本发明公开了一种成型摆杆机构,包括模具、型芯、定模固定板、摆杆、支撑板;所述型芯安装在模具的型腔内;所述定模固定板设置在模具底部;所述摆杆上端穿过定模固定板设置在型芯内,下端通过圆销连接在支撑板上;所述摆杆上端与定模固定板接触处设有弧形块;所述摆杆下端与定模固定板接触处设有一块淬火件;本发明方案通过摆杆、弧形块、淬火件等设置,实现模具在开模时,将塑件从模具内顶出,脱模方便快捷,结构简单,同时能够提高塑件的寸长精度和满足外形要求。

本发明涉及一种成型摆杆机构,属于注塑模具技术领域。
背景技术
在注塑产品中会经常遇到一些制件,内表面侧壁有局部凹凸槽或者分段螺纹等,由于其脱模距离一般都较短,如用斜导柱抽芯会大大增加模具及制造成本,因此,需要一种能够降低成本且制造简单的机构来解决上述问题。 
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种结构简单、动作可靠的成型摆杆机构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种成型摆杆机构,包括模具、型芯、定模固定板、摆杆、支撑板;所述型芯安装在模具的型腔内;所述定模固定板设置在模具底部;所述摆杆上端穿过定模固定板设置在型芯内,下端通过圆销连接在支撑板上;所述摆杆上端与定模固定板接触处设有弧形块;所述摆杆下端与定模固定板接触处设有一块淬火件。
优选的,所述淬火件与摆杆的接触点呈圆弧状。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
附图1为本发明所述的一种成型摆杆机构,包括模具1、型芯2、定模固定板3、摆杆4、支撑板5;所述型芯2安装在模具1的型腔6内;所述定模固定板3设置在模具1底部;所述摆杆4上端穿过定模固定板3设置在型芯2内,下端通过圆销7连接在支撑板5上;所述摆杆4上端与定模固定板3接触处设有弧形块8;所述摆杆4下端与定模固定板3接触处设有一块淬火件9;所述淬火件9与摆杆4的接触点呈圆弧状。
顶出过程中,当摆杆4下侧斜面碰到定模固定板3时,迫使摆杆4向左方摆动而使摆杆4脱出侧凸凹;合模复位时,摆杆4上侧斜面碰到型芯2而迫使摆杆4向右退到原位,这样在大批量快速生产中,摆杆4会因不断地与型芯2碰撞或摩擦而磨损,这一问题通过在摆杆4上端与定模固定板3接触处设置弧形块8,摆杆4下端与定模固定板3接触处设置淬火件9来解决,通知上述设置,在顶出过程中,摆杆4就以淬火件9作为导向支点来推动摆杆4下侧斜面,从而使其抽出此侧凸凹;而在复位中,摆杆4上斜面以弧形块8为支点导向滑动而右摆使摆杆4斜面与型芯2斜面紧密配合。
通过摆杆4、弧形块8、淬火件9等设置,实现模具1在开模时,将塑件从模具内顶出,脱模方便快捷,结构简单,同时能够提高塑件的寸长精度和满足外形要求。
