Abstract

本发明公开了一种配电线路的设备线夹,属于电网领域,解决现有技术中设备线夹与电源线的接触面积小,且设备线夹安装耗时长的技术问题,本发明提供的设备线夹包括连接体,连接体一端的侧壁设有连接孔,连接体另一端的端面设有容纳槽,连接孔上连接有固定螺丝,固定螺丝连接配电线路的设备,容纳槽中安装配电线的电源线。本发明应用于电网中设备和电源线的电连接。

一种配电线路的设备线夹
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种配电线路的设备线夹。
【背景技术】
现有的配电线路施工中,线路中柱上设备与电源线的连接采用铜铝设备线夹作为过渡连接。铜铝设备线夹包括固定压板和多块间隔设置的活动压板,活动压板螺丝连接固定压板,电源线箍紧在固定压板和活动压板之间,但是相邻活动压板之间存在间隙,导致电源线与设备线夹的接触面积偏小,导电性能较差;且一个熟练的工人安装一个设备线夹大约需要4分钟时间,如果操作技术不过硬或工作责任心不强,既会延长施工时间,工艺质量也得不到保障,安装不良可能会降低线路载流量,在大负荷情况下会引起电源线连接点温度升高,甚至烧坏电源线。
【发明内容】
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种配电线路的设备线夹,安装方便,并能导电性能优良。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种配电线路的设备线夹,包括连接体,所述连接体一端的侧壁设有连接孔,所述连接体另一端的端面设有容纳槽,所述连接孔上连接有固定螺丝,所述固定螺丝连接配电线路的设备,所述容纳槽中安装配电线的电源线。
进一步的,所述配电线路的设备线夹还包括内套和压动螺钉,所述容纳槽中设置所述内套,内套中容纳所述电源线,所述内套的内圆面沿内套的轴向设有缺口,所述内套的外圆面设有凹槽,所述容纳槽的内壁设有与凹槽相对的避让孔,所述避让孔与压动螺钉螺纹连接,所述压动螺钉穿过避让孔伸入所述凹槽中。
进一步的,所述内套的内圆面设有螺纹齿。
进一步的,所述容纳槽的侧壁设有变形槽,所述容纳槽的相对面设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中连接有锁紧螺钉,拧紧锁紧螺钉使变形槽缩小,容纳槽收缩压紧电源线。
进一步的,所述容纳槽的侧壁沿连接体的长度方向设有开口,所述连接体靠近开口的两侧设有第一压板和第二压板,通过连接件连接所述第一压板和第二压板。
进一步的,所述连接件包括卡簧,所述第一压板与第二压板相对的面上设有凸起,所述第二压板上设有对应所述凸起的通孔,所述凸起穿过通孔后连接所述卡簧。
进一步的,所述连接件包括螺杆,所述第一压板和第二压板的相对面设有安装孔,所述螺杆穿过所述安装孔连接有螺母。
进一步的,所述连接体包括连接板和套管,所述连接板的表面设置所述连接孔,所述套管的一端设置所述容纳槽,套管的另一端连接所述连接板。
进一步的,所述容纳槽的底面设有连孔,所述连接板上设有凸台,所述凸台与连孔螺纹配合。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的设备线夹,安装方便,容纳槽的内壁包裹电源线,包覆的接触面积大,能降低接触电阻,同时大限度的提升了导电性能,解决了现有技术的设备线夹接触面积不平整且接触面积小的问题。
据现场试验,安装本发明设备线夹的平均耗时比安装现有技术设备线夹的平均耗时缩短了2.5分钟,一个台柱设备需要12个铜铝设备线夹,总计可以节约30分钟的时间。
且本发明良好的电气连接性能,可避免线夹内电源线变形或松懈的现象发生,防止连接点发热烧坏电源线。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例一:
参考图1和图2,所示的一种配电线路的设备线夹,包括连接体,连接体一端的侧壁设有连接孔21,连接体另一端的端面设有容纳槽11,连接孔21上连接有固定螺丝,固定螺丝连接配电线路的设备,容纳槽11中安装配电线的电源线。可通过压接钳压缩连接体使容纳槽11缩小,容纳槽11的内壁压紧固定内部的电源线,从而实现设备和电源线的导电连接。本发明安装简单、方便,减小安装质量的差错。容纳槽11的内壁包裹电源线,增大了两者的接触面积,且连接体为铝合金材料,在降低接触电阻的同时,大限度的提高了导电性能。因此解决了现有技术的设备线夹接触面积不平整且接触面积小的问题。
据统计安装本发明设备线夹的平均耗时比安装现有技术设备线夹的平均耗时要缩短2.5分钟左右,一台柱设备需要安装12个设备线夹,总计可以节约30分钟的时间;且良好的电气连接,可避免线夹内电源线变形或松懈而导致连接点发热烧坏电源线。
其中连接体包括连接板2和套管1,连接板2的表面设置连接孔21,套管1的一端设置容纳槽11,套管1的另一端连接着连接板2。优选的,容纳槽11的底面设有连孔12,连接板2上设有凸台22,凸台22的外圆面设有外螺纹,连孔12的内壁设有内螺纹,凸台22连接连孔12,拆分方便,并且凸台22可以沿着连孔12的轴向移动,能改变连接体的长度,以适应不同长度的电源线。
实施例二:
参考图5和实施例一中的图1,所示的一种配电线路的设备线夹,包括连接体,连接体包括连接板2和套管1,连接板2的表面设置连接孔21,套管1的一端设置容纳槽11,套管1的另一端连接着连接板2,连接孔21上连接有固定螺丝,固定螺丝连接配电线路的设备,配电线路的设备线夹还包括内套3和压动螺钉41,套管1的容纳槽11中设置内套3,内套3沿套管1的轴向设置,内套3中安装配电线路的电源线,内套3的内圆面沿内套3的轴向设有缺口31,内套3的外圆面设有凹槽32,容纳槽11的内壁设有与凹槽32相比的避让孔111,避让孔111与压动螺钉41螺纹连接,压动螺钉41穿过避让孔111后伸入凹槽32中。内套3的内圆面设有缺口31,因此内套3受挤压容易产生变形,拧紧压动螺钉41,压动螺钉41的底部顶向容纳槽11的底面,内套3压紧在压动螺钉41和容纳槽11的侧壁之间,压动螺钉41不断拧入使内套3缩小,内套3内圆面压紧内套3中的电源线,本实施例操作简单,并且可重复使用,内套3的变形程度大,可适应不同直径的电源线。
并在内套3的内圆面设有螺纹齿。螺纹齿牢牢的镶嵌电源线,保证连接的可靠和导电性能的优良。
实施例三:
参考图6和实施例一的图1,所示的一种配电线路的设备线夹,连接体包括连接板2和套管1,连接板2的表面设置连接孔21,套管1的一端设置容纳槽11,套管1的另一端连接着连接板2,连接孔21上连接有固定螺丝,容纳槽11中安装电源线,且容纳槽11的侧壁设有变形槽13,容纳槽11的相对面设有螺纹孔131,螺纹孔131中连接有锁紧螺钉42,拧紧锁紧螺钉42使变形槽13的相对面靠近,变形槽13缩小,容纳槽11的孔径减小,容纳槽11压紧其中电源线,松开锁紧螺钉42后,变形槽13扩张,容纳槽11的孔径增大松开电源线,安装方便,容纳槽11内部与电源线的接触面积大。
实施例四:
参考图7和实施例一的图1,所示的一种配电线路的设备线夹,包括连接体,连接体包括连接板2和套管1,连接板2的表面设置连接孔21,套管1的一端设置容纳槽11,套管1的另一端连接着连接板2,连接孔21上连接有固定螺丝,容纳槽11的侧壁沿连接体的长度方向设有开口14,连接体靠近开口14的两侧设有第一压板15和第二压板17,套管1上设置开口14后容易产生变形,容纳槽11的孔径小于电源线的直径,容纳槽11中安装电源线后,通过连接件连接第一压板15和第二压板17,容纳槽11的内壁紧密压紧电源线。
本实施例中的连接件包括卡簧52,第一压板15与第二压板17相对的面上设有凸起51,第二压板17上设有对应凸起51的通孔17,凸起51的端部设有环形槽,凸起51穿过通孔17后连接卡簧52,从而使第一压板15和第二压板17的相对面贴紧。
实施例五:
参考图8和实施例一的图1,所示的一种配电线路的设备线夹,包括连接体,连接体包括连接板2和套管1,连接板2的表面设置连接孔21,套管1的一端设置容纳槽11,套管1的另一端连接着连接板2,连接孔21上连接有固定螺丝,容纳槽11的侧壁沿连接体的长度方向设有开口14,连接体靠近开口14的两侧设有第一压板15和第二压板17,开口14使套管1变形容易,容纳槽11的孔径小于电源线的直径,容纳槽11中安装电源线后,通过连接件连接第一压板15和第二压板17,容纳槽11的内壁紧密压紧电源线。
本实施例中的连接件包括螺杆61,第一压板15和第二压板17的相对面设有安装孔18,螺杆61穿过安装孔18连接有螺母62。

