背景技术
[0002]工业废水,若不经处理或处理不完全排放,将会造成水资源污染.其危害是非常严重的,大量物质降解会使水中氮、磷等营养成分大量富集,促进水中的藻类等浮游植物和浮游动物大量繁殖,水中溶解的氧气含量显著下降,将致使鱼类等水生生物大量死亡;人饮用了受污染的水源后或食用水中的物种,这些污染物将进入人体体内,致使人病发,有关数据显示世界上80 %的疾病与水有关,工业废水的处理对人体和环境来说,都迫在眉睫。
[0003]蒸发脱盐是目前无机物溶液处理行之有效的手段,常见的有多效蒸发和机械蒸汽再压缩技术,多效蒸发是将前一效产生的二次蒸汽作为后一效的加热蒸汽,多个蒸发器串联起来一同操作的过程,组成了多效蒸发操作流程,这样仅第一效需要消耗生蒸汽,但相应要求后一效的操作压力和溶液沸点相应降低,这时引入的二次蒸汽才仍能起到加热作用;机械蒸汽再压缩技术是将稀薄的二次蒸汽在经体积压缩后其温度会随之升高,从而实现将蒸汽温度和焓值提高,进而可以作为热源再次加热需要被蒸发的原液,但其对风机性能要求较高,初期投资费用高。
[0004]工业废水中除了无机物外,还有COD、氨氮等成分,其组成十分复杂。蒸发时温度不高,而有机物沸点较高,故蒸发脱盐时,有机物混浊在溶液中,使溶液粘度增大。多效蒸发和机械蒸汽再压缩技术受其结构的限制,不适宜处理高粘度物料。
[0005]本发明系统为常压常温蒸发,其初期投资成本低,运行费用也较低,对溶液处理无特殊要求,不需要对溶液进行复杂的预处理过程,核心设备蒸发室采用超重力旋转床,其利用远大于地球加速度的超重力,使物料不易附着在壁面上,对于处理高粘度物料同样适用。可广泛应用于石油、化工、生物制药等行业。
发明内容
[0006]针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明涉及一种蒸汽驱动的超重力场强化蒸发系统,利用水分子随温度的升高,其逃逸动能增大,扩散到空气的速率增大和高温气体含湿量大的原理,让高温溶液与大气空气进行传热传质,为强化其传热传质效果,采用超重力场旋转结构,载湿气体为不间断连续从外界吹入,从蒸发室排出的湿空气其热值较高,通过回热器回热后,直排大气,由于载湿气体为未封闭循环结构,不需要对湿空气进行除湿回收利用,减少了除湿设备的投入,回热器吸收装置余热,减少蒸汽热源的输入,节省了能源。

[0008]具体工作流程:开启进料栗801,打开进料阀,溶液储罐I的溶液与回收罐7的饱和溶液混合后经过冷凝回热器2,与自蒸发室4排出的湿空气进行换热,吸热升温后通往预热器3,利用蒸汽潜热对混合溶液进行预热,蒸汽放热冷凝,冷凝液排出,混合溶液吸热升温通往蒸发室4;混合溶液由蒸发室溶液进口管401进入超重力场旋转结构,溶液进口管401为中通结构,中通管管壁开有若干小孔,作为液体分布装置,电机通过挠性联轴器带动转子旋转,混合溶液被打散成液滴状,沿径向进入填料层,鼓风机901鼓吹外界空气经过除尘器10除去微小灰尘,由空气进口管402进入蒸发室,沿填料层环向进入填料层内,热溶液与空气逆流传热传质,混合溶液中水蒸气逃逸到空气中,成为湿空气,从湿空气出口管403排出,混合溶液浓缩,聚集于蒸发室4底部,形成蓄液池,通过母液出口管404排入晶浆罐5,浓缩溶液为过饱和溶液,一部分固体析出,与溶液从底部排出口进入固液分离器6,进行固液分离,固体回收利用,分离液与晶浆罐5的溢流液排入回收罐7,由循环栗802打出与溶液储罐I的溶液混合后再次进入系统,循环蒸发。

