技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合陶瓷钢管,特别涉及一种合金耐磨陶瓷钢管。
背景技术
陶瓷钢管就是一种使陶瓷和金属有机的结合起来形成复合管材,陶瓷钢管综合了氧化铝硬度高、化学惰性好和钢的优点,具有优异的耐磨、耐蚀、耐热和抗热冲击及抗机械冲击性能,用于电厂煤粉、灰渣、矿山矿粉、尾矿、回填料、煤矿、选矿厂的煤、焦化厂焦粒,烧结厂物料的输送,寿命比普通钢管高15倍以上,也可用于铝液、腐蚀介质的输送。但一般的陶瓷钢管仍然无法满足某些特殊领域的要求,如矿山、煤炭、店里行业中对钢管的耐磨性、运行主力、耐腐蚀性、耐温性和耐热冲击性能要求较高。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种能够满足上述要求的合金耐磨陶瓷钢管。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种合金耐磨陶瓷钢管,包括钢管层,所述钢管层的内侧壁涂有陶瓷耐磨层,所述陶瓷耐磨层和钢管层之间设有一过渡层,所述陶瓷耐磨层的内侧壁还涂有一合金耐磨层,所述钢管层的外侧壁上设有一防腐层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述陶瓷耐磨层为刚玉陶瓷。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述陶瓷耐磨层的厚度为5-10mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的陶瓷层是在2200℃以上高温形成致密刚玉瓷,通过过渡层同钢管形成牢固的结合。复合管因充分发挥了钢管强度高、韧性好、耐冲击、焊接性能好以及刚玉瓷高硬度、高耐磨、耐蚀、耐热性好,克服了钢管硬度低、耐磨性差以及陶瓷韧性差的特点。由于该管具有耐磨、耐蚀、耐热性能,因此可广泛应用于电力、冶金、矿山、煤炭、化工等行业作为输送砂、石、煤粉、灰渣、铝液等磨削性颗粒物料和腐蚀性介质,是一种理想的耐磨蚀管道。

图1示出了本发明一种合金耐磨陶瓷钢管的一种实施方式,包括钢管层1,所述钢管层1的内侧壁涂有陶瓷耐磨层2,所述陶瓷耐磨层2和钢管层1之间设有一过渡层3,所述陶瓷耐磨层2的内侧壁还涂有一合金耐磨层4,所述钢管层1的外侧壁上设有一防腐层5。所述陶瓷耐磨层2为刚玉陶瓷。所述陶瓷耐磨层2的厚度为5-10mm。

1.一种合金耐磨陶瓷钢管,其特征在于:包括钢管层(1),所述钢管层(1)的内侧壁涂有陶瓷耐磨层(2),所述陶瓷耐磨层(2)和钢管层(1)之间设有一过渡层(3),所述陶瓷耐磨层(2)的内侧壁还涂有一合金耐磨层(4),所述钢管层(1)的外侧壁上设有一防腐层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合金耐磨陶瓷钢管,其特征在于:所述陶瓷耐磨层(2)为刚玉陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合金耐磨陶瓷钢管,其特征在于:所述陶瓷耐磨层(2)的厚度为5-10mm。
