本发明属煤粉燃烧装置。非卡门涡楔形钝体燃烧装置独特之处,是沿楔形钝体(F)面的中心线装有一定尺寸的隔板,使单涡形态的卡门涡变为一种较为稳定的双涡,使煤粉燃烧的着火、稳燃和燃尽性能更为良好,进一步强化煤粉燃烧,提高燃烧效率,对消除和削弱燃烧室内的负压波动具有良好效果。

Description

本发明涉及一种燃烧装置。
我国专利号为86106374和申请号为87101964的《一种煤粉燃烧装置》中,都有楔形钝体所形的回流区,属卡门涡流。对卡门涡流左右两侧交替出现和消失的特性及拌随而来的,是使燃烧器内流动的不稳定性和火焰的不稳定性导致燃烧室内负压波动加大的问题无法解决。这种缺点对于挥发分离的煤种尤为敏感。
本发明的任务是公开一种非卡门涡楔形钝体燃烧装置,可以克服以上缺点。
带楔形钝体的煤粉燃烧装置中,迎着一次风管出来的煤粉气流,绕流钝体时产生高温烟气回流。但它本身是钝体后面前进方向的左右两侧交替出现和消失卡门涡流。本发明利用一块一定尺寸的隔板,将钝体后面的卡门涡切为互不相关的稳定的双涡,以代替交替出现的卡门涡(单涡),以消除卡门涡的整体影响。因此,本发明的结构表现为在一次风管(1)的出口处装有楔形钝体(2),它置于稳燃腔(4)内,在楔形钝体的(F)面中心线上装有隔板(3),它由铸铁或合金钢或其他耐高温材料制成。隔板(3)的高度与楔形钝体平齐,其宽度l和厚度通过试验确定,根据一次风管宽度B和钝体宽度b的比值不同,l=0.4-1.5b。
图1是非卡门涡楔形钝体燃烧装置。图中(1)一次风管,(2)楔形钝体,(3)隔板,(4)稳燃腔。
本发明的优点表现在高温烟气的回流量大大超过一般的楔形钝体稳燃器,因此,其着火、稳燃和燃尽性能更为良好,可进一步强化煤粉燃烧,提高燃烧效率,对消除和削弱燃烧室内的负压波动具有良好效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种包括楔形钝体、一次风管、稳燃腔的燃烧装置,其特征在于沿楔形钝体(2)的(F)面中心线装有隔板(3),其材料为铸铁或合金钢或其他耐高温材料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃烧装置,其特征为隔板(3)的高度与楔形钝体高度齐平,宽度l=0.4-1.5b。
