一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛40-50份;六偏磷酸钠30-40份;苯酚45-55份;水80-100份;己二酸10-20份;着色颜料20-40份;乙二醇20-25份;磷酸三丁酯40-60份;苯二甲酸酐25-35份;体质颜料60-80份;二氧化硅粉15-25份;五氯酚钠35-45份;甲苯50-60份;乙二醇6-10份;产品固含量35-45%,细度50-60μm;22℃表干0.5-1h,水中浸泡24h后无起泡、脱落现象;粘度35-45s,不流挂,在90℃下6h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100%,耐擦洗300-400次,产品沉降值低且涂膜外观平整,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料。
背景技术
中国传统的溶剂型涂料比重逐渐下降,水性涂料的发展速度也很快,但聚乙烯醇类低档品种仍占较大比重。提高水性涂料的质量、开发新的品种是巩固和发展水性涂料的重要环节。重点研究和开发应以醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液以及纯丙烯酸系列为基料的乳胶涂料为主,并争取在耐久性、漆膜平滑性、丰满度、施工性、装饰性等方面有所突破;对于已较成熟的环氧乳液、水性聚氨酯的水性基料应继续研究具有高性能的水性涂料,满足部分的特殊要求。内墙涂料就是一般装修用的乳胶漆。乳胶漆即是乳液性涂料,按照基材的不同,分为聚醋酸乙烯乳液和丙烯酸乳液两大类。乳胶漆以水为稀释剂,是一种施工方便、安全、耐水洗、透气性好的的涂料,它可根据不同的配色方案调配出不同的色泽。种类:水性内墙漆、油性内墙漆、干粉型内墙漆,属水性涂料,主要由水,乳液,颜料,填料,添加剂五种成分构成。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种不流挂、耐水性及耐热性优异的建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,解决现有建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料易起泡、脱落,耐热性差,不抗开裂等技术问题。
技术方案:
一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,所述建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛40-50份;六偏磷酸钠30-40份;苯酚45-55份;水80-100份;己二酸10-20份;着色颜料20-40份;乙二醇20-25份;磷酸三丁酯40-60份;苯二甲酸酐25-35份;体质颜料60-80份;二氧化硅粉15-25份;五氯酚钠35-45份;甲苯50-60份;乙二醇6-10份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛45份;六偏磷酸钠35份;苯酚50份;水90份;己二酸15份;着色颜料30份;乙二醇22份;磷酸三丁酯50份;苯二甲酸酐30份;体质颜料70份;二氧化硅粉20份;五氯酚钠40份;甲苯55份;乙二醇8份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述着色颜料采用钛白粉。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述体质颜料采用轻质碳酸钙。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品固含量35-45%,细度50-60μm;2、22℃表干0.5-1h,水中浸泡24h后无起泡、脱落现象;3、粘度35-45s,不流挂,在90℃下6h无发粘和开裂现象;4、附着力100%,耐擦洗300-400次,产品沉降值低且涂膜外观平整,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛40份;六偏磷酸钠30份;苯酚45份;水80份;己二酸10份;钛白粉20份;乙二醇20份;磷酸三丁酯40份;苯二甲酸酐25份;轻质碳酸钙60份;二氧化硅粉15份;五氯酚钠35份;甲苯50份;乙二醇6份。
将聚乙烯醇树脂和水装入反应器中,边加热边搅拌至90℃,聚乙烯醇树脂完全溶解后加入甲醛、苯酚、己二酸、二氧化硅粉和甲苯,降温至30℃,加入六偏磷酸钠反应0.8h,加入钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙和剩余原料,混合后既得成品。
产品固含量35%,细度50μm;22℃表干1h,水中浸泡24h后无起泡、脱落现象;粘度35s,不流挂,在90℃下4h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100%,耐擦洗300次。
实施例2:
一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛50份;六偏磷酸钠40份;苯酚55份;水100份;己二酸20份;钛白粉40份;乙二醇25份;磷酸三丁酯60份;苯二甲酸酐35份;轻质碳酸钙80份;二氧化硅粉25份;五氯酚钠45份;甲苯60份;乙二醇10份。
将聚乙烯醇树脂和水装入反应器中,边加热边搅拌至100℃,聚乙烯醇树脂完全溶解后加入甲醛、苯酚、己二酸、二氧化硅粉和甲苯,降温至40℃,加入六偏磷酸钠反应1.2h,加入钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙和剩余原料,混合后既得成品。
产品固含量45%,细度60μm;22℃表干0.81h,水中浸泡24h后无起泡、脱落现象;粘度45s,不流挂,在90℃下5h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100%,耐擦洗350次。
实施例3:
一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛45份;六偏磷酸钠35份;苯酚50份;水90份;己二酸15份;钛白粉30份;乙二醇22份;磷酸三丁酯50份;苯二甲酸酐30份;轻质碳酸钙70份;二氧化硅粉20份;五氯酚钠40份;甲苯55份;乙二醇8份。
将聚乙烯醇树脂和水装入反应器中,边加热边搅拌至95℃,聚乙烯醇树脂完全溶解后加入甲醛、苯酚、己二酸、二氧化硅粉和甲苯,降温至35℃,加入六偏磷酸钠反应1h,加入钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙和剩余原料,混合后既得成品。
产品固含量40%,细度55μm;22℃表干0.5h,水中浸泡24h后无起泡、脱落现象;粘度40s,不流挂,在90℃下6h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100%,耐擦洗400次。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其特征在于所述建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛40-50份;六偏磷酸钠30-40份;苯酚45-55份;水80-100份;己二酸10-20份;着色颜料20-40份;乙二醇20-25份;磷酸三丁酯40-60份;苯二甲酸酐25-35份;体质颜料60-80份;二氧化硅粉15-25份;五氯酚钠35-45份;甲苯50-60份;乙二醇6-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其特征在于所述建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂100份;甲醛45份;六偏磷酸钠35份;苯酚50份;水90份;己二酸15份;着色颜料30份;乙二醇22份;磷酸三丁酯50份;苯二甲酸酐30份;体质颜料70份;二氧化硅粉20份;五氯酚钠40份;甲苯55份;乙二醇8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述着色颜料采用钛白粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型建筑用聚乙烯醇内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述体质颜料采用轻质碳酸钙。