[0026]本实施例的蒸汽驱动的超重力场强化空气蒸发系统,包括溶液储罐1、冷凝回热器2、预热器3、蒸发室4、晶浆罐5、固液分离器6、回收罐7、栗、鼓风机901、引风机902、除尘器
10、液体管线1101-1104,气体管线1201-1203等组成。本发明利用水分子随着温度的升高,其逃逸动能增大(见图1)以及空气温度升高,空气中含湿量增大的原理(见图2),利用蒸汽作为加热介质,溶液经回热、预热后在超重力场中与空气直接接触,进行强化传热传质,空气携带水蒸气排出,溶液浓缩,固体析出,实现固液分离。常温空气在鼓风机901做功下,由吸风口吸入,经过除尘器10过滤,除去空气中的微小颗粒后,进入蒸发室4,经预热器吸热升温后的混合溶液在超重力场中进行强化传热传质,空气升温携带水蒸气排出;排出的湿空气进入冷凝回热器2中加热溶液,同时析出一部分冷凝水,空气在引风机902的做功下,直接排空。来自溶液储罐I的溶液与自回收罐7的饱和溶液按一定循环比形成混合溶液后,先与冷凝回热器2的热载湿气体进行换热,混合溶液吸热升温后再进入预热器3,用蒸汽进一步加热,混合溶液通过两次换热升温后进入蒸发室4,与空气进行热质交换,实现蒸发。

3.根据权利要求1所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,来自溶液储罐(I)的溶液与回收罐(7)的饱和溶液按一定循环比形成混合溶液后,先与冷凝回热器(2)的湿气体进行换热,混合溶液吸热升温后再进入预热器(3),用蒸汽进一步加热,混合溶液通过两次换热升温后进入蒸发室(4),与空气进行热质交换,实现蒸发。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,蒸发室(4)内为直接接触逆流传热传质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,自蒸发室(4)排出的浓缩溶液进入晶浆罐(5),浓缩溶液为过饱和溶液,一部分固体析出,与溶液从底部排入固液分离器(6),进行固液分离,固体回收利用,分离液与晶浆罐(5)的溢流液排入回收罐(7),再次进入系统,循环蒸发。
6.根据权利要求2所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,混合溶液由蒸发室(4)溶液进口管(401)进入超重力场旋转结构,溶液进口管(401)为中通结构,中通管管壁开有若干小孔,作为液体分布装置,电机通过挠性联轴器带动转子旋转,混合溶液被打散成液滴状,沿径向进入填料层,鼓风机(901)鼓吹外界空气经过除尘器(10)除去微小灰尘,由空气进口管(402)进入蒸发室,沿填料层环向进入填料层内,热溶液与空气逆流传热传质,混合溶液中水蒸气逃逸到空气中,成为湿空气,从湿空气出口管(403)排出,混合溶液浓缩,聚集于蒸发室(4)底部,形成蓄液池,通过母液出口管(404)排入晶浆罐(5),浓缩溶液为过饱和溶液,一部分固体析出,与溶液从底部排出口进入固液分离器(6 ),进行固液分离,固体回收利用,分离液与晶浆罐(5)的溢流液排入回收罐(7),由循环栗(802)打出与溶液储罐(I)的溶液混合后再次进入系统,循环蒸发。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,蒸发室(4)内部选用超重力场旋转结构,超重力场主轴为卧式横置,与壳体接触处设置动密封,主轴靠电机侧设置轴承,填料层底盘固定在主轴上,底盘上设置若干支架用于绑扎填料层,填料层顶端设置压板,压板与底盘通过拉杆固定,填料层可选用丝网填料或孔板波纹填料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,蒸发室(4)远离主轴侧壁处开有湿空气出口管(403)和溶液进口管(401),蒸发室(4)下部侧壁开有空气进口管(402),底部开有母液出口管(404)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超重力场强化蒸发系统,其特征在于,系统为不带压操作,溶液储罐(I)和蒸发室(4)筒体选用聚丙烯材料。
