Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有防治白蚁作用的家具涂料。木制品是白蚁的最佳食物，极易诱使白蚁的侵害。众所周知，木制品都需要在其表面，进行装饰处理，一般都采用涂料进行装饰，而目前所使用的涂料，都不具有防白蚁的作用。本发明在现有家具涂料中，添加占家具涂料重量1-3%的氯氰菊酯、添加0.1-0.2%的常规防腐剂，并搅拌均匀。本发明在涂料中添加了杀虫剂，对白蚁起到了防治的作用，含药涂料能长时间粘附在木制品上，可有效地防止白蚁对木料的侵食。经过对比检验防治白蚁的效果，用本发明装饰的木质材料，因为涂料有含防治白蚁的药，未受到白蚁的侵食，而未经过本发明处理的木质材料，受到了白蚁的侵食，所剩无几。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防治白蚁作用的家具涂料,属于涂料配制技术领域。
背景技术
木制家具、木制办公用具及木制门窗，因其天然、环保、健康，无化学污染、流露出自然与原始之美，是现代健康生活的最好选择，符合现代都市人崇尚大自然的心理需求，木制家具反映了人和环境的和谐关系，拉近人和材料、人和自然的距离，给人一种亲切感，而深受人们的喜爱。因此，木制家具使用面极广，然而木制品因其符合白蚁食物链的要求，是白蚁的最佳食物，极易诱使白蚁的侵害。众所周知，木制品都需要在其表面，进行装饰处理，一般都采用涂料进行装饰，而目前所使用的涂料，都不具有防白蚁的作用，因此，制备一种具有防治白蚁作用的涂料，对于保护家具不受白蚁的侵害，尤其必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有防治白蚁作用的家具涂料，对家具表面理行装饰处理后，能防治白蚁的侵害。克服传统涂料不能防治白蚁的不足。
本发明目的是这样实现的，一种具有防治白蚁作用的家具涂料，主要由下述方法制备：
在现有家具涂料中，添加占家具涂料重量1-3%的氯氰菊酯、添加0.1-0.2%的常规防腐剂，搅拌均匀即得。
采取上述措施的本发明，在涂料中添加了杀虫剂，对白蚁起到了防治的作用，含药涂料能长时间粘附在木制品上，可有效地防止白蚁对木料的侵食。为了检验本发明的防治效果，用本发明喷涂于木质材料上，再将喷涂过本发明的木质材料置于有白蚁巢穴的试验容器中，同时放入相同的未经本发明处理的木质材料，观察十天后，用本发明装饰的木质材料，因为涂料有含防治白蚁的药，未受到白蚁的侵食，而未经过本发明处理的木质材料，受到了白蚁的侵食，所剩无几。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取100公斤乳胶漆，在乳胶漆中添加1公斤氯氰菊酯、添加0.1公斤的常规防腐剂，搅拌均匀包装即得。
实施例2
取100公斤家具漆，在家具漆中添加3公斤氯氰菊酯、添加0.2%的常规防腐剂，搅拌均匀包装即得。
实施例3
取100公斤乳胶漆，在乳胶漆中添加2公斤氯氰菊酯、添加0.1的常规防腐剂，搅拌均匀包装即得。

1.一种具有防治白蚁作用的家具涂料，其特征在于所述家具涂料主要由下述方法制备：
在现有家具涂料中，添加占家具涂料重量1-3%的氯氰菊酯、添加0.1-0.2%的常规防腐剂，搅拌均匀即得。
