本发明公开了一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法,其以动物粪便、玉米秸秆、甘蔗渣、尿素、过磷酸钙、硫酸钾、硼砂、碎矿石、50%多菌灵、25%福美双、EM菌剂为原料经发酵、粉碎、造粒、烘干等过程制成。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料技术领域,具体涉及一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法。
背景技术
甘薯属一年生或多年生蔓生草本。又名山芋、红芋、番薯、红薯、白薯、地瓜、红苕等,因地区不同而有不同的名称。甘薯含大量粘蛋白,维生素C也很丰富,维生素A原含量接近于胡萝卜的含量。常吃甘薯能降胆固醇,减少皮下脂肪,补虚乏,益气力,健脾胃,益肾阳,从而有助于护肤美容,每年的甘薯需求量都很大,人们为了追求更大的经济价值,增加甘薯的产量,施加了大量的化学肥料,在加上土地连作严重,使土壤中的有机质大量流失,同时积累了大量病虫残体,对甘薯的正常生产产生了很大的影响,严重影响了甘薯的产量和质量。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法,其使有机肥、无机肥和农药相结合,研发的药肥既可以满足甘薯的营养需求,改善土地有机质匮乏的问题,还能够达到防虫病害的作用。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将32‐38份动物粪便、22‐25份玉米秸秆、12‐18份甘蔗渣按照所述比例混合进行发酵处理,得发酵物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的发酵物晾干后送入粉碎机中粉碎,过100目筛;
(3)按配比将40‐50份尿素、30‐40份过磷酸钙、10‐30份硫酸钾、10‐20份硼砂、2‐3份碎矿石,过100目筛;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)得到的物质和0.5‐1份50%多菌灵、0.5‐1份25%福美双、1‐2份EM菌剂混合均匀一起送入造粒机中进行造粒,颗粒控制在0.2‐0.4mm;
(5)将造好的颗粒进行烘干处理;
(6)装袋、包装入库。
所述的动物粪便为牛粪或鸡粪。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明方法生产的药肥各种成份配比合理,可以有效的促进甘薯的生长,改善了土壤理化性质;
2、加入的多菌灵、福美双、EM菌剂成分可以有效地杀灭土壤中的害虫和抑制有害细菌的生长。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将32份动物粪便、22份玉米秸秆、12份甘蔗渣按照所述比例混合进行发酵处理,得发酵物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的发酵物晾干后送入粉碎机中粉碎,过100目筛;
(3)按配比将40份尿素、30份过磷酸钙、10份硫酸钾、10份硼砂、2份碎矿石,过100目筛;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)得到的物质和0.5份50%多菌灵、0.5份25%福美双、1份EM菌剂混合均匀一起送入造粒机中进行造粒,颗粒控制在0.2‐0.4mm;
(5)将造好的颗粒进行烘干处理;
(6)装袋、包装入库。
所述的动物粪便为牛粪或鸡粪。
实施例2
一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将35份动物粪便、23.5份玉米秸秆、15份甘蔗渣按照所述比例混合进行发酵处理,得发酵物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的发酵物晾干后送入粉碎机中粉碎,过100目筛;
(3)按配比将45份尿素、35份过磷酸钙、20份硫酸钾、15份硼砂、2.5份碎矿石,过100目筛;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)得到的物质和0.7份50%多菌灵、0.8份25%福美双、1.5份EM菌剂混合均匀一起送入造粒机中进行造粒,颗粒控制在0.2‐0.4mm;
(5)将造好的颗粒进行烘干处理;
(6)装袋、包装入库。

实施例3
一种甘薯专用药肥的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将38份动物粪便、25份玉米秸秆、18份甘蔗渣按照所述比例混合进行发酵处理,得发酵物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的发酵物晾干后送入粉碎机中粉碎,过100目筛;
(3)按配比将50份尿素、40份过磷酸钙、30份硫酸钾、20份硼砂、3份碎矿石,过100目筛;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)得到的物质和1份50%多菌灵、1份25%福美双、2份EM菌剂混合均匀一起送入造粒机中进行造粒,颗粒控制在0.2‐0.4mm;
(5)将造好的颗粒进行烘干处理;
(6)装袋、包装入库。
所述的动物粪便为牛粪或鸡粪。

(2)将步骤(1)得到的发酵物晾干后送入粉碎机中粉碎,过100目筛;
(3)按配比将40‐50份尿素、30‐40份过磷酸钙、10‐30份硫酸钾、10‐20份硼砂、2‐3份碎矿石,过100目筛;
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)得到的物质和0.5‐1份50%多菌灵、0.5‐1份25%福美双、1‐2份EM菌剂混合均匀一起送入造粒机中进行造粒,颗粒控制在0.2‐0.4mm;
(5)将造好的颗粒进行烘干处理;
(6)装袋、包装入库。
