Abstract

本发明提供了一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统,该方向盘包括一个内部具有空腔的轮缘,轮缘的空腔内有通风管道,通风管道与车载空调相连,轮缘的边缘设有通气口,在轮缘外表面靠近通气口处装有湿度传感器,该湿度传感器与车载控制系统相连,控制系统含有湿度控制模块,该系统可以更好地提高驾驶员的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车方向盘, 特别是一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统。
背景技术
汽车方向盘是驾驶员使用最多的一个部件。但当手掌出汗时,很容易打滑;而手过分干燥时,也很容易打滑,打滑时很容易引发安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题提供一种方向盘,在其上安装湿度传感器以及对应的车载智能系统来解决上述问题。
本发明提供一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统,该方向盘包括一个内部具有空腔的轮缘,轮缘的空腔内有通风管道,通风管道与车载空调相连,轮缘的边缘设有通气口,在轮缘外表面靠近通气口处装有湿度传感器,该湿度传感器与车载控制系统相连,控制系统含有湿度控制模块。
湿度传感器能够实时感知轮缘的通气口处的湿度,当湿度大于某一设定值X1或小于某一设定值X0时,车载空调就开始工作。
在上述的一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统中,所述的通气口沿轮缘的周向均匀分布,可以更好地控制湿度。
在上述的一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统中,所述的通气口设在方向盘的三、四时之间和九、十时之间,可以更好地控制驾驶员手握方向盘处的湿度。
与现有技术相比,该汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统可以更好地提高驾驶员的舒适度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和技术方案对本发明作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
参看附图,一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统,该方向盘包括一个内部具有空腔的轮缘1,轮缘的空腔内有通风管道4,通风管道4与车载空调相连,轮缘的边缘设有通气口2,在轮缘外表面靠近通气口2处装有湿度传感器3,该湿度传感器3与车载控制系统相连,控制系统含有湿度控制模块。
手握着方向盘,湿度传感器能够实时感知轮缘的通气口处的湿度,当湿度大于某一设定值X1或小于某一设定值X0时,车载空调就开始工作,即给湿度设定一安全范围[X0,X1],不在这一范围内,车载控制系统就控制车载空调工作,若实际湿度大于某一设定值X1时,则车载控制系统控制车载空调为制冷模式,若实际湿度小于某一设定值X0时,则车载控制系统控制车载空调为制热模式。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统,其特征在于该方向盘包括一个内部具有空腔的轮缘,轮缘的空腔内有通风管道,通风管道与车载空调相连,轮缘的边缘设有通气口,在轮缘外表面靠近通气口处装有湿度传感器,该湿度传感器与车载控制系统相连,控制系统含有湿度控制模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统,其特征在于所述的通气口沿轮缘的周向均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统,其特征在于所述的通气口设在方向盘的三、四时之间和九、十时之间。
4.一种汽车方向盘,其特征在于包含权利要求1所述的汽车方向盘湿度智能控制系统。
