本发明公开了一种电喷泵橡胶密封件,涉及橡胶技术领域,该电喷泵橡胶密封件,包括有橡胶密封件本体,所述密封圈本体具有橡胶内层和橡胶外层两层;所述密封圈本体包括有环形的底部及筒形壁体,所述筒形壁体与所述底部的外沿相连接,所述筒形壁体的内壁上端径向伸出有外唇,所述底部上轴向伸出有环形的凸起。本发明解决现有的橡胶密封件弹性差,使用寿命短且密封效果差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其是一种电喷泵橡胶密封件。
背景技术
在汽车或机械设备的液压系统中,其电喷泵的泵体和其喷嘴之间通常是通过密封件连接的,现有的密封件是一种橡胶的皮碗,其多采用单一材料的橡胶制成,由于用在此处的橡胶皮碗要承受密封件对该皮碗给以断面压缩力以及高压油液的流动,易造成橡胶皮碗的损坏而导致漏油、窜油,因此不但使油品浪费,严重者甚至会造成危及人们生命财产的事故,因此生产出一种弹性高、寿命长、密封效果好且价格便宜的橡胶管是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电喷泵橡胶密封件,它可以解决现有的橡胶密封件弹性差,使用寿命短且密封效果差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种电喷泵橡胶密封件,包括有橡胶密封件本体,所述密封圈本体具有橡胶内层和橡胶外层两层;所述密封圈本体包括有环形的底部及筒形壁体,所述筒形壁体与所述底部的外沿相连接,所述筒形壁体的内壁上端径向伸出有外唇,所述底部上轴向伸出有环形的凸起。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述橡胶内层由顺丁橡胶制成。
进一步的:所述橡胶外层的橡胶采用如下重量份的原料制成:
顺丁橡胶:70份; 乙丙橡胶: 25份; 氯醚橡胶: 5份;碳酸钙:4份;高耐磨炭黑:10份;喷雾炭黑:10份;二硫代氨基甲酸盐:5.5份;聚乙烯蜡:2.3份;石蜡:8份;硫化树脂:7.3份。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、由于筒形壁体的内壁上端径向伸出有外唇,底部上轴向伸出有环形的凸起,可从径向和轴向将连接件抱合,提高了密封性;
2、由于橡胶内层由顺丁橡胶制成,其价格低廉且具有弹性与耐磨性优良,耐老化性好的特性;
3、由于橡胶外层采用了顺丁橡胶为主料并加入了乙丙橡胶和氯醚橡胶, 乙丙橡胶的高冲击弹性和氯醚橡胶的高耐老化性改善了顺丁橡胶的强度较低,抗撕裂性差的缺点使合成的橡胶具有高抗压性和耐碱、耐油、耐水、耐老化使用寿命长的特点。由于采用聚乙烯蜡作为防老化剂,可提高外管层橡胶的的持久度、硬度和抗磨损性;
4、由于橡胶外层中采用了高耐磨炭黑及喷雾炭黑并用,使橡胶外层物理机械性能优异,压缩永久变形小。

1.一种电喷泵橡胶密封件,包括有橡胶密封件本体,其特征在于:所述密封圈本体具有橡胶内层(a)和橡胶外层(b)两层;所述密封圈本体包括有环形的底部(2)及筒形壁体(1),所述筒形壁体(1)与所述底部(2)的外沿相连接,所述筒形壁体(1)的内壁上端径向伸出有外唇(1-1),所述底部(2)上轴向伸出有环形的凸起(1-2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电喷泵橡胶密封件,其特征在于:所述橡胶内层(a)由顺丁橡胶制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电喷泵橡胶密封件,其特征在于:所述橡胶外层(b)的橡胶采用如下重量份的原料制成:
顺丁橡胶:70份; 乙丙橡胶: 25份; 氯醚橡胶: 5份;碳酸钙:4份;高耐磨炭黑:10份;喷雾炭黑:10份;二硫代氨基甲酸盐:5.5份;聚乙烯蜡:2.3份;石蜡:8份;硫化树脂:7.3份。
