Abstract

本发明涉及一种适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液。主要解决了现有工厂化压裂中压裂液增稠剂用量高的问题。其特征在于:其组分及配比按重量百分比如下:羟丙基胍胶0.25%-0.3%,低浓度交联剂0.3%,粘土稳定剂0.1%,助排剂0.1%,破乳剂0.1%,pH调节剂0.1%,pH调节助剂0.02%,破胶剂0.04%,破胶助剂0.01%。该适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,能够保证在携砂性能的前提下提高交联剂性能,减少稠化剂用量,达到低浓度压裂液同样满足压裂需求的目的。

Description

一种适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液
技术领域
本发明涉及油田化学应用领域,尤其涉及一种适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液。
背景技术:
致密油储层具有低孔、低渗、低丰度的特点,为有效动用多采取大型压裂,其施工规模大、施工平均加砂量在300m3以上,单层用液量达到1500-3000m3,施工排量在10-16m3/min左右。为满足大型压裂高效、低成本施工改造的需求,实现高质量、高效率、高效益的施工,一般采用工厂化作业模式。由于储层物性较差,压裂改造的难度较大,稠化剂浓度越大,压裂液破胶后的残渣就越多,堵塞油气渗流通道,降低人工裂缝的导流能力,因而要求用于致密油储层压裂液具有良好的耐温性能前提下,还要保证较低的残渣、残胶损害;采用工厂化施工,为满足大排量施工的要求,压裂液使用量非常大,因而要求连续供液能力要强。
常用的压裂工艺使用的压裂液体系以植物胶压裂液体系为主,体系包括稠化剂、交联剂及其他添加剂,稠化剂通常为羟丙基改性胍胶干粉,交联剂为有机硼等,在90℃条件下为保证良好的耐温耐剪切性能,稠化剂的浓度一般在0.5%左右,其性能满足SY/T 6376-2008《压裂液通用技术条件》中有关水基压裂液通用技术指标,其残渣含量在400mg/L左右。采用原有的压裂液配方,稠化剂浓度越大,压裂液破胶后的残渣越多,易堵塞油气渗流通道,降低人工裂缝的导流能力,影响压裂效果;采用原有的压裂液配方,使用橇装配液设备,普通瓜胶干粉,最大配制速度6m3/min左右,但是在配制过程中由于干粉比例大,需要溶胀时间长,搅拌过程中易出现大量泡沫,影响配制速度和配液质量。
降低稠化剂使用浓度,不但可提高配液质量、速度,而且可以减少压裂液残渣或残胶。在满足90℃储层压裂施工的前提下,尽量降低稠化剂浓度成为关键。既可以解决配制中的泡沫过多,溶胀慢的问题,减少对地层导流能力的伤害,同时可以大幅降低压裂液的成本,从提高配液速度、质量、降低生产成本、提高压裂效果几方面保障工厂化压裂的有效实施。
发明内容:
本发明在于克服背景技术中存在的工厂化压裂中压裂液增稠剂用量高的问题,而提供一种适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液。该适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,能够保证在携砂性能(耐温耐剪切性能不变)的前提下提高交联剂性能,减少稠化剂用量,达到低浓度压裂液同样满足压裂需求的目的。
本发明解决其问题可通过如下技术方案来达到:该适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,一种适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,其组分及配比按重量百分比如下:羟丙基胍胶0.25%-0.3%,低浓度交联剂0.3%,粘土稳定剂0.1%,助排剂0.1%,破乳剂0.1%,pH调节剂0.1%,pH调节助剂0.02%,破胶剂0.04%,破胶助剂0.01%。
所述的粘土稳定剂为WDJ粘土稳定剂;助排剂为YF助排剂;破乳剂为PRJ破乳剂;pH调节剂为碳酸钠;pH调节助剂为碳酸氢钠;破胶剂为过硫酸钾;破胶助剂为亚硫酸钠。
所述的低浓度交联剂制备包括以下步骤:
a.制备pH环境:氢氧化钠质量分数9%,即氢氧化钠质量占水溶液质量的百分数;
b.控制反应温度:反应釜温度在90℃~95℃。
c.螯合反应:硼砂质量分数30%、五羟基己酸钠质量分数15%、甘油质量分数5%,在氢氧化钠溶液中反应5h;继续加入甘露醇质量分数2%,山梨醇溶液质量分数2%,充分反应8h,自然冷却,制备低浓度交联剂。出品为淡黄色透明液体。
新型低浓度交联剂,使用常规有机硼交联剂,当羟丙基胍尔胶溶液的浓度低于0.3%时不交联,如果增加硼交联体系的分子半径则可在降低羟丙基胍胶的溶液浓度时(低于0.3%)也保证其交联。解决方案为使用新的配位体与硼交联单体络合,实现硼交联剂的分子半径和体积同时增大,从而实现更低浓度条件下的交联冻胶。
通过对硼交联剂交联机理的研究发现,在常规硼交联反应中,胍尔胶的浓度存在临界浓度值,当其浓度低于临界浓度时,无法交联成冻胶。而硼交联体系的分子半径直接影响临界浓度值,分子半径越大,所需胍尔胶临界浓度越小,因此可以从交联分子结构入手,使用新的配位体与硼交联单体络合,实现硼交联剂的分子半径和体积同时增大,调整硼交联的交联结构,从而实现更低浓度条件下的交联冻胶。
本发明与上述背景技术相比较可具有如下有益效果:该适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,将原有的增稠剂浓度从0.5%降低至0.3%~0.25%,使用低浓度交联剂解决胍胶浓度低,顺式邻位羟基交联基团少,空间间距大,常规交联剂无法交联的问题。低浓度交联剂的交联离子体积半径大,可以连接大间距的羟基交联集团,形成高强度的化学键,形成稳固的网状结构,从而保证其交联后的冻胶压裂液的剪切性能能够满足行业标准的要求,顺利完成施工。使用工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液进行大规模压裂施工,能够部分解决使用橇装配液设备配制压裂液中由于干粉比例大,需要溶胀时间长,搅拌过程中易出现大量泡沫,影响配制速度和配液质量的难题,其更重要的作用是可以大幅度的减少压裂液增稠剂的用量,降低压裂液成本,以一口大规模压裂液一般用液1000m3计算,可少用增稠剂2.0t~2.5t。
具体实施方式:
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
制备低浓度交联剂:
a.制备pH环境:氢氧化钠质量分数9%,即氢氧化钠质量占水溶液质量的百分数,下同;
b.控制反应温度:反应釜温度在90℃;
c.螯合反应:将硼砂质量分数30%、五羟基己酸钠质量分数15%、甘油质量分数5%,加到氢氧化钠溶液中反应5h;继续加入甘露醇质量分数2%,山梨醇溶液质量分数2%,充分反应8h,自然冷却,制备低浓度交联剂。出品为淡黄色透明液体。
实施例1
称取羟丙基胍胶250g、低浓度交联剂300g、粘土稳定剂WDJ为100g、压裂用助排剂YF为100g、破乳剂PRJ为100g、碳酸钠100g、碳酸氢钠20g、过硫酸钾40g、亚硫酸钠10g配制成本发明压裂液。
实施例2
称取羟丙基胍胶300g、低浓度交联剂300g、粘土稳定剂WDJ为100g、压裂用助排剂YF为100g、破乳剂PRJ为100g、碳酸钠100g、碳酸氢钠20g、过硫酸钾40g、亚硫酸钠10g配制成本发明压裂液。
实施例采用的粘土稳定剂WDJ生产厂家为大庆市萨尔图区勇峰化学添加剂厂;压裂用助排剂YF生产厂家为大庆市奥普琦化工助剂有限公司;破乳剂PRJ生产厂家为大庆市奥普琦化工助剂有限公司。
按照SY/T 6376-2008《压裂液通用技术条件》中有关水基压裂液通用技术指标要求,实施例工厂化压裂液体系的性能如表1如下:

