技术领域
本公开涉及用于手术系统的联接组件。更具体地,本公开涉及用于使机电式手术装置同依次与诸如手术用装载单元的手术用附加装置连接的接合器组件相互电连接以及相互机械连接的联接组件。本公开还提供包括手持式机电式手术装置以及用于减少手术系统的总长度和/或将手术系统的重心向使用者近侧移动的联接组件的手术系统。
背景技术
许多手术装置生产商已经开发了具有用于操作和/或操纵机电式手术装置的专有驱动系统的生产线。在许多情况下,机电式手术装置包括可重复使用的手柄组件,以及可置换装载单元和/或单次使用装载单元等,该可置换装载单元和/或单次使用装载单元等在使用前选择性地连接至手柄组件并且随后在使用后从手柄组件分离以便丢弃或者在有些情况下经消毒后重复使用。
在某些情况下,接合器组件用于使机电式手术装置与多个手术用附加装置(诸如手术用装载单元)中的任何一个相互连接,从而在二者之间建立机械连接和/或电连接。然而,目前,这种使用接合器组件的手术系统达到了不期望的长度,这对于特定的手术应用是存在问题的和/或不方便的。例如,随着手术系统的长度增加,手术系统的重心更远地偏离医生的手(即,向远侧),因此在使用中导致医生出现疲劳。

发明内容
本公开涉及用于机电式手术装置与手术用附加装置之间的相互电连接以及机械连接的联接组件。本公开还涉及一种手术系统,其包括手持式机电式手术装置、接合器组件、手术用附加装置以及设置于接合器组件与手术装置之间以便减小手术系统的总长度的联接组件。
根据本公开的方案,提供有联接组件。所述联接组件选择性地将手术装置与构造为用于与手术用附加装置连接的接合器组件相互连接。手术装置限定了纵轴线。联接组件包括第一连接件、第二连接件以及外管。第一连接件构造为用于与手术装置匹配接合。第二连接件构造为用于与接合器组件匹配接合。外管具有限定纵轴线的第一端和第二端并且在第一端和第二端之间延伸。外管的第一端支撑第一连接件,并且外管的第二端支撑第二连接件。外管的纵轴线相对于手术装置的纵轴线横向地延伸。
在本公开的方案中,当第一连接件连接至手术装置时,可以将第一连接件设置在第二连接件的远侧。
可以预期,外管可以相对于第一连接件和第二连接件横向地延伸。
在本公开的方案中,联接组件可以进一步包括至少一个设置在外管内的可旋转驱动轴。
在一些实施例中,联接组件的至少一个可旋转驱动轴可以支撑第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮。第一锥齿轮可以设置为与第一连接件邻近,并且可以构造为用于与手术装置的至少一个可旋转驱动轴连接。第二锥齿轮可以设置为与第二连接件邻近,并且可以构造为用于与接合器组件的至少一个可旋转驱动轴连接。手术装置的至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转可以通过联接组件的至少一个可旋转驱动轴引起接合器组件的至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转。
可以设想,第一连接件和第二连接件中的每一个均可以包括至少一个齿轮轴。第一连接件的至少一个齿轮轴可以是可连接于手术装置的至少一个驱动轴和第一锥齿轮之间。第二连接件的至少一个齿轮轴可以是可连接于接合器组件的至少一个驱动轴与第二锥齿轮之间。

