本发明涉及一种飞机燃料箱配用焊丝,包括如下组分:Mg,其重量百分比为1.5~2.0%;Zr,其重量百分比为0.1~0.2%;Sc,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;Mn,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;Ti,其重量百分比为0.05~0.15%;Cr,其重量百分比为0.05~0.25%;Fe,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;Si,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;Ce,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;余量为Al。其手工焊接2mm试板(氩弧焊),接头抗拉强度440-450MPa,比未采用该钪(Sc)加锆(Zr)双复合元素焊丝的焊接接头强度高110-130MPa,接头强度系数0.94-0.96,延伸率15.3-18.0%。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊接技术, 具体涉及一种适用于飞机燃料箱内耐蚀铝钪合金的焊丝。
背景技术
铝镁钪合金比强度高、塑韧性好、耐蚀性能和焊接性能优异,是继 Al-Li合金之后又一种航天、航空大型结构件的储备材料。耐蚀铝钪合金具有较高的屈服强度和拉伸强度,是飞机燃料箱优先考虑的材料。
现有焊丝均无法最大限度的发挥铝镁钪合金的优势;这就迫切需要研制出抗热裂和抗应力腐蚀性能更佳的高强度铝焊丝,特别是能提高接头综合性能的焊丝,以最大限度的满足新型飞机燃料箱的使用性能和使用范围。
由于铝镁钪合金的综合性能较高, 其对焊接质量的要求也同步提高,尤其对接头力学性能和应力腐蚀性能有较高要求,现行的铝镁系焊丝不足以支撑新型耐蚀铝镁钪 合金的综合性能优势,无法为该合金提供良好的焊接匹配性,影响该合金的工程应用,因此对高性能配用焊丝的研制要求十分迫切。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于飞机燃料箱及普通铝镁合金工程化焊接 用的高性能焊丝,其适用于飞机燃料箱焊接生产的需要,其焊缝可获得较高的接头综合力学性能。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明涉及一种飞机燃料箱配用焊丝,包括如下组分:Mg,其重量百分比为1.5~2.0%;Zr,其重量百分比为0.1~0.2%;Sc,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;Mn,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;Ti,其重量百分比为0.05~0.15%;Cr,其重量百分比为0.05~0.25%;Fe,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;Si,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;Ce,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;余量为Al。
优选的,该焊丝的组成包括如下百分比的组分:Mg1.0%,Zr0.2%,Sc0.2%,Mn0.2%,Ti0.15%,Cr0.05%,Fe0.05%,Si0.01%,Ce0.01%,余量为Al。
优选的,该焊丝的组成包括如下百分比的组分:Mg2.0%,Zr0.2%,Sc0.3%,Mn0.3%,Ti0.15%,Cr0.25%,Fe0.01%,Si0.05%,Ce0.05%,余量为Al。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本发明所述的焊丝焊接的耐蚀铝钪合金具有以下特点:细小的晶粒组织、低的热裂敏感性、高的抗应力腐蚀性能和接头综合力学性能。手工焊接2mm试板(氩弧焊),接头抗拉强度440-450MPa,比未采用该钪(Sc)加锆(Zr)双复合元素焊丝的焊接接头强度高110-130MPa,接头强度系数0.94-0.96,延伸率15.3-18.0%。

实施例一
本实施例中焊丝的组成包括如下百分比的组分:Mg1.0%,Zr0.2%,Sc0.2%,Mn0.2%,Ti0.15%,Cr0.05%,Fe0.05%,Si0.01%,Ce0.01%,余量为Al。手工焊接2mm试板(氩弧焊),接头抗拉强度440MPa,接头强度系数0.94,延伸率15.3%。
实施例二
本实施例中焊丝的组成包括如下百分比的组分:该焊丝的组成包括如下百分比的组分:Mg2.0%,Zr0.2%,Sc0.3%,Mn0.3%,Ti0.15%,Cr0.25%,Fe0.01%,Si0.05%,Ce0.05%,余量为Al。手工焊接2mm试板(氩弧焊),接头抗拉强度450MPa,接头强度系数0.96,延伸率18.0%。
    以上是本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,未经创造性劳动想到的变换或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此本发明的保护范围应以权利要求所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种飞机燃料箱配用焊丝,其特征在于,该焊丝的组成包括:
Mg,其重量百分比为1.5~2.0%;
Zr,其重量百分比为0.1~0.2%;
Sc,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;
Mn,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;
Ti,其重量百分比为0.05~0.15%;
Cr,其重量百分比为0.05~0.25%;
Fe,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;
Si,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;
Ce,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;
余量为Al。
2.如权利要求1所述的飞机燃料箱配用焊丝,其特征在于:该焊丝的组成包括如下百分比的组分:Mg1.0%,Zr0.2%,Sc0.2%,Mn0.2%,Ti0.15%,Cr0.05%,Fe0.05%,Si0.01%,Ce0.01%,余量为Al。
