技术领域
木发明涉及一种油漆涂料,特别涉及一种适用于木器、家具、木制品、水泥制品等建筑装饰,具持续释放负离子净化空气功效的纳米负离子醇酸磁漆。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的涂料品种多、用途广,尤其门窗专用漆,各具多种功能,但是在使用各类合成原料时,一般都含有对人体有害的物质,并释放出异味,如甲醛、VOC(挥发性有机化合物)、重金属、苯等超标则对环境及人体健康产生大量毒害,另外,大量的家用电器进入普通百姓家庭,使用空调时造成环境负离子浓度降低,影响人的身体健康。
有鉴于此,为了解决上述问题,本创作人根据自己的实际经验及技术理念,经研究试验,终有本发明产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纳米负离子醇酸磁漆,以解决使其可持续释放负离子净化空气的技术问题。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的:一种纳米负离子醇酸磁漆,其配方的基本组份及重量比是:
醇酸树脂650-800重量份,消泡剂A0.4一3重量份,
消泡剂B0.6一1重量份,稀土干料46-60重量份,
防结皮剂1一3重量份,复合纳米负离子粉0.05-45重量份,
消光粉2-50重量份,200#溶剂9-95重量份。
本发明的优点:一种纳米负离子醇酸磁漆,以解决使其可持续释放负离子净化空气的技术问题。