具体实施方式

可旋转驱动轴118、120、122的远侧端可以各自限定构造为与联接组件200的第一、第二以及第三齿轮轴218a、220a、222a的近侧端匹配地接合的凹槽。可旋转驱动轴118、120、122的凹槽与齿轮轴218a、220a、222a的近侧端可以具有非圆形的横截面轮廓。在有些实施例中,可以预期可旋转驱动轴118、120、122的凹槽与齿轮轴218a、220a、222a的近侧端的多种构造,例如,三角形、正方形、矩形、卵形、锥形、椭圆形、星形、菜豆形和/或多边形。替换地,联接套筒(未示出)可以用于将驱动轴118、120、122的远侧端与对应的齿轮轴218a、220a、222a的近侧端相互连接。
当联接组件200联接至手术装置100时,由于手术装置100的可旋转驱动轴118、120、122中的每一个与联接组件200的对应的齿轮轴218a、220a、222a之间具有锁住的和/或基本上不可旋转的接触面,旋转力选择性地从手术装置100的可旋转驱动轴118、120、122传递至联接组件200的对应的齿轮轴218a、220a、222a。
手术装置100的可旋转驱动轴118、120和/或122的选择性的旋转使手术装置100通过联接组件200和接合器组件300选择性地致动手术用附加装置400的不同的功能。例如,手术装置100的第一可旋转驱动轴118的选择性的且独立的旋转与手术用附加装置400的工具组件404(参见图4)的选择性的且独立的打开和闭合、以及手术用附加装置400的工具组件404的吻合/切割部件的驱动相对应。作为一个另外的例子,手术装置100的第二可旋转驱动轴120的选择性的且独立的旋转与手术用附加装置400的工具组件404的横向于限定在接合器组件300的相对的端部之间的纵轴线“X3”-“X3”(参见图2)的选择性的且独立的关节式运动相对应。另外地,例如,手术装置100的第三可旋转驱动轴122的选择性的且独立的旋转与手术用附加装置400的相对于手术装置100的手柄壳体102关于纵轴线“X3”-“X3”的选择性的且独立的旋转相对应。
转向图2和图3,如上所述,系统10包括用于选择性地将手术装置100与接合器组件300相互连接的联接组件200。联接组件200包括第一连接件230、第二连接件270以及例如设置并连接在第一连接件230和第二连接件270之间的外管250的纵向元件。
如上所述,第一连接件230具有筒状的构造,并且构造为用于与手术装置100匹配接合。在有些实施例中,第一连接件230被多种地构造,例如,卵形、椭圆形、三角形、正方形、六边形、平面型、锥形、多边形和/或波浪形。第一连接件230大致为环形,并包括限定有空腔234或者凹槽的内表面232。空腔234与贯穿外管250的长度延伸的通道252连通。
第一连接件230包括设置在其近侧端的配合件,例如,阴配件236。如此处所述,阴配件236构造为用于与手术装置100的连接部108匹配接合。阴配件236与连接部108构造为用于以搭扣接合形式连接。在有些实施例中,阴配件236与连接部108通过可替换的接合机构连接,例如,螺纹接合、摩擦接合、锁与钥匙接合、插销、按钮、卡扣型连接、焊接、粘接和/或其他的机构。可以预测的,联接组件200可以与手术装置100连接以便抵抗和/或防止相对旋转。阴配件236定向在如图3中的箭头“B”所示的的第一方向上,面向手术装置100的远侧端112或者连接部108。

外管250具有大体的矩形或者圆形的构造以及在其中延伸并限定有内部的相似地定形的通道252。在有些实施例中,外管250和通道252被多种地构造,例如那些在前文和下文中说明的替代方式。外管250与第一连接件230和第二连接件270一体地和/或整体地形成。可以预测,外管250可以与第一连接件230和第二连接件270可分离地接合。外管250由刚性材料(例如不锈钢、热塑性材料等)制作。

第二连接件270具有筒状的构造,并且构造为用于与接合器组件300匹配接合,该接合器组件300依次地构造为用于与手术用附加装置400接合。在有些实施例中,第二连接件270被多种地构造,例如,卵形、椭圆形、三角形、正方形、六边形、平面型、锥形、多边形和/或波浪形。第二连接件270大致为环形,并且包括限定有空腔276或者凹槽的内表面274。空腔276与外管250的通道252连通,以便空腔234、276与通道252相互连通。

在使用中,联接组件200的第一连接件230的阴配件236与手术装置100的上壳体部102a的连接部108匹配地接合。联接组件200相对于手术装置100的上壳体部102a的远侧端112以角度“α”(例如,小于大约90度的角度)延伸,以便第二连接件270设置在手术装置100的上壳体部102a的远侧端112的近侧或者在第一连接件230的近侧。这样,作为使用联接组件200的结果,手术系统10具有限定在手术装置100的最近侧端与手术用附加装置400的最远侧端之间的缩减的总长度。

