Abstract

本发明公开了一种吉他弱音器。由采用弹性塑料加工而成的上扣具和相互配合的下扣具以及上扣具与下扣具之间的压缩弹簧组成；上扣具的上端设有硅胶条；下扣具的下端设有双面胶；方形凹槽内的底部设有两根垂直向上、平行排列的弹簧定位柱，压缩弹簧设置在弹簧定位柱的径外。通过双面胶牢固地粘在吉他的面板上，需要减小音量时，只需用手指同时在下扣具的左右两侧向内侧方向摁压露出圆弧凹槽外侧的倒齿的下部，即可使硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦紧密接触，正常演奏时，只需将上扣具向下摁压与下扣具锁紧，即可使硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦脱离接触，无需取下本发明，非常方便。

  本发明涉及音乐器材零部件技术领域，特别是一种吉他弱音器。
背景技术
  现有的弱音器是用夹子将软质材料夹持在琴弦上下，通过软质材料与琴弦的紧密接触来减小吉他的音量，使吉他练习者能在练习吉他演奏时不致影响他人工作或休息。但这种弱音器在无需弱音时必须取下，非常麻烦。
发明内容
  本发明所要解决的问题是现有技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种固定在琴弦下方的面板上无需取下的吉他弱音器。
 本发明是通过采用以下技术方案实现的。
  设计制造一种吉他弱音器，由采用弹性塑料加工而成的上扣具和相互配合的下扣具以及上扣具与下扣具之间的压缩弹簧组成。
  所述的上扣具的上端设有硅胶条。
  所述的上扣具的左右两端设有齿尖朝上的倒齿。
  所述的下扣具的上端设有方形凹槽，下扣具的左右两端设有与方形凹槽连通的圆弧凹槽，所述倒齿插入方形凹槽内后露出圆弧凹槽的外侧并与下扣具锁紧。
  所述的下扣具的下端设有双面胶。
  所述的双面胶的下端设有保护膜，撕去保护膜后，双面胶的下端能牢固地粘在吉他的面板上。
  所述的方形凹槽内的底部设有两根垂直向上、平行排列的弹簧定位柱，所述弹簧定位柱的高度尺寸小于方形凹槽的高度尺寸，所述压缩弹簧设置在弹簧定位柱的径外，用手指同时在下扣具的左右两侧向内侧方向摁压露出圆弧凹槽外侧的倒齿的下部，倒齿向内侧退入方形凹槽，上扣具在弹力作用下向上弹起，使硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦紧密接触。
　本发明由采用弹性塑料加工而成的上扣具和相互配合的下扣具以及上扣具与下扣具之间的压缩弹簧组成，并通过双面胶牢固地粘在吉他的面板上，需要减小音量时，只需用手指同时在下扣具的左右两侧向内侧方向摁压露出圆弧凹槽外侧的倒齿的下部，即可使上扣具在弹力作用下向上弹起，硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦紧密接触，正常演奏时，只需将上扣具向下摁压与下扣具锁紧，硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦脱离接触，无需取下本发明，非常方便。

具体实施方式
  下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
  如图1、图2和图3所示，一种吉他弱音器，由采用弹性塑料加工而成的上扣具（2）和相互配合的下扣具（3）以及上扣具（2）与下扣具（3）之间的压缩弹簧（8）组成。
  上扣具（2）的上端设有硅胶条（11）。
  上扣具（2）的左右两端设有齿尖朝上的倒齿（9）。
  下扣具（3）的上端设有方形凹槽（7），下扣具（3）的左右两端设有与方形凹槽（7）连通的圆弧凹槽（4），倒齿（9）插入方形凹槽（7）内后露出圆弧凹槽（4）的外侧并与下扣具（3）锁紧。
  下扣具（3）的下端设有双面胶（5）。
  双面胶（5）的下端设有保护膜（6），撕去保护膜（6）后，双面胶（5）的下端能牢固地粘在吉他的面板上。
  方形凹槽（7）内的底部设有两根垂直向上、平行排列的弹簧定位柱（10），弹簧定位柱（10）的高度尺寸小于方形凹槽（7）的高度尺寸，压缩弹簧（8）设置在弹簧定位柱（10）的径外，用手指同时在下扣具（3）的左右两侧向内侧方向摁压露出圆弧凹槽（4）外侧的倒齿（9）的下部，倒齿（9）向内侧退入方形凹槽（7），上扣具（2）在弹力作用下向上弹起，使硅胶条（11）的上端端面与琴弦（1）紧密接触。
  本发明的工作情况是：撕去保护膜后，将双面胶的下端牢固地粘在吉他的面板上。需要减小音量时，用手指同时在下扣具的左右两侧向内侧方向摁压露出圆弧凹槽外侧的倒齿的下部，使硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦紧密接触；正常演奏时，将上扣具向下摁压与下扣具锁紧，使硅胶条的上端端面与琴弦脱离接触。

1.一种吉他弱音器，其特征在于：由采用弹性塑料加工而成的上扣具（2）和相互配合的下扣具（3）以及上扣具（2）与下扣具（3）之间的压缩弹簧（8）组成；
所述的上扣具（2）的上端设有硅胶条（11）；
所述的上扣具（2）的左右两端设有齿尖朝上的倒齿（9）；
所述的下扣具（3）的上端设有方形凹槽（7），下扣具（3）的左右两端设有与方形凹槽（7）连通的圆弧凹槽（4），所述倒齿（9）插入方形凹槽（7）内后露出圆弧凹槽（4）的外侧并与下扣具（3）锁紧；
所述的下扣具（3）的下端设有双面胶（5）；
