技术领域
本发明涉及一种易干燥线轴。
背景技术
漆包成品线在收线电机上收线时需用到线轴，线轴可以循环利用，回收的线轴需要用高压水枪和清洁球清理，去除线轴上的残留物和毛刺，线轴再利用时需要干燥，但是线轴内凹槽较多，水份不容易蒸发，没有干燥的线轴用于生产容易造成事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种易干燥线轴。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种易干燥线轴，包括挡板和主轴，其特征是所述的挡板上设有若干通孔，所述的主轴中心为空心圆柱，空心圆柱外侧壁上均匀固连有横截面为扇形的轴体。
作为本发明的进一步改进，轴体至少为3个。
本发明的有益效果是：挡板上开有通孔，线轴轴体呈螺旋桨叶型，易于水份蒸发，且重量轻，尤其是PT200的线轴用于生产时更轻便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示，本实施例挡板上设有若干通孔1，所述的主轴中心为空心圆柱2，空心圆柱2外侧壁上均匀固连有横截面为扇形的轴体3，轴体3至少为3个。
挡板上开有通孔，线轴轴体呈螺旋桨叶型，易于水份蒸发，且重量轻，尤其是PT200的线轴用于生产时更轻便。

1.一种易干燥线轴，包括挡板和主轴，其特征是所述的挡板上设有若干通孔（1），所述的主轴中心为空心圆柱（2），空心圆柱（2）外侧壁上均匀固连有横截面为扇形的轴体（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易干燥线轴，其特征是：所述的轴体（3）至少为3个。