可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的近侧端各自限定构造为与第二连接件270的第一、第二以及第三齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端匹配地接合的凹槽。可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的凹槽与齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端具有非圆形的构造。在有些实施例中,可以构想凹槽与齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端的多种构造,例如,三角形、正方形、矩形、卵形、锥形、椭圆形、星形、菜豆形和/或多边形。
可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的近侧端各自限定构造为与联接组件200的第一、第二以及第三齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端匹配地接合的凹槽。可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的凹槽与齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端可以具有非圆形的横截面轮廓。在有些实施例中,可以构想可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的凹槽与齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端的多种构造,例如,三角形、正方形、矩形、卵形、锥形、椭圆形、星形、菜豆形和/或多边形。可替换地,联接套筒(未示出)可以用于将驱动轴318、320、322的近侧端与对应的齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的远侧端相互连接。
每个驱动轴318、320、322用作在手术装置100的电动机的致动期间接收来自第二连接件270的相应的齿轮轴218c、220c、222c的旋转力的旋转接收构件。可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的远侧端可操作地与接合器组件300的力传递/转换构件接合,以便接合器组件300的可旋转驱动轴318、320、322传递旋转力或者将旋转力转换为用于致动手术用附加装置400的轴向力。
如图4所示,系统10进一步包括手术用附加装置400,该手术用附加装置400构造为用于与接合器组件300的远侧端可操作连接。在图示的实施例中,手术用附加装置400在连接至接合器组件300的外管306的近侧主体部402与远侧工具组件404之间延伸。手术用附加装置400相对于外管306关于纵轴线“X3”-“X3”能旋转。工具组件404包括钉仓组件406以及砧座组件408。钉仓组件406包括吻合与切割钉仓。钉仓组件406与砧座组件408相对于彼此能枢转,从而夹紧或者松开其间的材料,例如,组织。

如上所述的,依次地,第一、第二以及第三齿轮轴218c、220c、222c在第二连接件270的空腔276内的旋转通过带键的/非圆形的接触面分别引起接合器组件300的第一、第二以及第三可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的旋转。接合器组件300的第一、第二以及第三可旋转驱动轴318、320、322的旋转或者被传输或者被转换从而驱动(即,旋转或者平移)手术用附加装置400的第一、第二以及第三驱动轴418、420、422。
参照图5,手术系统500被示出包括与手术装置100类似的手持式机电式手术装置502。手术装置502直接连接到手术用附加装置,例如,支撑末端执行器的接合器组件504,而不提供联接组件200。手术系统500具有限定在手术装置502的最近侧端与末端执行器的最远侧端之间的总长度“L1”。
参照图6,示出了提供有联接组件200的本公开的手术系统10。通过联接组件200将接合器组件504(以及末端执行器)与手术装置100相互连接,手术系统10具有比手术系统500的长度“L1”小的总长度“L2”。联接组件200的成角度的构造将末端执行器504相对于手术装置100的远侧端112的位置向近侧偏移。同样地,联接组件200具有与手术系统500相比被减小的手术系统10的总长度,并且使二者间的重心向近侧偏移。
可以设想,本公开的全部齿轮可以多种地构造,例如,正齿轮、螺旋齿轮、等径伞齿轮、蜗轮、无齿隙齿轮、锥齿轮、齿轮组、差动端齿轮、复合正齿轮以及本领域公知的其他齿轮。
考虑到强度、耐用性、耐磨性、重量、抗腐蚀、制造难易、制造成本等因素,此处说明的任何部件可以由任一种金属、塑料、树脂、复合材料或者类似材料制成。
可以明了,可以对本公开的接合器组件的实施例进行多种变更。因此,上述说明不应被解释为限定,而仅仅作为实施例的范例。本领域技术人员会想到在本公开的范围和主旨内的其他变更。

Claims (20)

1.一种联接组件,其用于选择性地使手术装置与构造为用于与手术用附加装置连接的接合器组件相互连接,所述联接组件包括:
第一连接件,其构造为用于与手术装置匹配接合;
第二连接件,其构造为用于与接合器组件匹配接合;以及
外管,其具有第一端和第二端,并且在所述第一端和所述第二端之间限定纵轴线,所述外管的所述第一端支撑所述第一连接件并且所述外管的所述第二端支撑所述第二连接件,其中所述外管的所述纵轴线相对于由手术装置限定的纵轴线横向地延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联接组件,其中,当所述第一连接件与手术装置连接时,所述第一连接件设置在所述第二连接件的远侧。
3.根据权利要求1的所述的联接组件,其中,所述外管相对于所述第一连接件和第二连接件横向地延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的联接组件,进一步包括设置在所述外管内的至少一个可旋转驱动轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的联接组件,其中,所述联接组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴支撑:

