本发明公开了一种抗震密封法兰,包括,两个相对装配的左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件,用于支撑对接后法兰结构的法兰抗震支撑座;左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件非对接端外壁这是由环状凸台;法兰抗震支撑座包括,嵌入于左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件的环状凸台内侧壁与左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件外壁形成的径向凹槽位置的顶板和用于顶置顶板的预紧弹簧片;采用上述技术方案的本发明,法兰抗震支撑座对右法兰对接件对接结构位于环绕的法兰抗震支撑座中心位置,预紧弹簧片能够非常好的抵消掉高频震动,保证密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗震密封法兰。
背景技术
目前法兰盘的对接一般直接采用螺栓组件装配,这种装配方式在震动频率的高的地方会直接导致螺栓组件松脱失去密封性。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提出一种抗震密封法兰。
为达到以上目的,通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗震密封法兰,包括,两个相对装配的左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件,用于支撑对接后法兰结构的法兰抗震支撑座;
左法兰对接件对接端面轴向方向设置有锥状凸起环;
右法兰对接件与左法兰对接件对接端面设置于与锥状凸起环配合密封的斜面环槽;
左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件非对接端外壁这是由环状凸台;
法兰抗震支撑座包括,嵌入于左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件的环状凸台内侧壁与左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件外壁形成的径向凹槽位置的顶板和用于顶置顶板的预紧弹簧片;
法兰抗震支撑座数量不少于3个,且均匀分布于左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件对接后外壁表面;
采用上述技术方案的本发明,首先通过安装至少两个法兰抗震支撑座实现定位,然后将右法兰对接件与左法兰对接件对接后放置于法兰抗震支撑座上(此时预紧弹簧片、顶板和右法兰对接件与左法兰对接件外壁紧靠),然后在装配一个或者多个法兰抗震支撑座对右法兰对接件与左法兰对接件进行最后定位,这样法兰抗震支撑座对右法兰对接件对接结构位于环绕的法兰抗震支撑座中心位置,预紧弹簧片能够非常好的抵消掉高频震动,保证密封性;
预紧弹簧片设置有用于安装固定物体表面的安装耳,且安装耳上加工有用于螺栓组件紧固的通孔,方便预紧弹簧片的固定进而直接确定左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件的位置,同时可采用螺栓组件固定,方便拆卸;
右法兰对接件斜面环槽内壁表面设置有密封橡胶环,且密封橡胶环嵌入于斜面环槽内壁表面,主要用于在斜面对接部分辅助密封;
环状凸台与左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件周向外壁接合处加工为导向斜面;顶板与导向斜面贴合位置加工为匹配斜面,主要用于顶板与左法兰对接件和右法兰对接件完全贴合,进而保证预紧的力传输稳定,且斜面设置有效避免了硬力集中。

如图1所示的一种抗震密封法兰,包括,两个相对装配的左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2,用于支撑对接后法兰结构的法兰抗震支撑座2;
左法兰对接件1对接端面轴向方向设置有锥状凸起环3;
右法兰对接件2与左法兰对接件1对接端面设置于与锥状凸起环3配合密封的斜面环槽4;
左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2非对接端外壁这是由环状凸台5;
法兰抗震支撑座2包括,嵌入于左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2的环状凸台5内侧壁与左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2外壁形成的径向凹槽位置的顶板6和用于顶置顶板6的预紧弹簧片7;
法兰抗震支撑座2数量不少于3个,且均匀分布于左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2对接后外壁表面;

预紧弹簧片7设置有用于安装固定物体表面的安装耳8,且安装耳8上加工有用于螺栓组件紧固的通孔,方便预紧弹簧片7的固定进而直接确定左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2的位置,同时可采用螺栓组件固定,方便拆卸;
右法兰对接件2斜面环槽4内壁表面设置有密封橡胶环9,且密封橡胶环9嵌入于斜面环槽4内壁表面,主要用于在斜面对接部分辅助密封;
环状凸台5与左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2周向外壁接合处加工为导向斜面10;顶板6与导向斜面10贴合位置加工为匹配斜面,主要用于顶板6与左法兰对接件1和右法兰对接件2完全贴合,进而保证预紧的力传输稳定,且斜面设置有效避免了硬力集中。

1.一种抗震密封法兰,其特征在于:包括,两个相对装配的左法兰对接件(1)和右法兰对接件(2),用于支撑对接后法兰结构的法兰抗震支撑座(2);
所述左法兰对接件(1)对接端面轴向方向设置有锥状凸起环(3);
所述右法兰对接件(2)与左法兰对接件(1)对接端面设置于与锥状凸起环(3)配合密封的斜面环槽(4);
所述左法兰对接件(1)和右法兰对接件(2)非对接端外壁这是由环状凸台(5);
所述法兰抗震支撑座(2)包括,嵌入于左法兰对接件(1)和右法兰对接件(2)的环状凸台(5)内侧壁与左法兰对接件(1)和右法兰对接件(2)外壁形成的径向凹槽位置的顶板(6)和用于顶置顶板(6)的预紧弹簧片(7);
所述法兰抗震支撑座(2)数量不少于3个,且均匀分布于左法兰对接件(1)和右法兰对接件(2)对接后外壁表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗震密封法兰,其特征在于:预紧弹簧片(7)设置有用于安装固定物体表面的安装耳(8),且安装耳(8)上加工有用于螺栓组件紧固的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗震密封法兰,其特征在于:所述右法兰对接件(2)斜面环槽(4)内壁表面设置有密封橡胶环(9),且密封橡胶环(9)嵌入于斜面环槽(4)内壁表面。
