背景技术
办公桌是指日常生活工作和社会活动中为工作方便而配备的桌子。
现有技术中的办公桌没有抗菌功能,而办公环境又存在着各式各样的病菌,容易给使用者带来疾病。
发明内容
本发明通过改进办公桌桌面涂料组成,使办公桌具有抗菌功能。
本发明提供了一种抗菌办公桌,所述办公桌桌面涂有抗菌材料,抗菌材料包括纳米银,纳米银占抗菌材料质量百分比为0.1~2%。
本发明所述纳米银(Nano Silver)就是将粒径做到纳米级的金属银单质。纳米银粒径为20~30纳米,对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,而且不会产生耐药性。
本发明所述纳米银占抗菌材料质量百分比优选为0.1~1%。
本发明所述抗菌材料包括占抗菌材料质量百分比优选为40~60%的环氧树脂、1~2%的助剂、0.1~2%的纳米银、余量的乙醇。
本发明有益效果为:
①本发明所述办公桌具有抗菌性,可以减少使用者感染病菌的机会;
②本发明所述办公桌加工工艺简单,成本可控,有利于工业化生产。

一种抗菌办公桌,所述办公桌桌面涂有抗菌材料,所述抗菌材料包括占抗菌材料质量百分比为60%的环氧树脂、2%的助剂、2%的纳米银、36%的乙醇。

3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌办公桌,其特征在于:所述抗菌材料包括占抗菌材料质量百分比为40~60%的环氧树脂、1~2%的助剂、0.1~2%的纳米银、余量的乙醇。
