本发明涉及气弹簧的技术领域,尤其是一种加工方便的便于加工的气弹簧。
背景技术
目前,气弹簧的各个部件进行加工时,需要用大功率的铆压机对阀体进行铆压,由于阀体组件的阀体端面的抗压性差,所以就很容易导致阀体的端面变形,从而影响后续的加工工序,从而降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,且具有气弹簧装置。
一种气弹簧装置,包括钢管(1),钢管(1)的一端由内向外设置有阀体组件(2)和活塞组件(3),其另一端的端口处设置有尾堵,在钢管(1)内还设有分隔活塞,其特征在于:所述的阀体组件(2)具有阀体(21)、插入阀体(21)内部的阀针(22)和垫圈,在阀体(21)的端面上开有两个V型槽(211),阀针(22)设置于两个V型槽(211)之间。
进一步地,所述的V型槽(211)冲压成型。进一步地,所述第一固定部自第一主体的斜面斜向上延伸。
本发明的优点:
本发明结构简单,在阀体的端面上开设V型槽,可以提高阀体端面的抗压强度,且提高了工作效率。
