本发明公开了一种板件用车螺纹槽装置,包括车床主轴(1)、支承(4)、伞齿轮(5)、推力轴承(9)、三爪自定心卡盘(6)、板件(8)、车槽刀杆(7)、底板(10)和车床导轨(11),该传动锥齿轮(3)的该锥柄(2)固定连接在该车床主轴(1)上,带动另一个装在该支承(4)支持的横轴上的该伞齿轮(5),该横轴两端有该推力轴承(9),在该横轴上朝刀架一侧固定连接有该三爪自定心卡盘(6),在其上固定连接该板件(8),该车槽刀杆(7)装在车床丝杠带动的刀架上,该支承(4)的该底板(10)固定连接在该车床导轨(11)上。采用这种装置,可以在板件上车螺纹。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种机械部件,尤其是一种在板件上车螺纹的装置。
背景技术
    现有的车螺纹装置不能在板件上车螺纹。
发明内容
   为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括:车床主轴、支承、伞齿轮、推力轴承、三爪自定心卡盘、板件、车槽刀杆、底板和车床导轨。传动锥齿轮的锥柄装在车床主轴上,带动另一个装在支承支持的横轴上伞齿轮,横轴两端有推力轴承,在横轴上朝刀架一侧装有三爪自定心卡盘,在其上装卡一个板件。车槽刀杆装在车床丝杠带动的刀架上,在板件上车出所要求的螺旋槽。支承的底板坐在车床导轨上。
    采用这种装置,可以在板件上车螺纹。

具体实施方式
   如图1所示,本发明包括:车床主轴1、支承4、伞齿轮5、推力轴承9、三爪自定心卡盘6、板件8、车槽刀杆7、底板10和车床导轨11。传动锥齿轮3的锥柄2装在车床主轴1上,带动另一个装在支承4支持的横轴上伞齿轮5,横轴两端有推力轴承9,在横轴上朝刀架一侧装有三爪自定心卡盘6,在其上装卡一个板件8。车槽刀杆7装在车床丝杠带动的刀架上,在板件8上车出所要求的螺旋槽。支承4的底板10坐在车床导轨11上。
    采用这种装置,可以在板件上车螺纹。

1.一种板件用车螺纹装置,其特征在于:包括车床主轴(1)、支承(4)、伞齿轮(5)、推力轴承(9)、三爪自定心卡盘(6)、板件(8)、车槽刀杆(7)、底板(10)和车床导轨(11),该传动锥齿轮(3)的该锥柄(2)固定连接在该车床主轴(1)上,带动另一个装在该支承(4)支持的横轴上的该伞齿轮(5),该横轴两端有该推力轴承(9),在该横轴上朝刀架一侧固定连接有该三爪自定心卡盘(6),在其上固定连接该板件(8),该车槽刀杆(7)装在车床丝杠带动的刀架上,该支承(4)的该底板(10)固定连接在该车床导轨(11)上。