1.一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:包括连接体,所述连接体一端的侧壁设有连接孔,所述连接体另一端的端面设有容纳槽,所述连接孔上连接有固定螺丝,所述固定螺丝连接配电线路的设备,所述容纳槽中安装配电线的电源线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述配电线路的设备线夹还包括内套和压动螺钉,所述容纳槽中设置所述内套,内套中容纳所述电源线,所述内套的内圆面沿内套的轴向设有缺口,所述内套的外圆面设有凹槽,所述容纳槽的内壁设有与凹槽相对的避让孔,所述避让孔与压动螺钉螺纹连接,所述压动螺钉穿过避让孔伸入所述凹槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述内套的内圆面设有螺纹齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述容纳槽的侧壁设有变形槽,所述容纳槽的相对面设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔中连接有锁紧螺钉,拧紧锁紧螺钉使变形槽缩小,容纳槽收缩压紧电源线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述容纳槽的侧壁沿连接体的长度方向设有开口,所述连接体靠近开口的两侧设有第一压板和第二压板,通过连接件连接所述第一压板和第二压板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述连接件包括卡簧,所述第一压板与第二压板相对的面上设有凸起,所述第二压板上设有对应所述凸起的通孔,所述凸起穿过通孔后连接所述卡簧。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述连接件包括螺杆,所述第一压板和第二压板的相对面设有安装孔,所述螺杆穿过所述安装孔连接有螺母。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述连接体包括连接板和套管,所述连接板的表面设置所述连接孔,所述套管的一端设置所述容纳槽,套管的另一端连接所述连接板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种配电线路的设备线夹,其特征在于:所述容纳槽的底面设有连孔,所述连接板上设有凸台,所述凸台与连孔螺纹配合。
