技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯领域,尤其涉及一种带有散热器的LED灯。
背景技术
众所周知,所谓的LED是指发光二极管,LED光源作为一种目前广泛应用发展迅速的新型光源,与传统光源相比有着节能、高效、体积小、寿命长、响应速度快、驱动电压低、抗震能力卓越等优势,从而能迅速发展扩大行业规模、市场占有份额,在行业趋势导向之下,其技术也在不断更新和深化,但是目前制约着LED光源发展的最大技术壁垒就是LED封装的热传导和热沉降问题,即LED的散热问题。现有技术中的LED散热性能不好,极易伤害到灯源,导致光通量下降,电性参数改变,光衰剧增,影响使用寿命。
因此,急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带有散热器的LED灯。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种带有散热器的LED灯,包括灯源组件、基座、灯罩和灯头,所述灯源组件设于基座上,所述灯罩设于灯源组件外围,所述灯头设于基座底部,所述灯源组件包括灯源基板和灯源,所述灯源设于灯源基板上,所述基座和灯头之间设有散热器,所述散热器包括散热腔体和纵向散热翼片,所述纵向散热翼片设于散热腔体周边。
所述基座周边设有横向散热翼片。
所述散热腔体的直径长度从基座至灯头逐渐递减。
所述灯源基板为铝制基板。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,安装方便,散热性好,使用寿命长,便于推广使用。

    如图1所示,本发明的一种带有散热器的LED灯,包括灯源组件、基座1、灯罩2和灯头3,所述灯源组件设于基座1上,所述灯罩2设于灯源组件外围,所述灯头3设于基座1底部,所述灯源组件包括灯源基板4和灯源5,所述灯源5设于灯源基板4上,所述灯源基板4为铝制基板,所述基座1和灯头3之间设有散热器,所述散热器包括散热腔体6和纵向散热翼片7,所述纵向散热翼片7设于散热腔体6周边,所述基座1周边设有横向散热翼片8,所述散热腔体6的直径长度从基座1至灯头3逐渐递减,结构简单,安装方便,散热性好,使用寿命长,便于推广使用。

1. 一种带有散热器的LED灯,包括灯源组件、基座、灯罩和灯头,其特征在于:所述灯源组件设于基座上,所述灯罩设于灯源组件外围,所述灯头设于基座底部,所述灯源组件包括灯源基板和灯源,所述灯源设于灯源基板上,所述基座和灯头之间设有散热器,所述散热器包括散热腔体和纵向散热翼片,所述纵向散热翼片设于散热腔体周边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有散热器的LED灯,其特征在于:所述基座周边设有横向散热翼片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有散热器的LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热腔体的直径长度从基座至灯头逐渐递减。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有散热器的LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯源基板为铝制基板。