手持式机电式手术装置,其构造为致动手术用附加装置,所述手术装置包括:
壳体;以及
至少一个可旋转驱动轴,其支撑在所述壳体内用于驱动所述手术用附加装置的致动,所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴限定纵轴线;
接合器组件,其用于所述手术装置与所述手术用附加装置之间的选择性的相互连接,所述接合器组件包括至少一个可旋转驱动轴,所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴构造为将所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转力传递/转换成用于致动所述手术用附加装置的轴向力/旋转力;以及
联接组件,其用于使所述手术装置与所述接合器组件联接,所述联接组件包括:
第一连接件,其构造为用于与所述手术装置匹配接合;
第二连接件,其构造为用于与所述接合器组件匹配接合;以及
外管,其具有第一端和第二端,并且在所述第一端和所述第二端之间限定纵轴线,所述外管的所述第一端支撑所述第一连接件并且所述外管的所述第二端支撑所述第二连接件,其中所述联接组件的所述纵轴线相对于所述手术装置的所述纵轴线横向地延伸。

13.根据权利要求12所述的机电式手术系统,其中,所述联接组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴支撑:
第一齿轮,其与所述第一连接件邻近设置,所述第一齿轮构造为用于与所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴连接;
第二齿轮,其与所述第二连接件邻近设置,所述第二齿轮构造为用于与所述接合器组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴连接,其中所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转通过所述联接组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴引起所述接合器组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转。
14.根据权利要求9所述的机电式手术系统,其中,所述第一连接件和第二连接件各自包括限定了与贯穿所述外管的长度延伸的通道连通的空腔的内表面。
15.根据权利要求9所述的机电式手术系统,其中,所述外管相对于所述手术装置的所述纵轴线以小于大约90度的角度延伸。
16.根据权利要求9所述的机电式手术系统,其中,所述壳体包括具有近侧端和远侧端的上壳体部以及从所述上壳体部的所述近侧端延伸的下手握部。
17.根据权利要求16所述的机电式手术系统,其中,当所述第一连接件与所述手术装置匹配地接合时,所述第二连接件设置在所述上壳体部的所述远侧端的近侧。
18.根据权利要求16所述的机电式手术系统,其中,当所述第一连接件与所述手术装置匹配地接合时,所述联接组件相对于所述上壳体部的所述远侧端以小于大约90度的角度延伸。
19.一种装配机电式手术系统的方法,所述方法包括:
提供构造为用于执行至少一个功能的手术用附加装置;
提供构造为致动所述手术用附加装置的手持式机电式手术装置,所述手术装置包括:
壳体;以及
至少一个可旋转驱动轴,其支撑在所述壳体内用于驱动所述手术用附加装置的所述至少一个功能,所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴限定纵轴线;
提供用于所述手术装置与所述手术用附加装置之间的选择性的相互连接的接合器组件,所述接合器组件包括至少一个可旋转驱动轴并且构造为将所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转力转换/传递成用于致动所述手术用附加装置的轴向力/旋转力;
提供用于使所述手术装置与所述接合器组件联接的联接组件,所述联接组件包括:
第一连接件,其构造为用于与所述手术装置匹配接合;
第二连接件,其构造为用于与所述接合器组件匹配接合;
外管,其具有第一端和第二端,并且在所述第一端和所述第二端之间限定纵轴线,所述外管的所述第一端支撑所述第一连接件并且所述外管的所述第二端支撑所述第二连接件,其中所述外管的所述纵轴线相对于所述手术装置的所述纵轴线横向地延伸;
将所述手术装置与所述第一连接件连接,以便所述联接组件相对于所述手术装置以小于大约90度的角度设置;以及
将所述接合器组件与所述第二连接件和所述手术用附加装置连接。
20.根据权利要求19所述的装配机电式手术系统的方法,进一步包括:
将所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴与所述联接组件的邻近所述第一连接件设置的第一齿轮连接;以及
将所述接合器组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴与所述联接组件的邻近所述第二连接件设置的第二齿轮连接,其中所述手术装置的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转通过所述联接组件的所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮引起所述接合器组件的所述至少一个可旋转驱动轴的旋转,从而致动所述手术用附加装置的所述至少一个功能。
