动块，所述滑动块上连接有设有滑动槽（5）的底座（4）；所述底座（5）上固接有夹具（3），所述夹具（3）上固接有钻模（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型铸件钻孔夹具用气浮底座，其特征在于所述底座（4）上通过气管连接脚踏板（8），所述气管与滑动槽（5）相连。
