本发明公开了一种抗龟裂花纹输送带,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:异戊橡胶25-35份、三元乙丙橡胶25-35份、聚丙烯10-20份、三氯乙烯5-6份、硬脂酸3-5份、白油膏6-8份、炭黑N3758-12份、氧化硅7-9份、超级增粘树脂HMT2-3份、硫磺4-6份、发泡剂1-2份、氧化二异丙苯0.6-0.8份、松香树脂3-4份、改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁0.5-0.8份、对叔丁基酚醛树脂4-5份。本发明保留了橡胶原料本身具有的较好的耐腐蚀、耐氧化等优点,同时大大改善了起收缩性能、抗龟裂性能和随时间的稳定性,在工艺粘性不降低前提下,提高生产效率,降低工艺损耗,大大拓展了其在高精密度领域中的应用。

一种抗龟裂花纹输送带
技术领域
本发明属于输送带橡胶材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗龟裂花纹输送带。
背景技术
花纹输送带是由工作面为花纹状的覆盖胶和非工作面为平面的覆盖胶与带芯构成的倾角输送带。带面上有高于带体的“人”字型花纹,花纹可是开口也可是封闭的,每一种花纹又可分为高、中、低三种。适用于≤40度倾角的粉状、颗粒状、小块物料输送、也可输送袋装物料。
花纹输送带在使用过程中,运行速度一般不宜大于 2 .5 米/秒,块度大,磨损性大的物料和使用固定的卸料装置应尽量采用低速。输送机的传动滚筒直径与输送带布层的关系、传动滚筒、改向滚筒的配套以及对托辊槽角的要求应根据输送机的设计规定,合理选取。给料方向应顺输送带的运行方向,为减小物料下落时对输送带的冲击应采溜槽,减小物料下落距离;输送带受料段应缩短托辊间距和采用缓冲托辊为漏料,带顺应采用柔软适度的挡料板,以免档料板过硬,刮破输送带的带面。
橡胶添加剂广泛应用于橡胶制品行业中,通用的氯丁橡胶粘合剂质量不稳定,易脱胶,粘合强度不能满足要求,实现固化时间短,贮存期长,常温常压粘合,粘合强度高的橡胶粘合剂对于橡胶材料的发展具有重要意义。原来使用的发泡虽然具有较好的拉伸强度,耐腐蚀,耐油漆惰性,耐臭氧等方面有很好的表现,但是橡胶片材的收缩率很大,而且会随着时间不停的收缩,以致于限制了其在某些高精密度领域中的用途。
目前的输送带生产中存在生产效率低、复合界面不粘或降低胶料粘度等弊端,作为主要的承载负荷和驱动输送带行驶的功能用途,在输送带运行中受到强烈的机械作用,所有从设计上和实际输送带使用损坏分析上表明该部位对输送带使用性能具有的显著影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗龟裂花纹输送带,具有耐热温度更高、抗龟裂、抗老化性能更好、使用寿命更长等特点。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种抗龟裂花纹输送带,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
异戊橡胶25-35份、三元乙丙橡胶25-35份、聚丙烯10-20份、三氯乙烯5-6份、硬脂酸3-5份、白油膏6-8份、炭黑N375 8-12份、氧化硅7-9份、超级增粘树脂HMT 2-3份、硫磺4-6份、发泡剂1-2份、氧化二异丙苯0.6-0.8份、松香树脂3-4份、改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁0.5-0.8份、对叔丁基酚醛树脂4-5份。
上述的发泡剂为4,4- 氧代双苯磺酰肼或二亚硝基五次甲四胺。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明保留了橡胶原料本身具有的较好的耐腐蚀、耐氧化等优点,同时大大改善了起收缩性能、抗龟裂性能和随时间的稳定性,在工艺粘性不降低前提下,提高生产效率,降低工艺损耗,大大拓展了其在高精密度领域中的应用。
