本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,尤其是一种带整体导向装置的气弹簧。
背景技术
气弹簧是一种可以起支撑、缓冲、制动、高度调节及角度调节等功能的机械配件,广泛应用于汽车、纺织机械、印刷设备、办公设备、工程机械等行业;气弹簧是一种通过缸体、活塞杆、液压油和气体相互配合进行工作的机械配件,现有技术中,气弹簧是通过缸体内活塞杆伸出端的导向套、油封、隔套和活塞来实现导向和密封,其中活塞杆在缸体内保持直线运行,一般是通过导向套的内孔和活塞与缸体的配合来实现的;这种导向装置在气弹簧使用过程,由于气弹簧受力情况可能并不与气弹簧的活塞杆的运行轨迹完全一致,导致活塞与缸体内壁摩擦不均匀以及活塞杆与导向套内孔偏磨,气弹簧使用时摩擦阻力较大,气弹簧使用久后上述两处地方磨损严重,导致气弹簧漏气或漏油,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带整体导向装置的气弹簧,它可以解决目前气弹簧导向装置导向段过短且导向精度低,造成气弹簧使用时磨损严重、影响气弹簧使用寿命的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种带整体导向装置的气弹簧,包括缸体、导向套和穿过所述导向套并伸出所述缸体一端的活塞杆,所述导向套内孔靠近导向套的两端设有径向内环槽,所述径向内环槽内设有唇形密封圈,所述导向套一侧设有固定隔板。
以上技术方案中,进一步的方案可以是:所述导向套的外圆至少设置有二个以上的O型密封圈。
进一步的:所述导向套内孔的径向内环槽之间设有腔室,所述腔室通过孔与设在导向套外径的环槽相通。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明整体式导向装置结构简单、制造成本低;
2、本发明与现有技术相比,活塞杆导向套的内孔一次加工出来,其同轴度有保障,导向精度大大提高,大大减少了活塞与缸体内壁、活塞杆与导向套内孔的偏磨,提高了气弹簧的使用寿命。

实施例:如图1所示的带整体导向装置的气弹簧,包括缸体1、导向套3和穿过导向套3并伸出缸体1一端的活塞杆4,在导向套3的内孔靠近导向套3的两端处设有径向内环槽,径向内环槽内设有唇形密封圈2,导向套3靠近活塞7的一侧安装有固定隔板6,固定隔板6起到固定导向套3的作用;在导向套3的外圆周设置有二个O型密封圈5。
导向套3内孔的径向内环槽之间设有腔室9,腔室9内注入一定量的液压油,腔室9通过孔10与设在导向套3外径的径向外环槽11相通,径向外环槽11的作用是给腔室9内的液压油提供冷却;活塞7的外圆上设有密封圈8。

1.一种带整体导向装置的气弹簧,包括缸体(1)、导向套(3)和穿过所述导向套(3)并伸出所述缸体(1)一端的活塞杆(4),其特征在于:所述导向套(3)内孔靠近导向套的两端设有径向内环槽,所述径向内环槽内设有唇形密封圈(2),所述导向套(3)一侧设有固定隔板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带整体导向装置的气弹簧,其特征在于:所述导向套(3)的外圆至少设置有二个以上的O型密封圈(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带整体导向装置的气弹簧,其特征在于:所述导向套(3)内孔的径向内环槽之间设有腔室(9),所述腔室(9)通过孔(10)与设在导向套(3)外径的环槽(11)相通。
