Abstract

本发明涉及一种改进型燃气安全阀门,齿轮安装在手轮上,弹簧安装在齿轮上靠近阀门的一侧,机械定时器与齿轮通过传动齿轮相连;所述压杆外径小于传动齿轮,且压杆设置在传动齿轮上,所述温控片设置在压杆上方,周边与压杆相贴、中心与机械定时器相贴;在管道内部还设有环形闸门,环形闸门上连接有一与蝶阀相连的弹簧,在环形闸门与蝶阀之间的管道上设有台阶,在环形闸门的另一侧也设有台阶。机械定时器对燃气进行定时使用,温控片应对火灾情况,当上述两者出现意外情况时,利用气流流动带动闸门运动,从而通过弹簧的拉伸或收缩推动蝶阀关闭,此外当气压过大或过低,闸门也可以起到封闭管带、防止漏气的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种改进型燃气安全阀门。
背景技术
液化气、天然气人们日常生活中使用的主要燃料,然而其存在的隐患却始终让人担忧。漏气、火灾等情况使用发生,这严重危害着人们的生命财产安全。针对燃气发生停气、气压过低或多高、软管脱落流量过大、出现火灾等这些情况,都有相应的现有技术提出相关的应对方法。然而有些功能相对单一、有些又过于复杂,而且若是这些功能都出现意外情况,该如何解决,这又是值得我们思考的问题了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进型燃气安全阀门。
实现本发明的技术方案如下:
一种改进型燃气安全阀门,包括阀门、弹簧、齿轮、手轮、传动齿轮、机械定时器,齿轮安装在手轮上,弹簧安装在齿轮上靠近阀门的一侧,机械定时器与齿轮通过传动齿轮相连;还包括温控片、压杆,所述压杆外径小于传动齿轮,且压杆设置在传动齿轮上,所述温控片设置在压杆上方,周边与压杆相贴、中心与机械定时器相贴;在管道内部还设有环形闸门,环形闸门上连接有一与蝶阀相连的弹簧,在环形闸门与蝶阀之间的管道上设有台阶,在环形闸门的另一侧也设有台阶。
本发明的有益效果是:机械定时器对使用燃气时间进行定时使用,温控片应对出现火灾的情况,当上述两者出现意外情况发生时,无论是气压过低或过高,利用气流流动带动闸门运动,从而通过弹簧的拉伸或收缩推动蝶阀关闭,此外当气压过大或过低,闸门也可以起到封闭管带、防止漏气的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明;
参见图1所示,一种改进型燃气安全阀门,包括阀门1、弹簧A4、齿轮5、手轮6、传动齿轮12、机械定时器13,齿轮5安装在手轮6上,弹簧A4安装在齿轮5上靠近阀门1的一侧,机械定时器13与齿轮5通过传动齿轮12相连;还包括温控片9、压杆10,所述压杆10外径小于传动齿轮12,且压杆10设置在传动齿轮12上,所述温控片9设置在压杆10上方,周边与压杆10相贴、中心与机械定时器13相贴;在管道内部还设有环形闸门3,环形闸门3上连接有一与蝶阀8相连的弹簧B7,在环形闸门3与蝶阀8之间的管道上设有台阶2,在环形闸门3的另一侧也设有台阶2。
机械定时器13对使用燃气时间进行定时使用,旋转安装在机械定时器13上的定时器旋钮11钮确定用气时间,旋转手轮6,蝶阀8打开,齿轮5转动,安装在齿轮5上的弹簧A4被拉紧,齿轮5转动带动传动齿轮12转动,将能量传递给机械定时器13,机械定时器13内的机关卡住传动齿轮12。到达使用时间后,储存在机械定时器13中的能量通过传动齿轮12释放,齿轮5在弹簧A4和传动齿轮12的共同作用下关闭蝶阀8。
温控片9应对出现火灾的情况,出现火情,温控片9变形,中心凸起,将压杆10往下压,使得传动齿轮12与齿轮脱离,齿轮5在弹簧A4的作用下旋转关闭蝶阀8。
当上述两者出现意外情况发生时,无论是气压过低或过高,利用气流流动带动闸门3运动,从而通过弹簧B7的拉伸或收缩推动蝶阀8关闭,此外当气压过大或过低,闸门3也可以起到封闭管带、防止漏气的作用。
本发明并不局限于所述的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神即公开范围内,仍可作一些修正或改变,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.一种改进型燃气安全阀门,包括阀门(1)、弹簧A(4)、齿轮(5)、手轮(6)、传动齿轮(12)、机械定时器(13),齿轮(5)安装在手轮(6)上,弹簧A(4)安装在齿轮(5)上靠近阀门(1)的一侧,机械定时器(13)与齿轮(5)通过传动齿轮(12)相连;其特征在于:还包括温控片(9)、压杆(10),所述压杆(10)外径小于传动齿轮(12),且压杆(10)设置在传动齿轮(12)上,所述温控片(9)设置在压杆(10)上方,周边与压杆(10)相贴、中心与机械定时器(13)相贴;在管道内部还设有环形闸门(3),环形闸门(3)上连接有一与蝶阀(8)相连的弹簧B(7),在环形闸门(3)与蝶阀(8)之间的管道上设有台阶(2),在环形闸门(3)的另一侧也设有台阶(2)。
