Abstract

本发明公开了一种遇水膨胀橡胶配方,属于橡胶材料领域,其组成为:生胶、KS聚氨酯预聚体、纳基膨润土、环烷油、石蜡、防老剂D、硫磺S、促进剂M、促进剂DM、氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸SA、乙二醇;本发明是运用KS聚氨酯预聚体作为主体吸水膨胀材料,同时采用氯丁橡胶+纳基膨润土协助其KS聚氨酯预聚体进行吸水膨胀,具有独特止水效果:一方面具有橡胶制品的弹性和延伸性,可以起弹性密封作用;另一方面具有遇水膨胀、以水止水的作用,是一种具有双重止水作用的功能性材料的配方,制得的制品的使用寿命大大提高,使用范围大大增大。

一种遇水膨胀橡胶配方
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶材料领域,尤其涉及一种遇水膨胀橡胶配方。
背景技术
遇水膨胀材料主要用于隧道、地铁、涵洞、游泳池、地下室、兵器库、粮仓、水下工程、海上采油、城镇供水设施、民用建筑等行业。遇水膨胀材料被誉为“有魔力的防水材料”、“超级密封材料”。目前,市场上使用的遇水膨胀材料大致有2种,一种是采用SAP吸水树脂作为吸水膨胀材料,另一种采用膨润土作为吸水膨胀材料。采用SAP吸水树脂作为吸水膨胀材料所制的产品遇水后其膨胀系数虽然较高(一般有200-500%),但SAP吸水树脂遇水后会从橡胶材料中渗透(脱离)出来,不具备反复吸水、反复膨胀密封的功能;另一种采用膨润土作为吸水膨胀材料遇水后不会从橡胶材料中渗透出来,但其膨胀率较低(一般在150%以下)。而且这两种膨胀材料制得的遇水膨胀材料的扯断强度和弹性都不好,大大的影响了遇水膨胀产品在水密封行业的运用和效果。  
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型的遇水膨胀橡胶配方,该配方选用天然橡胶作为基体,利用KS聚氨酯预聚体和膨润土作为吸水膨胀材料,同时选用氯丁橡胶配合天然橡胶制成以水止水的吸水膨胀橡胶,提高了吸水膨胀橡胶的吸水性、膨胀性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 以生胶100份为质量基础,加入其他的吸水材料、增塑剂、防老剂、硫化剂等配方。其中:
生胶采用天然胶WF和氯丁橡胶,天然胶WF杂质含量低,弹性好,强度高;氯丁橡胶含有具有极性功能,有较好的相容性,且与吸水材料有相互作用的功能,能够增加吸水膨胀效果。
吸水材料采用KS聚氨酯预聚体和纳基膨润土,KS聚氨酯预聚体本身具有很好的弹性和强度,且遇水侵泡后不会析出,材料寿命长,配合纳基膨润土和氯丁橡胶后可以很好的提高其遇水膨胀率。
增塑剂,油的使用对强度和弹性度影响较大,但适当的使用可以增加混炼工艺性,环烷油对于强度伸长影响小,耐老化好,所以本发明选用。
防老剂,考虑到产品的龟裂和使用寿命的因素,选用了物理防老剂和化学防老剂协同使用。
硫化剂,考虑到硫化时形成的交联键与拉伸强度的关系按下列顺序递减:离子键>多硫键>双硫键>单硫键>碳-碳键,由于传统硫化体系可以较多的形成多硫键使拉伸强度大为提高而且易于购买,所以我们选择硫黄+促进剂的传统硫化体系,即硫磺S+促进剂M+促进剂DM。
具体为,本发明配方质量配比为:

石蜡                                                             1.5份;
防老剂D                                                       1~1.5份;
硫磺S                                                           1.5份;
促进剂M                                                     0.4~0.5份;
促进剂DM                                                    0.8~1.0份;
氧化锌                                                           5份;
氧化镁                                                         1~1.5份;
硬脂酸SA                                                       2~3份;
乙二醇                                                         8~12份。
优选地,所述生胶包括:
天然胶WF                                                     60~75份;
氯丁橡胶CR121                                                25~40份;
优选地,本配方的质量配比为:
生胶                                                            100份;
KS聚氨酯预聚体                                                 100份;
纳基膨润土                                                      100份;
环烷油                                                           20份;
石蜡                                                             1.5份;
防老剂D                                                           1份;
硫磺S                                                           1.5份;
促进剂M                                                         0.4份;
促进剂DM                                                       0.8份;
氧化锌                                                            5份;
氧化镁                                                           1.5份;
硬脂酸SA                                                          2份;

为增加色度,本配方质量配比还包括:铁红1.5份。  
材料性能数据:
1.硬度(邵氏硬度A),50;
2.拉伸强度,最小5Mpa ;
3.扯断伸长率, 350%;
4.膨胀倍率( 条件:蒸馏水) 200-500%。
与现有技术相比,本发明选用天然胶WF作为基体,利用KS聚氨酯预聚体+纳基膨润土作为吸水膨胀材料,KS聚氨酯预聚体具有反复吸水的功能,制品的使用寿命大大提高,使用范围大大增大。本发明是运用KS聚氨酯预聚体作为主体吸水膨胀材料,同时采用氯丁橡胶+纳基膨润土协助其KS聚氨酯预聚体进行吸水膨胀,具有独特止水效果:一方面具有橡胶制品的弹性和延伸性,可以起弹性密封作用;另一方面具有遇水膨胀、以水止水的作用,是一种具有双重止水作用的功能性材料的配方。

选用如上配方制成的遇水膨胀橡胶,经遇水试验测得膨胀率为230%。
遇水前:橡胶长15.5mm,宽12.88mm,厚2.4mm。
遇水浸泡时间至2014.12.27下午19:40开始至2014.12.29上午8:30结束。
浸泡后的橡胶变化为长20.2mm,宽16.6mm,厚3.3mm,实测膨胀率为230%。
实施例2:

选用如上配方制成的遇水膨胀橡胶,经遇水试验测得膨胀率为280%。
遇水前:橡胶长14.11mm,宽12.6mm,厚2.35mm。
遇水浸泡时间至2014.12.29下午16:00开始至2014.12.31上午10:30结束。
浸泡后的橡胶变化为长17.17mm,宽18.60mm,厚3.5mm,实测膨胀率为280%。
实施例3:

遇水前:橡胶长12.10mm,宽10.6mm,厚2.00mm。
遇水浸泡时间至2015.01.01上午10:00开始至2015.01.04上午10:00结束。
浸泡后的橡胶变化为长18.10mm,宽20.60mm,厚3.5mm,实测膨胀率380%。

1.一种遇水膨胀橡胶配方,其特征在于,配方质量配比为:
生胶                                                            100份;
KS聚氨酯预聚体                                             100~150份;
纳基膨润土                                                      100份;
环烷油                                                           20份;
石蜡                                                             1.5份;
防老剂D                                                       1~1.5份;
硫磺S                                                           1.5份;
促进剂M                                                     0.4~0.5份;
促进剂DM                                                    0.8~1.0份;
氧化锌                                                            5份;
氧化镁                                                         1~1.5份;
硬脂酸SA                                                       2~3份;
乙二醇                                                         8~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遇水膨胀橡胶配方,其特征在于,所述生胶包括:
天然胶WF                                                     60~75份;
氯丁橡胶CR121                                                25~40份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的遇水膨胀橡胶配方,其特征在于,配方质量配比为:
