本发明涉及阀门技术领域，尤其是一种重力翻板阀。
背景技术
目前，传统的重力翻板阀具有阀体，阀体内装有左右相对布置的两翻板，两翻板端部对接呈直角结构，两翻板的另一端设有套筒，套筒内固定装有销轴A，销轴A的两端朝外伸出与阀体转动连接，两销轴A的端部固定装有配重杆，配重杆上装有配重块。这种传统的重力翻板阀使用时间一久，容易发生落下的物料将销轴A堵住，造成翻板转动失灵。因此，设计一种能够很好地解决上述问题的重力翻板阀是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足进行改进，提供一种重力翻板阀。
本发明的具体方案是：一种重力翻板阀，具有阀体，阀体内装有左右相对布置的两翻板，两翻板端部对接呈直角结构，两翻板的另一端设有套筒，套筒内固定装有销轴A，销轴A的两端朝外伸出与阀体转动连接，两销轴A的端部固定装有配重杆，配重杆上装有配重块；其特征在于：所述阀体上位于销轴A上方装有挡住销轴A的弧形挡板。
本发明中所述阀体的侧壁上装有检查门座，检查门座上装有检查门，检查门是通过销轴B和开口销安装在检查门座上的，检查门的另一端与检查门座之间还连接有锁紧螺母。
本发明中所述检查门与检查门座之间还装有羊毛毡。
本发明中所述配重块是通过紧固螺栓与配重杆连接的。
本发明加装有弧形挡板，能防止落下的物料堵住销轴A，避免翻板转动失灵，给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

参见图1，本发明具有阀体1，阀体1内装有左右相对布置的两翻板2，两翻板2端部对接呈直角结构，两翻板2的另一端设有套筒11，套筒11内固定装有销轴A9，销轴A9的两端朝外伸出与阀体1转动连接，两销轴A9的端部固定装有配重杆12，配重杆12上装有配重块14；特别是：所述阀体1上位于销轴A9上方装有挡住销轴A9的弧形挡板10。
本实施例中所述阀体1的侧壁上装有检查门座5，检查门座5上装有检查门7，检查门7是通过销轴B3和开口销4安装在检查门座5上的，检查门7的另一端与检查门座5之间还连接有锁紧螺母8。
本实施例中所述检查门7与检查门座5之间还装有羊毛毡6。
本实施例中所述配重块14是通过紧固螺栓13与配重杆12连接的。
