Abstract

Description

扬声器设备
本发明涉及一种音响系统,更具体地说,涉及一种用于电视接收机的音响系统。
在扬声器系统中,特别在用来播放倍司的扬声器系统,其中的一个至为重要的问题是箱体结构会响应于各种频率的信号而产生不需要的共振与振动的问题。对于在箱壁的棱缘之间无中间支撑的大箱壁音箱来说,此问题就更为严重。为防止此类振动,就要求箱部件足够坚固和/或重实以阻止振动或使箱体结构的自然谐振频率低于信号频率。如果无须采用较坚固或重实的部件而又能减少振动,则便可降低部件和运输成本。
通常要求把音箱的平行面减到最少,这是因为平行面可在箱内建立谐振/防谐振频率(声驻波)和在理想的平坦的频率响应中造成不应有的峰和/或抵消。此外,这种谐振频率建立如上所述的振动模式,而这会引起诸如蜂鸣这类异常的声音。
最近,已推出称之为低频带通箱体设计的音乐系统。这些箱体从声学上滤除许多由低音扬声器产生的高声平的失真的谐波分量。这种结构设计中有一个子室,子室有一个开口管耦合到音箱外。在Veranth的5,033,577,Bose的4,544,631及Schreiber等等的5,092,424美国专利描述了这种结构。
本发明的目的在于提供一种扬声器设备,它可以减少由音箱壁引起的音峰相消。并给音箱体提供附加的刚度。
本发明的一种扬声器设备包括,
一个扬声器音箱,音箱有多个外壁(12,14,16,18,20,22),具有至少一对扬声器(38,40)和一个隔音板(30),它有一个互相以非180度的角度互相折叠的第一和第二部分(34,36),每对扬声器(38,40)安装在对应的所述隔音板的第一和第二部分之一上。
根据本发明的扬声器设备其特征在于:隔音板(30),其水平长度方向的两端与两相对置外壁(16,18)相固定,隔音板把音箱分为第一和第二容积(26,28),音箱在第二容积(28)与音箱外部之间至少有一个释音孔(42),
一对水平排列安装在第一容积(26)内的隔音板上的扬声器(38,40),通过至少一个释音孔(42)将声音送向音箱外。
图1是根据本发明构思的扬声器系统的被暴露的立体示意图。
图2是大致沿图1的2-2方向的剖视图。
图3示出了本发明的扬声器系统安装到电视接收机上的情形。
现参阅上述各图。图中音箱以数字10表示,它包括前后壁12,14,侧壁16,18,及顶底壁20,22,这些壁板固定一个容积24。隔音板30将容积分成一个第一容积26和第二容积28。隔音板30沿其纵向端刚性地与侧板16,18相固定,并当音箱10整个装配好后,隔音板的厚度部分插入到顶和底的背脊32的槽内。顶20则用螺丝连接柱24被固定到底22。
隔音板30形成有一个折叠部分34,36,此折叠部分部分互相成非180度的角度。背脊32提供了沿隔音板30纵向长度的紧配合,这样,隔音板30给部件20,22提供了附加刚度。一对扬声器38,40装在容积内的对应的折叠部分34,36,扬声器的声音辐射到容积中和安装在前壁12上的纸盒中,在示例实施例中,扬声器38,40有一个约40赫兹的大气共振,及一个在该实例中,约80赫兹的箱宝负荷共振在本实施例中,在容积28内由扬声器38,40所产生的声音由一对释放孔42被耦合到音箱外部。容积28,26的相对尺寸,释音孔42的位置和大小给所生成的声音提供了一个低频带通滤波器。音箱10设计得将其安装在电视接收46的壳体44的顶部,电视机有一显示器(未示出)和面向上的释音孔42。
扬声器38,40由来自不同声道的信号通过导线48驱动。此外,因为用于不同声道的两个扬声器共享同一未分开的容积26,所以由释音孔42发出的各声道的低音同时到达听者,而不会出现在多扬声器系统中常有的两个道声音的相消或干涉。
隔音板30除了给音箱10增加了刚度以外,还起到了因其折叠部分34,36而提供了一个音学结构,即提供与音箱侧壁不平行的结构。用这种方法,使容积26和28的不希望的峰和/或抵消减小。由这种内部结构提供的非平行性使得可以外壳保持矩形形状,这比起三角形或棱形的外形更为美观。

Claims (4)

1.一种扬声器设备包括,
一个扬声器音箱,音箱有多个外壁(12,14,16,18,20,22),具有至少一对扬声器(38,40)和一个隔音板(30),它有一个互相以非180度的角度互相折叠的第一和第二部分(34,36),每对扬声器(38,40)安装在对应的所述隔音板的第一和第二部分之一上。
其特征在于:所述隔音板(30),其水平长度方向的两端与两相对置外壁(16,18)相固定,隔音板把音箱分为第一和第二容积(26,28),所述音箱在第二容积(28)与音箱外部之间至少有一个释音孔(42),
所述一对水平排列安装在第一容积(26)内的隔音板上的扬声器(38,40),通过至少一个释音孔(42)将声音送向音箱外。
2.如权利要求1所述的扬声器设备,其特征在于隔音板(30)还沿其厚度固定在一第二对完全相对的外壁(20,22)之间,用以给音箱提供附加的强度和刚度。
3.如权利要求1所述的场声器设备,其特征在于所述的设备是与电视机做成一体的,电视机包括一个显示部分,且该设备给所显示的图象提供声响节目资料,且音箱装有至少一个向上的所述释音孔(42)。
4.如权利要求1所述的场声器设备,其特征在于各信号导线装置(48)耦连到在所述扬声器音箱内的所述一个扬声器上用于以不同信号驱动各所述扬声器(38,40)。
