在进行中药配制时,将可拆卸桌椅箱1展开,将凳板18拆卸下来,通过凳板支撑伸缩杆19调整好凳板高度,底座21朝下放于地面作为凳子,展开箱体前侧板22、主体桌23和箱体后侧板24使三者处于同一平面,用固定卡扣4固定住,若桌面不够大,可以展开空心板框5,使之与主体桌23持平,将可推拉板6向两侧拉出来,以扩大桌面。将主体桌支撑伸缩杆33拿下来设置好高度固定于主体桌下方,若需要将几种药剂混合,则将药剂管45分别插在连接口44上,用流量控制器82分别设定好需要剂量,抽动活塞39使多种药剂一起进入混合药剂配药针内进行混合,若需要将药材磨成粉,则将药材放入中药磨粉器49内,打开电机开关65,带药材被打碎,将药材用推送片53推入碎片输送管54内,当药材在中药磨粉仓55内磨好后,流入药粉箱61,若需要挤压药材的浓缩汁,则将药材放入进药漏斗67内,通过自动切割机68切碎后进入可变形软瓶69,用调距阀84调节正向旋转挤压棒75和反向旋转挤压棒80之间的距离,然后按动正向开关77和反向开关79,进行挤压。所用器具可以放入消毒筒12内进行消毒,所产生的药渣等废物可以放入垃圾桶14,紫外线照射灯15可以进行二次消毒。
所述高密度过滤网42下侧设有药剂自动搅拌器81。这样设置,使药剂自动搅拌混合,可以增加操作便捷性,使用更灵活。
所述药剂管45上设有流量控制器82。这样设置,可以设定每个药剂管通过的药剂量,量够即停,可以增加医务人员效率,减轻负担,更加高效便捷。
所述针头48右侧设有多孔针头83。这样设置,在一个针头堵塞后,其他针头可以继续使用,不会打断医务人员的工作,可以减轻负担,省时省力。
所述距离调节杆78上侧设有调距阀84。这样设置,可以调节旋转挤压棒之间的距离,更充分的进行药汁挤压,对药材充分利用,可以节约资源,避免浪费。
所述旋转刀片52中间设有自动旋转伸缩杆85。这样设置,可以使打碎药材和磨制成粉同时进行,更加高效便捷,省时省力。
所述中药打碎仓51外侧设有透明膜86。这样设置,可以使医务人员看到药材打碎及磨粉程度,更便于操作。
所述旋转磨粉盘57内部设有转速调节器87。这样设置,可以调节磨粉盘转动速度,使药材碎片充分研磨,更加方便,减轻医务人员负担,提高效率。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