通过压裂液体系的室内试验表明,工厂化压裂液体系虽然在表观粘度上大幅度低于常规压裂液配方,但是交联后其性能完全可以达到行业标准的要求,满足施工需求。

Claims (4)

1.种适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,其组分及配比按重量百分比如下:羟丙基胍胶0.25%-0.3% , 低浓度交联剂0.3%,粘土稳定剂0.1%,助排剂0.1% , 破乳剂0.1% , pH调节剂0.1% , pH调节助剂0.02%,破胶剂0.04%,破胶助剂0.01% 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,其特征在于:所述的粘土稳定剂为WDJ粘土稳定剂;助排剂为YF助排剂;破乳剂为PRJ破乳剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,其特征在于: pH调节剂为碳酸钠;pH调节助剂为碳酸氢钠;破胶剂为过硫酸钾;破胶助剂为亚硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的适用于工厂化压裂的低浓度植物胶压裂液,其特征在于:所述的低浓度交联剂制备包括以下步骤: 
  a.制备pH环境:氢氧化钠质量分数9%,即氢氧化钠质量占水溶液质量的百分数;
    b.控制反应温度:反应釜温度在90℃~ 95℃;
c.螯合反应:将硼砂质量分数30% 、五羟基己酸钠质量分数15%、 甘油质量分数5%,加到氢氧化钠溶液中反应5h;继续加入甘露醇质量分数2%,山梨醇溶液质量分数2%,充分反应8h以上,自然冷却;制备低浓度交联剂,出品为淡黄色透明液体。
