Abstract
本发明涉及一种滑片式滚动活塞压缩机,包括缸体、活塞及滑片,滑片借助弹簧连接于机体上,滑片滑动连接于缸体的滑槽中,滑片的下端紧靠活塞;滑片的底端具有与活塞线接触的非对称的圆弧,滑片上还带有通孔。本发明具有磨损小、气体密封性好、功率损失小的特点,于滑片上设置的通孔还提高了压缩机工作时的稳定性及可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械工程技术领域,特别涉及活塞式压缩机。
背景技术
滚动活塞压缩机又称固定滑片压缩机或滚动转子压缩机,作为容积式压缩机其工作原理是利用旋转运动的转子代替往复运动的活塞,通过增添固定于气缸上的滑片,形成周期变化的工作腔进而实现气体压缩。滚动活塞压缩机具有几何理论简单、易于加工精度高和加工成本低等优点,作为固定滑片压缩机,滑片和转子间的摩擦、磨损及气体泄漏是影响压缩机容积效率、机械效率和使用寿命的关键因素。传统的滑片式滚动活塞压缩机为直立形式,其缺点是滑片磨损较大,气体密封性能不佳以及滑片弹簧力较大等。
发明内容
本申请人针对传统滑片式滚动活塞压缩机的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种滑片式滚动活塞压缩机,其具有磨损小,气体密封性好的特点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种滑片式滚动活塞压缩机,包括缸体、活塞及滑片,滑片借助弹簧连接于机体上,滑片滑动连接于缸体的滑槽中,滑片的下端紧靠活塞;滑片的底端具有与活塞线接触的非对称的圆弧,滑片上还带有通孔。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明具有磨损小、气体密封性好、功率损失小的特点,于滑片上设置的通孔还提高了压缩机工作时的稳定性及可靠性。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
见图1,本发明包括缸体1、活塞2及滑片3,滑片3借助弹簧4连接于机体5上,滑片3滑动连接于缸体1的滑槽中,滑片3的下端紧靠活塞2;滑片3的底端具有与活塞2线接触的非对称的圆弧31,滑片3上还带有通孔32,通孔32利于平衡滑片3两侧的气压,提高稳定性。

1.一种滑片式滚动活塞压缩机,包括缸体、活塞及滑片,其特征在于:所述滑片借助弹簧连接于机体上,滑片滑动连接于缸体的滑槽中,滑片的下端紧靠活塞;所述滑片的底端具有与所述活塞线接触的非对称的圆弧,滑片上还带有通孔。
